• LILIT (10/5): В целом все прекрасно,довольные и счастливые провели два дня в Самарканде. - Очень удобное расположение , в 10 минутах ходьбы до Регистана , к Сиабскому рынку и мечети Биби-Ханум. Красивый отель в национальном стиле , чисто , уютно. Персонал очень и очень дружелюбный. Красивый буфет , где завтракали по утрам. Еда для завтра вполне разнообразная , шведский стол. В номере есть холодильник,кондиционер , удобные матрасы и чистая постель. Единственный минус , это душевая, а точнее тропический душ , он там единственный , сверху льется , причем в разные стороны. В итоге , ты толком не помылся , затопил санузел , так как дверь плотно не закрывается в душевой. Но, переделать это уже глобально. Я , конечно нашла решение проблемы, но , это не дело.

Завтраки: вроде, всего много, но все какое-то неаппетитное, так, перекусить можно, но без удовольствия. Номера неплохие, сантехника немного уставшая, но в целом чисто. Вода питьевая без ограничений на ресепшн. Персонал откликается на просьбы, вежливый. Твердая 4 отелю В одном из номеров пахло канализацией, персонал пробовал чистить трубы, но успеха не было особо. Ничего, привыкли. В двух других номерах все было нормально.

У нас был очень просторный номер 27 с балконом, классная просторная и удобная кровать, здорово, что можно по желанию брать бутилированную воду. Завтрак вполне хороший. Цена/качество абсолютно соответствует, могу смело рекомендовать. Мелкие недостатки есть, но о них не хочется даже говорить, отель действительно хороший.

Была проблема в ванной комнате, после обращения к персоналу, она была очень быстро устранена. Просторный стилизованный номер. И сам отель в целом красиво оформлен. Вид из окна в стену. Шумоизоляция средняя. Иногда было слышно соседей сбоку.

Its location is fantastic, just far enough removed from the main sights to not be too loud or busy but still within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and we had no complaints about anything.

• TATYANA (10/5): The next visit to Samarqand we will choose this hotel again for sure - Absolutely comfortable. Very good location, stuff is helpful and hospitable. The rooms are quite big and clean. The shower system is weak and inconvenient. The water pressure is weak.

O café da manhã é bom e os funcionários são atenciosos. O hotel estava disponibilizando água mineral para os hóspedes, o que ajuda muito, considerando o calor que estava fazendo. O único detalhe a apontar é que saia muito pouca água da torneira da pia do banheiro. O chuveiro, no entanto, funcionava bem.

• Patrick_S (4/5): Hotel is acceptable, but be careful with the payment - in general, hotel, room and breakfast were ok The big downside is that when I book a certain rate plus 1 USD extra fees, I expect to pay exactly this amount. However, after booking, the rate suddenly was confirmed as the agreed rate PLUS 20 USD. Staff charged this higher amount and was not polite about this. After complaining to booking.com, there was still no acceptance. But suddenly, when I checked a again later, for new bookings, they silently changed the offer to the rate plus 20 USD. So obviously they have learned about the laws... but still didn't want to admit their error to me.
• Anna (1/5): Понимаю, что номер был недорогим, но хотя бы чистоты и базового комфорта хотелось бы. Не рекомендую. - 1. Удобное расположение (около 600 м до Регистана). 2. Неплохой завтрак. 3. Удобный матрас. 1. На ресепшене встречает абсолютно незаинтересованный сотрудник. Всю информацию приходилось вытягивать буквально по одному слову (например, где проходят завтраки). Сотрудники сидят напротив в креслах в развалочку. 2. Нет элементарных вещей: ложки для обуви, зубные щётки (дали только по запросу), телевизионных каналов почти нет. 3. Душ крайне неудобный — просто вмонтированная в стену лейка. 4. Грязно: на ковре волосы и даже семечки от арбуза. 5. В ванной треснутая плитка. 6. В потолке дырка, заткнутая салфеткой. 7. Вид из окна — на помойку. 8. Регистрация платная. Это странно, ведь обычно во всех отелях её делают по умолчанию. При этом меня пытались убедить, что у них «очень дёшево», а в других отелях якобы дороже.

