Please note that parking is not guaranteed and is limited to the private street's capacity: there is no possibility of parking; keys must be returned between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Parking a car in the private street is an additional option offered to guests free of charge, not a right. Since it is a private street managed by a consortium, if parking regulations change, parking in the private street can be revoked at any time, even after booking. Vans and/or work vehicles are not permitted in the private street. Please nte that a €100 fee will be charged for each house key and/or private street key card lost by the guest. Please note that any damage to the apartment and its contents, including linens in the bedrooms and bathrooms (including stains that damage clothing), will be fully charged to the guest. If damage to the apartment's utilities occurs due to the guest's negligence, the costs will be charged in full to the guest. Guests are reminded that all services and utilities are checked before check-in. Any unchecked damage must be reported within a few hours of check-in; otherwise, it will be assumed that the damage was caused by the guest.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
