Edward (10/5): Great stay and host - Stayed only one night in this apartment and would do it again if i'm ever in La Spezia. Very centrally, located and near lots of restaurants. Room was very clean and spacious. But the best part was the host, Romina,, who was in constant communication and very helpful.

Shelley (8/5): La Spezia is a lovely city - Spacious shared space. Very lovely hosts. Nice upstairs terrace. It is many many stairs away from the main town - even exiting 2 flights from main entrance is 100 stairs to exit. So always a big walk to go anywhere. No restaurants are close by.

Francisco (7/5): Es muy recomendable pero sabiendo que no es una casa completa sino que es un espacio compartido - Parece que está lejos del centro pero tiene un par de ascensores por los que accedes muy cómodamente al centro La persona responsable se portó muy bien con nosotros, tuvimos un problema de salud y se portaron muy bien Es Importante aclarar en la descripción que son habitaciones con baño compartido y no es un alquiler de una casa. Los espacios comunes son compartidos .

Garrett (10/5): Super place, lovely hosts, La S gives easy access to 5Terre, P V, Lerici etc. - Beautiful property, 3 host rooms in an architect designed apt with interior designer touches. Lovely young couple running it, really invested in making your stay a pleasure, great indoor and roof seating. Suited us perfectly, 15 mins walk from train station, using the La Spezia double lift up to the castle San Giorgio is the easier route - stopping off at the lovely coffee shop /restaurant at the lift exit is a treat.

Emilie (8/5): Amazing stay @La spezia - The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! They will do everything to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The room is very modern and impeccably clean! An added bonus is the stunning view from the terrace. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. One suggestion would be to offer a more extensive breakfast. You each get a pastry, but I can imagine that for bigger eaters, this might be a bit on the small side. A little extra bread and charcuterie/cheese would be nice.

The whole place is exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great with fresh pastries. Air conditioning in the August heat kept us cool. Romi was so kind and helpful and gave us recommendations for food and it was the best pizza we’ve ever eaten! Thank you Romi we hope to come back. Nothing
Lee (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent vista and close to dining, attractions, and transportation. Rooms had great natural lighting with plenty of closet space. Very conformable indeed. The common area is spacious, and the roof deck is magnificent, especially at sunrise and sunset. Having to leave.
