• Sebastiana (10/5): - Bellissimo appartamento nel centro storico di Iglesias. Si puo raggungere tutto a piedi. Il parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Ma per scaricare le valige ci sono orari dove si puo passare con la macchina. Le spiaggie si raggungono in 15 min. di macchina. Il proprietario Davide e gentilissimo e ci ha dato tanti consigli per escursioni e ristoranti. Non ce ascensore e si devono salire delle scale per arrivare all' appartamento.
• Giulia (10/5): - Casa curata in ogni dettaglio, posizione ottimale e comoda per poter visitare il centro città. Davide è stato davvero molto gentile e i consigli che ci ha dato sono stati ottimi!

The host was very kind and helpful, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is well-equipped and met all our needs perfectly. Parking is available nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, great value for money – highly recommended! The air conditioning is only in the bedroom, so anyone sleeping in the other room might not feel it. It was perfectly fine for us, but could be less comfortable for a larger group.

• Chiara (10/5): - Appartamento molto confortevole, dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Pulito, spazioso e silenzioso. Posizione molto comoda, con pochi passi si è subito in centro. Le scale ripide inizialmente spaventano ma poi si affrontano bene 😉 La zona è pedonale, il parcheggio è a 10 minuti a piedi. Non ho mai avuto difficoltà a parcheggiare.

• Bonvissuto (10/5): - Appartamento in ottima posizione nel centro di Iglesias, dotato di ogni tipo di comfort, ci sono due parcheggi gratuiti a circa 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. L'host è sempre disponibile per tutto quello che riguarda la casa e non solo, a noi ha molto aiutato per scegliere al meglio cosa fare e cosa vedere durante la vacanza.

Right in the centre of Iglesias, it has many cafes and restaurants around and is short walking distance of the train station. Despite it's central location, it is quiet. Located right in the heart of the old town but just off the main area so it is very quiet. Lots of free parking close by. Iglesias is very nice place to just relax for a few days, has a very friendly and laid-back vibe. Nothing. It met my needs perfectly.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Apartment was located in the heart of Iglesias in old town. Iglesias is amazing and very beautiful and full of historical streets and places. Great and easy access from Cagliari airport. We already planned our next trip to Sardinia and Iglesias, and obviously we would love to stay in Davide apartment. Davide we hope that you read this review, thank you so much for being perfect host. I'm sorry that we could give you only 10 out of 10, because you deserve at least 11. Thank you Nothing

• Stefan (10/5): A very very pleasant stay. Absolutely recommended - I arrived at Iglesias late and tired. Davide was very kind and volunteered without my asking to pick me up from station. I resided at Villa Eclesiae for nearly a month. I had absolutely everything in the apartment for my long sojourn. The place was spotlessly clean when I arrived and remained so throughout my stay thanks to weekly thorough cleaning by the host. Even the differentiated rubbish was taken care of for me. Davide went further than just being a good host and provided me with information on all kind of matters. Without hesitation I can recommend staying here for both short and long stays. Last but not least, the cost is very competitive and you’re within the walled centre of this beautiful town. Thank you. Nothing I didn’t like.
• Tereza (9/5): A modern flat located in the center of Iglesias - A newly renovated, clean and spacious apartment. The host was really attentive and supportive over WhatsApp and made sure we had everything we needed. The water bottle and coffee capsules were a nice bonus. A free parking is available a few minutes from the location. The umbrellas’ street only a few minutes on foot from the flat. The flat is on the 1st floor and the stairs are quite steep so wouldn’t recommend to elderly people.