• Douglas (4/5): - Boa localização. Café da manha ok. Hotel não quis nos oferecer transfer da estação de trem, mesmo havendo relatos de outros hóspedes de que o hotel fazia. E o transfer do aeroporto estava incluído na nossa diária. Pedi algumas vezes para o gerente do hotel, mas ele sempre negou fazer o transfer a partir da estação de trem (que fica inclusive mais próxima do hotel que o aeroporto). No quarto que nos ofereceram o ar-condicionado não funcionava. Nos deram um upgrade para um quarto com um bom ar-condicionado mas com um banheiro com problemas no ralo da área do banho. Banheiro também tinha cheiro forte. Em três noites que ficamos hospedados, faltou energia elétrica três vezes. Pode não ser culpa do hotel, mas bom saberem que essa é uma área que aparentemente tem problemas com o fornecimento de energia elétrica.

Sistemazione giornaliera della camera (rifacimento del letto e refill prodotti bagno). Ci hanno chiesto la tassa di soggiorno (3 dollari a notte a testa) anche se booking indicava "tasse incluse". Letto con materasso troppo duro.

Tasty breakfast. Arranged transfer from the Railway station and to the airport. Packed some food for the airplane for our kid. All minor issues were resolved.

Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eu cette chambre la 1re nuit. Transfert le jour suivant dans la bonne chambre, mais il y avait une odeur de renvoi d'égout. Nouveau transfert pour les 3 dernières nuits: chambre correcte où nous avons très bien dormi. Au final, le personnel a été bien attentif à nos requêtes.

• Oscar (9/5): - Si buscas un hotel con opción de colchones blandos (huyendo del estandard de colchones muy duros de Uzbekistán) éste es tu hotel. Simplemente verifica que los colchones de tu habitación esten colocados con el lado blando hacia arriba, si no, habla con el gerente del hotel y te lo cambiarán con mucho gusto. El gerente del hotel, Shakhboz, nos ayudó mucho para hacer que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable. El hotel esta situado a 5-7 minutos andando del Registán, muy bien ubicado. El desayuno tambien estaba bien, y nos prepararon una bolsita de picnic para el ultimo día que teniamos que salir pronto hacia el aeropuerto. Aunque la mayoría sí, no todo el personal habla perfectamente inglés. Aun así no tuvimos problema.
• Ariadna (9/5): - The location couldn't be better, it is super well located and you can visit Samarcanda by food. They also send a taxi who pick up us from the train station and also booked a taxi that drove us when we left. We strongly appreciate they attention and I would recommend staying there The bathroom was smelling a but bad because of the sewers
• Bettina (8/5): - Nice Hotel in great location. Very close to the main sights. It was very clean and the staff - especially room service and at the breakfast - was fantastic. Room had a good size. My shower wasn’t working properly on arrival but it has been fixed immediately. Very friendly service. Free water was provided every day.

• rosanna (9/5): - The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable! And the location was very convenient. There were some noisy guests and my windows faced the inner courtyard so I was woken up.
• Juan Manuel (8/5): Nice place to stay while exploring Samarkand - The location was very convenient for visiting the main touristic spots. The room was clean and comfortable with a wide space. The breakfast was fair enough and the hotel manager was very kind and helpful and even help us arrange a tour to Tajikistan 7 lakes route. The internet was terrible, really bad signal at least in the room provided the connection failed at every moment, we had it to use our mobiles phones data.
• OMAIMA (7/5): Good - The property location is good near to Registan square and walkable distance to other attractions, the staff are nice and helpful trying their for a best experience I would suggest improving the bathroom cleaning, as we noticed stains were still there when we left.
• Nizar (6/5): - L’emplacement La salle de bain, l’insonorisation inexistante
