• Nadine (9/5): Super locatie en mooi appartement - Montanova ligt op wandelafstand net buiten het super drukke centrum en is dus rustig gelegen. De appartementen zijn ruim, modern en erg comfortabel. Je wordt warm ontvangen door een super vriendelijke dame. Het appartement met 'view' op de bergen heeft slechts een beperkt zicht aangezien er veel bij gebouwd wordt. Het terras is fantastisch.

На фото в пропорції отеля красивий краєвид природа, а насправді там проходить будівництво, і видно лише недобудовані дома. Коли ми захотіли виїхати з отеля жіночка на ресепшені була грубою, спреречалась, та погрожувала залишити погану рецензію на букінгу мені як клієнтку. Ми не хотіли сперечатися, так як поряд були діти ще в гостя було день народження, настрій будо зіпсовано.

• Dusan (8/5): - Excellent location in nature but still close to the center, about a 15-minute walk, the room size is solid for a stay with one child. The facility offers the possibility of staying with a dog, but with an additional fee. The equipment in the room is in poor condition, broken/damaged drawers and doors, the kitchen is poorly equipped and many things are missing, the cleanliness could be a little better.

• Maja (7/5): Onako. - Lepo je uredjen apartman Buka sa puta i iz drugih apartmana, losa izolacija sve se čuje. Dzakuzi se satima zagreva. Struja nestaje. Stepenište u apartmanu vrlo loše i nebezbedno odradjeno. Kreveti neudobni. Higijena nije na zavidnom nivou. Doručka nema. Igraonica za decu je ustvari za bebe, u podrumu i bez grejanja. Parking minijaturan. Prenapumpana cena.

There are parking spots. - furniture and state of the rooms were very tired. Some things were broken. Some were very cheap and of bad quality. - view from room. You see construction site. - it is located close to the lively road. If you open the windows you will hear the noise from the trucks. - though it’s not far from the center, you will not want to walk there in the evening, because the road is completely dark and abandoned. - there wasn’t anyone on the reception during 2 days, so we couldn’t find any utilities - neither restaurant nor spa zone.

Some of the furniture is already a bit outdated and should be replaced The room wasn’t cleaned well. The hostess was so nice with us. She really tried her best and solved all room problems.

• kpot90 (10/5): Peaceful place for a perfect rest - Amazing stay, close to center of Zlatibor and yet very peaceful and quiet. The city center looked pretty noisy to me so I was happy to stay here this time. It's only 20 minutes walking from the very center, but the calmness of this place is totally worth it. The apartment is very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need for cooking. Wi-Fi worked perfectly so don't hesitate if you need to hold some meetings online. And the best impression left the bed! I slept like a child, and had a really good rest! Didn't manage to get to their sauna so probably will come again to test it. Everything was perfect

• Ismael (8/5): Probably a nice place to stay for a few days in the area - Located in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was roomy and the breakfast was included in the rate (close breakfast, delivered to your apartment at a chosen time). The bed was comfortable. Terrace in the bedroom. Parking available on-site. The communication with the staff was great, with excellent customer service. The city centre is about 15-20 min by foot. Very nice kitchen but not many utensils/amenities to use it. The bathroom was a bit neglected, but okay if laid-back

• Liubov (10/5): Cozy apart hotel in the woods - Very cozy and well furnished hotel in the countryside. We have all we need:) pet friendly, which was amazing for us, there is an additional charge of 10 Eur.

• Silvana (7/5): Try to reserve during the week or out of season - Property is nice, clean and cozy. The nature around is wonderful, peaceful and quiet. You can walk around and there are no cars so it is perfect for staying with kids. The stuff was trying to help, they offered sledge for our kid. I guess we had bad luck staying with group that had occupied whole resort (more families together) They were very noisy, loud and everywhere literally. The last day we got for breakfast 9am and it was nothing on the table except plain waffles and pancakes. We asked for more because the breakfast time is (8:30-9:30)but the attitude of the stuff was unpleasant and we felt like is our fold that there is no food. At first she was trying not to scream mentioning she started cooking lunch and now she must cook us breakfast again and that we should be on breakfast at the exact time 8:30 (even though the group occupied the whole dining place in the morning and there was no space for us). After the breakfast she calmed down and said sorry but also mentioned that our breakfast is cheaper than the group (even there were no different options when we were reserving) and we should be thankful that she left us having breakfast in the lobby (before group, hotel was empty and we had breakfast in the room and it was muuuuch better) Apart than this the two ladies especially the older one were veery nice, polite and helpful . It was a surprise for us that one of them reacted this way because all the time she was trying to help, smiling and being nice. I believe this was just a bad day, situation, reaction - but it made us feel very bad and we left the hotel with bad feelings

• Andrei (9/5): Relaxing overnight in a butiful autumn forest. - Very modern hotel in a wonderful location. Pets friendly. The room was clean and warm. The check-in was easy and quick. We enjoyed the walk in the area very much. Great value for its price. The only surprise was an additional charge for the dog's stay. Not a problem per se, but it would be nice to know about it in advance. But I probably just missed some information about it while booking the room.

• Dr. (9/5): Cozy hotel for discerning travelers - Big, new, modern and comfortable apartment with sauna and relaxing area. Fast internet. Pets are allowed at the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. There were not enough hangers in the wardrobe and chairs by the desk on the upper floor.

Hotel gave us breakfast as compensation. Breakfast was very tasty, cooked with love. We appreciated it. It would be nice if there was a kettle in the room and shower gel in the bathroom. Also no socket near the bed

• Nataša (6/5): Low value for money - Spacious apartment, nice staff, pretty yard. Very uncomfortable bed, like sleeping on the floor. Curtains in the bedroom are not protecting sunlight to the fullest, we got woken up every morning by the sun. Wasn’t enough warm water to take a shower and fill the bathtub.
