• james (5/5): the inside of the appartment was fine,outside not so nice - location was good, arrived that evening drove up and down for about an hour looking for place only to find different name of property and property has the same name north and south myrtle beach very confusing.....two tequilla sunrise called host jason and told him about the problem and stated that property we were looking for is under another name stairs to third floor are treacherous putting it mildly, no rails on building side, steep and dangerous when wet .security code to enter was confusing, tried to lock one night 5 times before it locked.....

• Martin (3/5): Truly disappointed. - It was hard to find things to enjoy because the unit was infested with fleas. My wife and I reserved this unit for 3 days 2 nights. At arrival, I was a bit taken back because the complex is very old and it sits in the middle of more modern and larger hotels. However, one could see the charm, it has an ocean view with two bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room and full kitchen. That made us feel like it was quite a deal, until the very next morning, my wife wanted to watch the sunrise out on the balcony. Suddenly I heard her scream, "fleas"! The balcony was infested. But that's not all, the fleas were everywhere in that unit, even on the beds. I alerted the owners, and their response was for me to "take pictures". There were no efforts to treat the place while we were there. We had to spend most of our time away from this unit. It was hard to make the best out of a bad situation, but we did. This is my first negative review for anything, and it truly deserves it. Horrible!
• CAROLYN (10/5): Great view - The view is spectacular. The kitchen is well stocked with essential cooking items as well as seasoning, coffee, and creamer. The stairs are tough but worth the climb for the view.

• Laurie (9/5): Relaxing vacation at the beach! - Great location! Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Spacious and clean apartment. Wi-Fi password was not posted anywhere and the host did not reply to my messages requesting the password.

• Mz.Tinky (10/5): Home away from home - It was a beautiful space. It was so clean and peaceful. I met the cleaning person as we were leaving. She was very kind, and I complemented her tremendously. It was equipped with anything you could ever need. We felt at home. I woke up cleaning and left it as we received it. I even organized the games/puzzles as I sat on the floor watching the waves. Cleaned the space and made the beds as well. Even though I know they will have to be remade, I just feel it's common courtesy. The steps were horrible. I could never bring my mom because there is no entryway for the disabled. But it was grand for the young and vibrant.

• Alicia (10/5): Beach retreat - We loved the location right on the ocean, the parking, and the short walk to the beach. The apt was very clean and well supplied. I personally do not like carpeting in bedrooms. However, the carpets were of good quality and clean. The towels could use upgrading, but they were fine. The unit is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator, but this was not an issue for us.

The down side ,was supposed to be wifi,nothing in the room telling you how to hook up to it,like the trash,we eventually found the dumpsters out front. When we got there couldn't find the room because the sign was missing,eventually found the room by punching in the pass key on doors till the right door unlocked G3.Suggest they put a list on the wall listing how to hook up to wifi,what to do with the trash.etc would be helpful. Also the property should have signage stating quiet times,people were,slamming doors,making all kinds of racquet well after midnight. That being an old wooden building sound travels big time

• Tasha (8/5): Christmas New Year vacay - The view was nice and The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked . I did like that there were board games to play And we were conveniently located near stores needed No elevator made it a little difficult to get up and down three flights of stairs. Unfortunately we weren't able to wash any clothes or towels due to the washing machine not working. We had to take loads to a nearby laundromat which was also little difficult especially because it was cold and going up and down the stairs. Also I was constantly finding strands of hair everywhere.

• Nancy (8/5): Location is Aplus - Location is wonderful. Apartment itself is clean, well decorated. The facility where the apartment is located not clean or well maintained in appearance. May be wise to bring comfort items like your own pillows ect. if comfort is your thing. Bring additional garbage bags if staying any length of time. We found that the one in the container was not even close to covering our 5 night stay. Also one roll of tissue per bathroom fell short of our needs. They have a washer amd dryer, bring your own detergent if you plan to use as none was available. There are 3 flights of steps to get to the apartmemt 3 G and it can be difficult carrying items up and down.. beds not comfotable

They were not the towels shown in the picture. Kitchen sponges need to be replaced after each guest. These have been there a while and I wouldn't touch them.

• Ashley (10/5): Everything was super awesome and we will be returning - The location was great. The room was very clean and home like. The kitchen has everything in it that you needed. The beds are awesome, and the deck view was spectacular. The only thing it’s not necessarily that I did not like, but was kind of tiring was the three flights of stairs. That was the only thing we did not look forward to having to do anytime we left the room was climbing all of those steps. But it wasn’t horrible, just really good cardio, haha

• Shawn (8/5): Affordable and Beautiful place - Beautiful condo, clean, well maintained. Loved the supplies such as good coffee and creamer which meant a lot! The soaps in the shower, the brita water filter, the extra blankets since we had our elderly mom with us. A lot of little helpful and thoughtful touches. Jason let us check in a little early which helped a lot as well. Easy walk to the beach even tho it was a chilly day. Plenty of parking here as well. This place also had the best price for a 2 bed 2 bath condo. Exceeded our expectations. So I never saw in the booking there was no elevator, its written but I missed it so thats on me. My poor 88 year old mom had to walk up those stairs, took a while but she got there. The only other negatives we had was the bed/bedding. Our master bed was really, really firm. The pillows smelled like someones bad perfume or cologne. I had to wrap mine in a blanket to get to sleep. Other wise everything else was perfect and I would def stay again if our mom wasnt with us.

The owner even messaged me because we extended our stay & asked if we needed anything else which was thoughtful!! The steps! I already knew we were on the 3rd floor & it was steps & i definitely got my work out in! They accept dogs & taking the dogs to the bathroom were a chore but I already knew this before I booked it!! Needed the exercise!!
