• Ineza (9/5): Polecam. Mam już plany powrotu w to miejsce - Przecudna lokalizacja przy kanale Giudecca, zabytkowy pałacyk, stylowe wyposażenie, niewielka winda. Nasz pokój z łazienką (wanna), więc nie narzekam że widok na wąską uliczkę, a nie na kanał. Bardzo blisko do przystanku vaporetto Zattere na kanale Giudecca i 300 metrów do przystanku Academia na kanale Grande. Śniadania jako szwedzki bufet, kawa według indywidualnych zamowień, za oknami jadalni kanał Rio de S.Vio, przepływające motorówki i rozkołysane refleksy światła na ścianach i suficie. Bardzo wenecko i nastrojowo. Drobiazgi: zimna woda w tajemniczy sposób nagrzewała się wieczorem w rurach i trzeba było długo ją spuszczać by popłynęła zimna. Drzwi lekko ocierały się o podłogę, chyba trochę opadły. Poza tym wszystko OK
• Jeanne (10/5): lovely and beautiful! - I loved the atmosphere at Pensione Seguso! The rooms are decorated with furniture that goes with the age of the hotel as well as represented Venice so well. The owner and staff are very polite and helpful. I highly recommend Pensione Seguso. The location was perfect to reach anywhere in Venice as there is a water taxi stop close to the hotel. There aren't any negatives that I could report.

Dostępne były wędliny, ser żółty, bułki, jogurt, mleko, płatki, musli, brzoskwinie z puszki, rogaliki - jakość WiFi: można tylko przeglądać strony, wszelkie serwisy streamingowe są zablokowane (netflix, youtube itp.) wejdziesz ale żadnego filmiku nie odtworzysz - obiekt stary, meble rozsypujące się - w pokoju jest łóżko, mała szafa, stoliki nocne, mały stolik i jedno krzesło - BRAK: telewizora, czajnika, zestawu do parzenia kawy/herbaty - głośno od kanału: pływające łodzie budziły nas w nocy. - cena kosmiczna: 5000zł/4 noce

• Susan (10/5): Fantastic base for exploring Venice - We loved staying in this beautiful old building with our room overlooking the canal. It was quiet and peaceful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay again anytime.

Koselig gammelt hotell med heis. - Frokosten var god, med croissanter, kakebiter, hermetisk frukt, rundstykker, toast, smør, ost, kjøttpålegg, syltetøy, müsli, melk og yoghurt. Og kaffe etter valg og kakao. Jeg hadde enkeltrom med eget bad. Madrassen var god. Og det var rent over alt. Alle ansatte var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Det var gratis WiFi, men den var ganske svak.

They helped with booking the water taxi from the airport and the mask making workshop with Anna near Rialto Mercato which is highly recommended It was one stop away from San Marco and only 3 or 4 from Lido. Nothing. It was all perfect

Near waterfront restaurants. And there is a wonderful included breakfast every morning. There was always a staff person on duty to help us with information. Considering the age of this historical pensione, it was well cared for and the elevator to the 4th floor was so appreciated. Great value! Can’t think of anything.

• Michael (8/5): Room with a view - Location was wonderful. Getting there frpm the airport was so easy on the vaporetto...the blue line. Just take the vaporetto to Zanette turn right 200 metres. The building is 1,400 years old with lots of old world charm and a charming host. Breakfast was more than adequate. Our room was on the top floor looking over the water. Just gorgeous.

• Sabine (8/5): Charmante Pension zum annehmbaren Preis mit toller Lage und prima Service - - der persönliche, sehr freundliche Service (sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert-dies trifft auf alle Mitarbeiter dort zu!) - das Frühstück (traumhafter Cappuccino) - die Lage (direkt in der Nähe von Wasserhaltestellen) - die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und die Einrichtung (kein Touristenschnickschnack; alte, schwere Möbel) - die Ruhe - der Fahrstuhl - die schlechte Nutzungsmöglichkeit der Steckdosen (meine eigene Schuld, hätte mich vorab darüber besser informieren sollen, dass diese mit unseren Steckern nicht unbedingt kompatibel sind) - keine Fliegengitter (wegen der Mücken! Ist aber wohl aufgrund der Zugänglichkeit zu den Fensterläden kaum machbar. Nun, die Mücken haben sich wohl besonders über mich sehr gefreut. So wurden meine Töchter wenigstens verschont.) Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht. Wir bekamen eines mit einem Doppelbett und einer Liege. Für die zwei Übernachtungen war das okay; bei längeren Aufenthalten sollte man schauen, ob drei Betten nicht doch besser sind. Dass die Zimmer (und dazugehörigen Toiletten) in Venedig eher klein sind, sollte man vorher wissen und sich dann nicht wundern. Hat uns also nicht gestört, weil wir eh nur zum kurzen Durchatmen oder Übernachten dort waren.

