• João Francisco (9/5): - The people, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Good wifi, parking available, cafe available downstairs so you can grab coffee to go. Also great location in Surin, its very convenient if you need to drive or walk. Interesting - The water pressure, in Thailand water pressure on showers can sometimes be very low, here its perfect. Just the food, it could be better.

• Roland (9/5): Affordable and classy! - The rooms were clean and beautiful. My only concern was the floor of my bathroom. It had smooth tiles, be cautious if you have one of these!

Chambre vetuste murs tres sale salle bains avec des moisisures au plafond .Pas de seche-cheveux pas boulloire pas de petites serviettes. Bref très moyen passable. Le petit-déjeuner en option est tres moyen . A titre d'exemple j'ai demandé en sus deux tranches de pain facturé 40 bahts bref a eviter.

• Jason (8/5): Happy town . - Stayed here when I went to the GP a bit far away . But the staff were very friendly . The cleaners plus the lady that did my washing . Very very trustworthy honest . I put cloth out for wash . Little did I know that there was stuff . ? $ In my jeans . When I received my washing back . Every cent was there .
• Fred (8/5): Very good - Food was very good. Location excellent. hotel room was clean and a decent size. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee shop stopped serving coffee at 5 pm. You could still order food and drinks but not coffee for some reason. I had to use Grab which was fine. Coffee arrived in 15 minutes.
• David (7/5): Average price for Average service - The location with plenty of parking. The cafe downstairs wasn't up to much, took 20 minutes for a coffee then they had used cold water, food took over half hour to bring to table.

• Henry (7/5): Stayed for the Motogp - Staff were very friendly. Not much English but pleasant and helpful. Stayed here for the Motogp and it was an easy drive from here. No tea making facilities, no safe, only 1 coat hanger. Dated hotel but served it's purpose. I imagine the room price was humped up for the race weekend

• Rosie (4/5): Underwhelming stay, untrained staff, wouldn't stay again - Stayed for the MotoGP weekend and got the train to Buriram each day (20 baht). Fairly quick check in, room was a decent size. Bathroom was good, powerful shower but missing a shower curtain. Free toiletries provided which was useful. 2 bath mats also useful. Room had a TV which we didn't make use of. Free wifi was good and didn't need a password. Storage available but very few hangers. Large French windows made the room very bright and airy. Food in the cafe was extremely bland, very little flavour. We were served meat despite ordering from the specific vegetarian menu. Staff appeared chaotic and had no idea how to run a cafe, often forgetting orders and not bringing things out. Fire alarm went off one morning around 6am for around 40 minutes and there was no direction from staff at all, we congregated in the lobby but staff didn't know what to do. Probably wouldn't stay here again given the issues.
• Suzanne (8/5): Very convenient and pleasant Hotel for our needs - The location was very central to our needs. The Hotel arranged good transport when required. The restaurant was very good and staff very helpful Our seven booked rooms were on different floors/not in close proximity. Very little English comprehension/speech, but staff were very apt at google translator.

The refrigerator in the room took more than 5 hours to cool down as it was switched off until we checked in and only then did they switch it on. We had prebooked the room so it should have been switched on hours before we arrived. Only the facts mentioned above.

Price is between 420/500 baht a night depending on which company you use. Phone the hotel maybe you can get a better deal.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Facts you need to know! - Great hotel. Strongly suggest they post signs as many hotels in Thailand that I've seen. Please be quiet in the hallways. Others are sleeping. The acoustics in the hallway amplify sound. A bit of WD-40 or even oil in the door catch will help people not to have to slam their doors at 6 am and 7 am. And midnight. Groups have been showing up traveling together and having LOUD conversations in the hallways day a night. And the idea at 1130pm letting children run and scream in the hallway sucks. Rooms are big, clean, and the staff is great, but let's cover all of it here. Got 2 Under Armour logos ironed right off my brand new non counterfeit expensive shirts by the laundry service. If BE QUIET or BE COURTEOUS of others signs were posted as previously mentioned it would be a super idea.

• Tuomas (10/5): Good and cheap hotel. - Room was clean and it has everything that you need. Staff was very nice. Location of the hotel is not the best but with tuk tuk it is cheap and easy to move. If you stay at the hotel go eat at the restaurant across the street. Food there is very delicious.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - We stayed for the Elephant Roundup, and the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. We ended up extending out visit to Surin. They told us about the Light and Sound Show at Prasat Si Khoraphum, and helped us to get the information to go there by train and return the same evening. They had a van that took guests to the stadium. The van was full, so they called for a car to take us. This hotel went above and beyond any level of service we have experienced in Thailand. We also enjoyed the restaurant there, and the servers there were excellent.

• Samantha (8/5): Great stay for a cheap price. - We stayed for location being closish to the Buriram Chang International racetrack for the Thailand MotoGP, the hotel was great, about 15mins walk to the train station and a great coffee shop connected to the hotel that had yummy thai food.

