- Emmet Riordan (10/5): Keramikos gem on a quiet street - Prefect first-floor (with lift in required) two-bed apartment with huge living room and balcony over quiet street. Great bars and restaurants like Seychelles and Armando Pizzeria close by in Keramikos, which is such a cool and relaxed place. Nothing, great location, central but a quiet street. 10 minutes walk to the heart of town.

L’appartement est superbe, décoré avec goût, d’une propreté irréprochable et situé dans un immeuble tout neuf. Il est parfaitement équipé : machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, fer à repasser, produits d’accueil… tout est prévu pour un séjour confortable. La literie est excellente, et le petit balcon donnant sur la rue piétonne très calme est un vrai plus pour prendre un café ou simplement profiter du calme. Les hôtes sont adorables, très disponibles et nous ont même permis un late check-out, ce qui était vraiment appréciable. Petit point à savoir : sur Google Maps, l’adresse semble indiquer la rue parallèle, ce qui donne l’impression que l’immeuble est ancien ou abîmé, alors qu’en réalité il est entièrement neuf et impeccable. Bardzo miła obsługa, która dostarczyła nam na wszelki wypadek dodatkowe ręczniki i papier toaletowy. Ogólnie: Dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Dosyć cienkie ściany, ale to raczej kwestia lokalnego budownictwa. Czasem słychać było w nocy muzykę z sąsiednich budynków czy klaksony samochodów.

- David (10/5): Gem in the heart of Athens. - Very modern apartment. Clean and well equipped with effective air-conditioning. Location is very trendy, lots of upmarket bars and restaurants. Some people may find the location a bit grungy. The streets are dirty with broken footpaths everywhere. This is, however, much the same everywhere in Athens and not a reflection of the high quality of the apartment.

Il quartiere era pieno di edifici diroccati e imbrattati di scritte, ma era comunque vicino a tutte le zone di interesse.

- Virginia (10/5): Amazing apartment - Amazing apartment. Very safe, had almost everything. Nice electric shutters that made the rooms super dark. There was a nespresso machine, water a small welcome sweet and what i liked a lot was the fact that there was a washing machine. Ah also the apartment we had booked had a huge balcony as well with a sitting area and the side balcony had the view of Acropolis. The bathroom was also great. Apartment had iron, ironing table, hairdryer, even the electric plugs for mosquitoes. There is no nearby metro, its 13' away which is as much if you walk until monastiraki, but in our case it made it hard with the suitcases but we had kids with us otherwise it would have been fine.

The host was very communicative and sent service people over the next day. Unfortunately, it needed a part that was not available. The host attempted to make things right by delivering beach towels and allowing us flexible late check out. You will be happy you stayed here. My husband enjoyed his stay very much. Not much.

The location is great but the way to the apartment is kinda shady. Recommend to walk with someone after sunset, however we did not encounter anything bad just cats and pigeons.

Good Air conditioner as well - The location was in a nice quiet street, however 15 min walk to Plaka and the streets to get to the apartment were a bit dodgy. - The shower didn’t drain when we arrived. It took 24hr after we arrived for a plumber to come out (however it was fixed quickly and we were compensated after we requested this) - The bathroom could’ve been much cleaner (found hair on the floor and in the shower) - Wifi was slow and kept cutting in and out - No instructions were sent to turn the hot water on (we had to email to ask why we had no hot water) - There is a lift to level 5 only. If you are level 6, you have to walk up some swirly stairs.

- Gabriel (8/5): Incredible attention to detail in the apartment - I loved all the little details. There were both USB and USB-C wall outlets next to the bed. There was a jar of water, a sweet snack and a salty snack on arrival. The cabinets were labeled. Two laundry capsules were provided. And so much more. Everything was so carefully thought through. As an added bonus, the restaurant just down the street (Rakor) was amazing (and I've tried a lot of restaurants in Greece). The phone numbers I was given did not work. And why was I given 3 different numbers? Fortunately, messaging on Booking worked. The WiFi could be a bit better. It would be amazing if the table on the terrace had an awning to provide shade from the sun.

We liked that it was kind of away from all the tourist areas (15 min), in a quiet and local area, but it did feel a bit unpleasant, especially during the night-time. .

Views of the Acropolis from the top floors, lovely balconies, and cozy furniture. Walking distance from all major attractions and loads of food/ drink in the neighborhood. If you're looking to stay in a quiet, authentic spot that does not feel touristy but has access to all the attractions, stay here! The hot water was kind of complicated and unreliable and the wifi was weak.

The only issues we had was not having hot water when we got there at 10pm. Besides that, the AC was not working in one of the rooms and it would turn off after 10 minutes.

Its location was very close to the restaurants and train stations as well as Agora museum. Tea, coffee and water on arrival was lovely. You have to remember to press the button for the water heater to get hot water in the morning. There was no milk for the tea and coffee.

The balconies and the quiet neighbourhood were the perfect combination for a relaxing coffee in the morning and a cools down after a long sight seeing day. Extremely responsive, supportive and friendly staff marking you feel like very well hosted and a wanted customer . Some towels for the dish would be the topping for perfection.

On a beautiful side street close to lots of eateries. When I looked ahead of arriving at Google street view, it showed an ugly looking fence - this is not reflective of the area as the road was actually much nicer. The kitchen could be better equipped with some more cookware and essentials like salt, pepper and oil (like most airbnbs have these days) but the team were very responsive - when we asked for an extra pan, they dropped it off within hours! So if you're looking to cook, I'm sure the team could help out.

- Daniel (9/5): Recommended - The apartment was just a couple of minutes walking from the best area and at the same time it was quiet. Was very good value for money, as the apartment was spacious, new, clean and bright. Just two small caveats: The internet was very slow, but enough for basics. There is not automatic hot water, you just need to activate the heater 20 minutes before.

- Martina (8/5): Spacious apartment 15 min.from the City Center - Nice spacious apartment, not far away from the city center, 2 bedrooms with big closets, bathroom with towels and soaps, equipped kitchen, living room with TV and nice balcony. The communication with the Kula team was great and fast and the service guy was kind and helpful

- Lorraine (8/5): Very good - The view is amazing I found hairs in the bedsheets… Also the renovations were well done but not practical: there is barely enough light in the bathroom; the switch for the first room is in the second room so you have to go trough the first one with a torch to get to the light; and finally I took 2 cold showers (for a 3 days stay) because the water heater wouldn’t heat anymore.

- Olesya (10/5): Wonderful - I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful apartment. The apartment I stayed in was clean, comfortable and spacious. All amenities and services were in excellent condition and fully corresponded to the declared level. Beautiful terrace with wonderful view to have a breakfast. Very near, just 100 meters there was stylish cafe with great food and opposite the Michelin restaurant
