- Anna (10/5): Quiet, relaxing stay at the Lakes - We loved the stay at Birslack Grange this Easter! What a lovely place that is. Despite the wet weather we very much enjoyed our time there. It’s located in a lovely little village - make sure to visit the village shop and a pub. Everyone was welcoming there and atmosphere was superb. Cottage is spacious, with large comfortable bed and sofas in living room. Kitchen is fully equipped and you’ll just feel right at home there. We can’t wait to be back. Could not fault anything
- Jim (9/5): - Well equipped kitchen, excellent bed, great view, lovelyb atheoom. All good
- Julie (8/5): Pleasant relaxing stay - Nice view and private the cooker was easy to use. Well presented property and good value for money. Kitchen was well equipped. Bed was a little hard for my liking but you can’t please everyone.

- Sally (10/5): A real home from home in a beautiful location. - The view across the valley is lovely. It was great to be able to appreciate this from all the rooms. The cottage was comfortable with a large comfy bed. The cottage felt like a home away from home. The village is Friendly and when we visited in October quiet. Thle small village shop is well stocked and within walking distance. Would recommend to those wishing to explore South Lakeland away from the main crowds. Nothing worth a mention
- Janos (10/5): - The little cottage is a fully equipped home.
Perfect for relaxing-really quiet and has nice view from its own patio.
Can recommend. N/A
- CHRISTINE (9/5): - Beautiful scenery and tranquility. The cottage was very comfortable and snug. I could have stayed longer just to sit and watch the wildlife and beautiful countryside from the sitting room window. We've had a very peaceful and enjoyable few days. Tina, our host was welcoming and makes a delicious damson jam. There is plenty of wonderful places to visit in the nearby vicinity.

- Catherine (10/5): Very comfortable and welcoming - Lovely location, beautifully quiet and a pretty garden to use with fantastic views. The cottage was very well equipped, comfortable and welcoming. We only met the hosts briefly but they were great and very helpful. We know the area well but this was our first self-catering experience in this patch. There are so many places to eat, walk, visit and even shop! Nothing. It was all good!