Sehenswertes leicht erreichbar. Die Heizung funktioniert perfekt. Freundlicher Empfang. Freundliche aufmerksame Betreuung beim Frühstück. Fällt mir nichts ein.

Colazione di qualità. Pur mantenendo lo stile all’antica potrebbe rimodernare leggermente le camere ed aggiungere qualche comfort.
• Lucie (10/5): Sejour charmant ! - Nous avons pris une chambre avec vue sur le canal, et quel plaisir de se réveiller dans ces conditions ! L'hôtel est un brin désuet, mais très charmant. Son emplacement est idéal, très proche du centre tout en étant suffisamment éloigné pour être dans un quartier moins touristique, avec les musées, de bonnes adresses de restaurants et de bars aux alentours. Il est également très calme. Le personnel est adorable, parlant plusieurs langues dont le français, et est très arrangeant.

• Annika (10/5): Unsere 3 Tage in Venedig waren traumhaft. Vom der Pension seguso aus kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten per Boot ( direkt - Die Pension Seguso liegt nicht nur einmalig gelegen in Venedig sie besticht auch mit ihrer Schönheit und der Liebe zum Detail der Einrichtung. Sehr charmant

Si percepisce il carattere assolutamente individuale e irreplicabile dell’ambiente conservato rigorosamente così come era pensato tanti anni fa. Il profumo di altri tempi, un immersione in una Venezia di Ruskin, Brodskij e Visconti, e quindi un luogo poetico, e quindi lontano da certe aspettative volgari del turismo moderno. • Gunnarsson (10/5): Vi trivdes och kände oss som hemma! - Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal, välstädat och prisvärt. Fin utsikt från rummet över en glimt av vattnet och kanalen. När man ändå anstränger sig med frukosten som man gör på detta pensionat skulle det också kunna finnas någon grönsak och frukt. Det var lite lyhört.

• Angelica (1/5): BED BUG INFESTATION -- BEWARE. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. - The location was decent -- it was close to the water bus lines. The man who checked us in to our hotel room very transparently attempted to rip us off for 6 euros when we paid the hotel tax in cash. His response when we double-checked the change was that of someone who knew they had just been busted trying to rip someone off. We are both people who would always give someone the benefit of the doubt but this was just too obvious. Unfortunately this set the tone for the rest of our stay. He had requested that we leave the keys to our hotel room on a board at the entrance of the hotel every time we left -- there was no way we were going to do that after he attempted to steal from us. Luckily no one put up any resistance when we took our keys with us whenever we left. Our bedroom was nothing like the ones that were pictured in the booking for the same room type we had chosen. The room was small, dim and the bed was uncomfortable. The cleaning products they used had a really harsh odor and were the only thing on our entire vacation to trigger both of our allergies. The worst part of our stay was that it was completely infested with bed bugs. Both of us were bit and we are having to disinfect everything now that we are home. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. $236 for a bedbug infested hotel where they may attempt to steal from you is NOT WORTH IT. This is also not a good hotel for anyone with food allergies even if you notify them in advance.

It is not modern, and you feel like you’re taking a trip back in history. Very quaint, staff was warm and accommodating, and very helpful navigating the water taxis The mattress could use an upgrade :/
• Bozsó Zsombor (7/5): Good location but seen nicer places. - The property has a pretty good location. Lots of nice restaurants in the near and you can easily reach anything on foot. The breakfast is not a big deal but good to have. It’s a bit old and rusty, don’t expect much from it. And because of the bad soundproofing it can be really loud at the night.
• edward (8/5): Great stay in Venice - We were very pleased with our stay here. Very short walk from Zatterre ferry station. Super nice staff at check-in and during our stay. We had a room that opened onto a side canal and had a view to the southern main canal that was very nice. Hotel had an old world feel, but with plenty of modern day comforts. Dorsoduro district was a good calm area and away from the higher traffic tourist areas, but still within walking distance to everything.

• Renato (7/5): - La colazione era semplice ma buona e servita in una stanzetta molto carina. Accoglienza molto gentile e premurosa. Posizione molto comoda a due passi dalla partenza dei traghetti e tranquilla. La struttura necessita di qualche miglioramento (ascensore piccolo, arredamento bagni da ammodernare un po', qualche tappetino scendiletto visto i pavimenti molto freddi in questa stagione sarebbe gradito).