• Jeffntn (10/5): - I would love to give Maneerote a perfect score, but there is this one thing they need fix. The water in the very nicely remodeled bathrooms in the sink goes from cold to hot. I understand very well in a Thai home the shower water may be cool at it's warmest. There needs to be some level of at least slight warmth to the (very) cool shower when it's set to the hottest setting. The shower has cold and cool. That's it. Other than that the Wi Fi works perfect and is fast, the staff is as good as anywhere, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are immaculately cleaned every day. I have stayed here many times over the last fifteen years, and will stay here again, I just don't recall the showers being so cool at the hot setting. Maneerote, if you need to increase your price some to accommodate the warmer water your rates would still be great. Thank you, hope to see you and your excellent staff, and that includes all of them, next year. Oh yes, the air conditioner works very well and the black out drapes do as well. Give them a 95%.
• Ticker (6/5): จุดที่ตั้งโรงแรมดี สะดวกในการเดินทางไปสถานที่ต่างๆ - ไม่ชอบห้องน้ำเพราะอ่างล้างหน้าอยู่ต่ำเกินไปทำให้ต้องก้มลงมากจนปวดหลัง และพื้นห้องน้ำ มีน้ำเปียกเต็มทั้งห้องและมีน้ำขังใกล้โถชักโครกเพราะมีน้ำรั่วจากอ่างล้างหน้าลงพื้น และไม่มีที่กั้นตรงพื้นระหว่างพื้นที่อาบน้ำกับส่วนอื่นทำให้น้ำที่อาบกระเด็นกระจายเต็มพื้นห้อง (มีแต่ม่านพลาสติกกั้น แต่ไม่กั้นพื้น) นอกจากนี้ก็ไม่มีอะไรน่าตำหนิ พนักงานอัธยาศัยดี มีความเต็มใจช่วยเหลือลูกค้า
• Siriol (6/5): Ok for a stopover - The reception was rather disorganized and took ages to find our booking despite the fact that I was able to show them the booking confirmation and booking number. They gave us a room anyway but then I received a call from reception and had to go back down to sort things out. I eventually came to the conclusion that they had written my name down wrongly. The room was spacious and comfortable though the decor was nothing to write home about. The restaurant was surprisingly good.

Roomservice is free. Also they have very good quality coffee machine for cappuccino, espresso etc.

• Douglas (2/5): Ripoffs. Overcharged us. - The front desk, upon checkout, demanded a payment for an extra bed that was not requested by my wife. My wife was intimidated by the frint desk woman. We demand a return off our money. In addition the rooms are noisy. I request that Expedia or the Hotel management contact me immediately to settle this matter.

Nice large room, comfortable bed, WIFI tidy. In the hotel is a very cheap restaurant. Overall very good value for money. I would recommend this hotel in this price category.

• megumi (6/5): 象祭りがあるから行ってみた - バスターミナルから子供とスーツケースを引いて、15分位で着きました。 宿泊費は象祭りの為、普段の倍の倍の価格でした。 フェイスブックから象祭りのチケットを予約する事ができました。 支払いはホテルのフロントで、クレジットカード決算がスムーズにできました。 象祭りはチェックイン前に始まるので、フロントに荷物を預けました。 無料ミニバンでスタジアムまで送って貰いました。 スタジアムに着いてから、帰りも迎えはあるのか運転手に聞きましたが、通じなかったのか、警備の警察官に車を早く出せと言われたからか、分からないまま行ってしまいました。 ショーが終わって1時間程待ってみましたが、お迎えは来ないので、子供と歩いてホテルに帰りました。30分ぐらいでした。暑かったです。 朝慌てずにフロントで確認するべきでした。 シャワールームは足元が石でしたので、子供が滑らないか、気をつけました。お湯はしっかり出ました。 眺めは6階だったので、きっと反対側だったら良かったんだと思います。 窓が閉まっているのに、どこららか、蚊や小さな虫がひっきりなしにベッドに落ちてきました。 象祭りは終了後「象に乗るならあっちで金を払え」としつこくセールスしてくる人に出会ってしまい、辟易。それまでの素敵な気分が台無しになってしまいました。 ホテルの値段もそうですが、一年に一度しか盛り上がらないので、必死に稼ごうとしているんだと思います。
• DOMINIQUE (10/5): Nice place. - The Hotel is really pleasant with bright spacious and clean rooms, in a very good condition. The room was clean. A nice view over the town from the balcony. Close to the market. Good value for money.

• Joel (8/5): Good Value - We visited Surin for annual Elephant Roundup Festival. While we had our own transportation, the hotel offered a shuttle to the different activities for the Festival. A reasonable breakfast was included. Coffee options available for about $1USD. Front desk and restaurant staff speak enough English to get by.
• Remi (8/5): Bon hôtel mais gros soucis de wifi. - Bon hôtel dans l'ensemble. Quelques difficultés pour échanger avec le personnel en anglais et ne semblait pas plus avenant que ça à donner des informations. Il faut vraiment poser des questions pour savoir comment les choses se passent. Le wifi etait désastreux et c'est bien dommage. Sinon la chambre était bien, de bonne taille. Par contre l'ascenseur qui sonne dans le couloir des que quelqu'un l'utilise ce n'est pas génial pour le calme.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Value for money - My only two criticisms are the issue of the fridge not staying on when removing the room key and the design of the bathroom, where most of the floor floods when having a shower. I requested an extra bath mat to roll up to stop the water leaving the shower recess, but this really needs to be resolved. Other than that, all the staff were extremely friendly, despite some speaking limited English. And the food from the restaurant was surprisingly good on the few occasions I ate in.
• Louise Vestergaard (10/5): Definately worth a visit! - The Hotel was really pleasant with bright spacious rooms, in a very good condition. The rooms were clean and nothing was missing from my twin room. I was staying on the 6th floor which was nice, because it was very quiet and I had a nice view over the town. However There were a slight misunderstanding when I was checking in because they had noted down, that I was using Expedia, but I was actually booking through Hotels.com. But it was quickly solved! The hotel was definitely worth the money, and they could have charged significantly more for the standard of the room!
