• K (1/5): Third rate property not for a standard family. - Nothing.,... I visited this property with my family of 9 members, expecting a furnished apartment with a kitchen. However, it turned out to be two small lodge rooms with AC and a small kitchen. The rooms had a foul smell and no tables or chairs. The stairs were dusty, and there was not enough space for all of us. Due to these issues, we decided not to stay at the property. Fortunately, we had not paid any amount. #disappointed.

• Aneesh (9/5): Superb - Very helpful owner. VALSAN Rooms are good at this price range it's affordable. A good Restaurant opp to the Apt.. Friendly staff. Inspite of the rooms very not free for next day . He adjusted our luggage in his cabin. So we can go out. Rooms could be bit more clean and organized. Like water can filled up in kitchen and utilities kept in order Apart from that it's worth a stay

• Sajith (10/5): Safe and Comfortable stay - Comfortable stay for those who are arriving for Parassinikkadavu temple. The temple is around 2.5 Km from the apartment. If u have vehicle with u its OK. Otherwise, the owner of the apartment will arrange an autorickshaw for you. Spacious room, Balcony, Good Airconditining, Good Kitchen and clean bathroom.

The appartment was clean and well organized. We felt like home, staying there. I recommend this stay. Its near by Parassinikadavu Snake Park, Vismaya Entertainment Center and Parassinikadavu Muthappan Temple.
