• kaizu (7/5): 連泊に一日追加しようとしたら気を付けよう - この3日間については問題がなかった つごうで翌日も宿泊予約したのだが通常の16時になっても鍵の連絡が無くオーナーに電話しないとならなかった。連絡がないのは同じ部屋で連泊できるためなのかと錯覚した。電話ではBOOKINGのせいだという回答だが、言われたナンバーと部屋で入室できるのか非常に不安だった。
• Ontira (9/5): Perfect nest for a solo traveller! - Superb location! There was a closely 7/11 where I could also ship my bag to another city. It was close to the shopping street so it was very convinient for a woman travelling alone. The room was very warm and cozy. I felt like it was my own apartment! It was not too small and I like the room structure and decorations. It was clean and smelled great! It was a non-staff facilities but I felt like I could always texted the staff who were very responsive.

• Miyako (8/5): 奈良町近くのスタイリッシュで清潔なロフト - 綺麗、スタイリッシュ、広い、新しい。奈良町へ歩いていける。駅から歩いて行ける。鍵がしっかりかかる。窓がないかと初見では思いましたが、ロフトに網戸付きであったので、寝る時温度調整ができてよかったです。トイレとシャワーが別で、ウォシュレットがついてました。災害対策の懐中電灯があったのもプラスな配慮。 全身を写せる鏡があるとありがたかったです。近所のおすすめのお店リストとかあったらありがたかったかも。ベッド枕元近くにコンセントとライトがあると尚良しです。後、これはホテルの方の問題ではないんですけど、上の階のの住人（？）もしくは宿泊者が早朝床に物をガンガン当てる音で目が覚めました。私の部屋もロフトなので、もしかしたらロフトからスーツケースやその他の荷物を投げ落としての荷造りの音だったのかも。壁は薄いのかもしれないです。

• KIYOSHI (8/5): 一人暮らし気分でゆっくり宿泊！ - JR奈良駅に近く便利。ロフト付きのワンルームアパート、一人で宿泊するには十分な広さ、ビジネスホテルと同等の備品があるのに、ビジネスホテルよりはゆっくりできる。シャワーとトイレが別々で清潔。ダブルベッドサイズの寝床がロフトにある。備品は充実しており不満なし（エアコン、TV、ソファー、テーブル、イス、バスタオル、フェイスタオル、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、リンス、電気ポット、冷蔵庫。また地味にうれしい洗濯干しとハンガー。）室内は火気厳禁、禁煙またコンロなどの持ち込みによる料理は厳禁。コスパ良し。プチ一人暮らし気分が味わえる。 ほとんど不満なく、ゆっくりできたが、唯一の欠点は他室の音が響きやすいこと。上階？隣室？の物音が聞こえやすい。

Emplacement très pratique, proche du centre de Nara, de la gare et d'une agence de location de voiture. Un peu difficile de comprendre comment rentrer dans le bâtiment (entrée autonome) la première fois.

• Dessa (10/5): - The room is good value for money. It is relatively spacious and a good 7-8 minute walk from the train station. Needs to be careful going up the loft, and the walls are a bit thin so you can hear neighbors but otherwise I like the place.

• Iuliia (5/5): Терпимо, надолго невозможно. - Легкое заселение. Для более одного дня совершенно неудобно. Чтоб умыться в раковине нужно сильно изловчиться. Места очень мало для двоих. Вечером страшно возвращаться, район совсем не освещается.

• Tatyana (9/5): Рекомендую на несколько дней - Я ночевала две ночи. В моем номере был идеальный матрас, на нем спалось идеально. В номере есть холодильник, чайник, фен, полотенца, кондиционер, телевизор. Очень удобное бесконтактное заселение, все понятно и быстро, ровно по времени. Но толко если захотите заранее оставить вещи, то не получится и нужно пользоваться камерами хранения (отель ссылку на камеры хранения присылает) Из посуды был только один одноразовый стаканчик, хотелось бы, чтобы в номере был хотя бы нормальные стаканы. Хорошая слышимость в номерах, но у меня были идеальные соседи, поэтому было тихо

• Gary (9/5): Tastefully Designed Apartment Loft in the Center of Nara - The location is minutes away from the JR Nara train station and in a quiet neighborhood. It was easy to access the doors by punching in the codes. The room is thoughtfully designed with lights and light switches in the right places, a fan, couch, a separate shower room and a spacious loft with a window. A lot of thought has gone into designing this place. Although quiet time is 10 pm, many guests arrived much later and the doors are quite noisy when they shut.

• Gaby (8/5): Very good - It was only a short walk from Nara station and the high street. The property was easy to find and self check-in was easy enough. There was plenty of space and the room was reasonably well equipped with towels, kettle etc. The walls are really thin. I was wary of this when booking and lucked out as my neighbours were respectful and quiet but I could hear people shower and leave in the morning which was mildly disturbing.

The price was very reasonable and although I never saw any staff, they were very helpful via messaging. The walls are a bit thin so you often hear your neighbors moving about. The 10am checkout time is a bit unreasonable.

• Yu (8/5): In general, it is a good place. I will choose this apartment again in the future when traveling in Nara. - The apartment is close to both train stations. Easy checkin and checkout. How noisy it can be at night depends on your neighbors. The owner puts a notification on the wall asking us to be quiet after 22:00. During my stay most of the nights were fine. But there was one day that a dude ignored it and made phone calls loudly at the corridor after 22:00. Recommending to bring ear plugs just in case.
