• Tony (10/5): Exceptional - It's a beautiful hotel, newly constructed, well maintained, friendly and courteous staff - and all at a great price. Hard to imagine what more you would want in a hotel. There are lots of nice, interesting local restaurants within walking distance. Not close to anything remarkable but that's primarily because there's not much remarkable to see in Buon Ma Thuot! Most of the sights of interest, like the waterfalls and elephants, require going out of the city.
• Maree (8/5): Perfect for the one night we needed here. - The swimming pool was the draw card to this property. Allowed us to stay longer in our room for a small fee as we caught the late evening flight. Spring rolls were very yummy and we had a nice steak and chips meal here

• Thouchalanh (8/5): Very good - Very nice hotel. The included breakfast in the morning was actually really good compared to others that offer a free breakfast usually being bland. This one has different options daily while still having certain options consistent. Rooms were nice fairly modern was able to smart cast to TV to enjoy films . Really good hotel. The location. In boun ma thout area if you are looking for nightlife or anything like that. There's really not much going on there in that sense. Lots of shops start closing around 9pm not really lively at night at all unless you just want to karaoke or something. Town is pretty much just alot of motorbikes traveling anywhere but seemingly there kinda interesting.

• Bob (10/5): A Great City Hotel - This is a real 4* hotel at a 2* price. Everything about the hotel wes excellent, especially the efficiency of staff, the comfort of the room and the quality of the buffet breakfast. If I had to make a criticism, it would be that our windows had not been cleaned. A small thing that did not detract from our enjoyment of the city view.

Lights and air conditioners in rooms are faulty, when complaint made staff were not concerned and did not offer sensible alternatives until pressed - I was already researching other hotels as intending to check out before a replacement room was found. • Ly (1/5): Bad - The facilities was verry nice and good location. The receptionist was terrible. They don't welcome the customer, don't know what to do, untrained. They ask me wait 45 minutes to check in while thay chat chit. When i complained with manager, he don't do anything until the director came and tell them what to do. The staffs call to my room and ask me to check out the next day even i book the room 3 nights. They charge 15% for exchange rate and ask the customer to pay cash for laundry service without recipes.
