• Déborah (7/5): Bon séjour - Très bon emplacement, dans le centre et proche du ferry. Très bon restaurant juste en face (je recommande) Un effort pourrait être fait sur la propreté des chambres, et aussi sur les sanitaires communs qui semblent n’être pas nettoyés pendant des semaines.

La habitación tenía suciedad… de no haberla limpiado bien en mucho tiempo. Humedades en la pared y techo, azulejos caídos, sábanas sucias… pedimos cambio de habitación, y nos la cambiaron a partir del primer día. Quería estar un poco más limpio pero.. no repetiría en la vida. Mejor pagar 10/15 euros más por noche y estar en buenas condiciones

Das Zimmer war zwar nicht besonders hübsch aber geräumig und mit dem Notwendigen ausgestattete.Die Lage ist top, sehr zentral und nah beim Fähranleger. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der gemeinschaftliche Küchenbereich wirkte eher schmuddelig.
• Grace (2/5): The grossest place I’ve stayed this year! Needs to be cleaned - If you want to be in the thick of it, then this is a good location. It’s very close to the ferry terminal and the square. The good reviews of this hostel must be fake. This is the dirtiest accommodation I’ve stayed in. I’ve been traveling around the world for six months and I have never been to another place where there was such complete disregard for care of the communal spaces. The kitchens are disgusting. One refrigerator was broken and full of rotten food. Every surface was dirty and greasy. There was 1 coffee cup, the dishes are all melted and scratched. A guest was smoking in the communal area & put his butts out on the floor & left them there along with all the ash. There are security cameras but no one from the staff said anything about the smoking so either they don’t care or the cameras aren’t working. It’s a shame because at some point this was probably a nice place but there is zero upkeep now. Our room was down steps that had a stench outside the door that required us to hold our breath when we arrived or left. The floor in our room had been cleaned but not around the edges, the uncleaned area was grimy. Only book this place if you’re ok with this level of filth.

It is also directly below the kitchen and common area so it was SO loud when people were using that space above. Wifi did not work for me the entire time. And the kitchen for guest use was DISCUSTINGLY dirty.

Nice small balcony and kitchen equipped with some basic tools. Only one fire worked in the gas stove in our small kitchen (not a big deal for us). The accommodation had everything we needed but in our opinion it could use some small renovation to make it even nicer.

Be careful when walking down or up the stairs after it rained, there is no railing and it can be quite dangerous. I’ve seen one guy falling and I have informed the hostel to change that in the future.

Las cocinas son comunes pero definitivamente falta limpieza no es posible cocinar o solo usar el micro está sucio supongo está en relación con el mal uso que hacen los huéspedes pero he estado en otros hostales y hay limpieza diaria del frigorífico y de la cocina y me da la impresión que eso falta Tomar en cuenta que al limpieza de las habitaciones es cada 2 DÍAS no fiaría por lo que recomendaría alojarse solo una noche y cambiarse a otro sitio y te quedas más de 1 día; creo es confortable que en tus vacaciones tenga una habitación limpia

• Andreas (7/5): - Die Lage ist super. Man ist mitten in der Stadt, kann zur Fähre laufen, hat aber nicht total viel Trubel und Lärm. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich ist sehr groß, die Hängenetze sind toll, um dort den ganzen Tag zu entspannen. Es gibt genug Platz zu kochen und zu essen, auch wenn sich dort andere Leute aufhalten. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt und finden das Hostelito prinzipiell gut. Wer viel Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, der sollte sich was anderes suchen (s.u.). Das große Manko ist die Sauberkeit. Die gemeinsam genutzten Bereiche sind total dreckig und das liegt in erster Linie daran, dass sie nicht gewischt werden. In den 6 Tagen, die wir hier verbracht haben, wurde zwar oberflächlich gefegt, aber es war einfach von Grund auf dreckig. Alles wirkte vernachlässigt und auch die Zimmer hätten eine Renovierung dringend nötig.

• Bekenbaguer (1/5): - Excelente y ubicación, muy céntrico. La vista del roof era preciosa, y la piscina para adultos estuvo muy limpia. Las instalaciones están descuidadas, la piscina familiar estaba super sucia, los huéspedes no respetaban las reglas e incluso había gente comiendo allí dentro. Cuando llegamos al check in, nos querían dar una habitación qué no era la que reservamos (a pesar de que te explican que las habitaciones no están estandarizadas, si hay muchísima diferencia de una a otra. Pidan especificaciones y fotos de las habitaciones antes de tomar una decisión) Jamás se acercó personal de limpieza a mi habitación, mi pareja y yo tuvimos que realizar el aseo diariamente. Para rematar, en la cocina del área común, vi un ratón. La temática del hostal es dar una estancia amena y cómoda, no que los huéspedes se hagan cargo de la limpieza y seguridad estando hospedados. La relación precio calidad deja mucho que desear. Las amenidades son buenas, pero definitivamente necesitan mucho trabajo para mejorar.

Comfortable beds We there during the heavy rain which flooded into our room, which resulted in rucksack, books and clothes that were on the floor getting wet. • Silvia (8/5): Very good - There is a kitchen, a common area and two little pools. The kitchen was not complete, the appliances were not in a good shape. The area was less comfortable than you would think. Very very noisy street! Our room had the windows to the main street and it was way too loud. The curtains are not opaque enough for privacy.

• Roxanne (5/5): Would return but only if they fix the beds and fix their attitudes - The property was cute and in a good location. Affordable and our studio came with a decent kitchen. The staff was very rude and the bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on. A literal wooden board under a white sheet. The man working the front desk told us we had to leave immediately after checkout and couldn't wait an hour at the seating area while we were waiting for our ferry because they were "not a charity". Then he had the nerve to ask me why I wasn't smiling (I am a woman and I am sick of that question).
