• Rakesh (1/5): Bad - Proximity to the kailash hospital where we came for treatment..all other facilities at the hotel were poor First of all, hotel staff charged more than the confirmed booking room price at the premise. Secondly, I requested to extend the stay which they refused to offer at booking.com price and was asking over price... They took money without extending the stay or receipt... my work at the hospital was over at 1pm and I requested to refund but hotel stand didn't refund (for 14th to 15th Sep)...rooms were not clean. Towel was dirty, and the bathroom was demanded.. I strongly suggest not to visit this hotel..it is only good for visitor with hidden interests but not for family and business trip.

• Swagat (7/5): Good - Room service. Booked the Hotel Room without thinking about the price. The photos are so good in advertisement. But in reality it was not 50% of that. Ok I managed somehow as reached late night at hotel and was not in mood to go to any other Hotel that time. But after watching the Bedsheet i was frustrated as hell. It was too dirty.

• Federica (1/5): Before booking, try to reach out the hotel asking if they accet non-Indian cityzen. - The management and customer-care. After having tried many times to reach out the hotel, by phone and email (as the payng system didn't work, and they kept answering with auto-response), I went directly there. I arrived and the staff didn't speak English. Thankfully my taxi driver spoke hindi, and I was able to understand that the Hotel did not accept foreigners. But they do not share this information online, neither on their website nor Booking.com. They did not apologize, nor helped me in any way: the person at the reception kept saying "contact customer care". So, after reaching the hotel after a long journey (I was coming from Rishikesh), I was without accommodation. I can try to understand the policy of not accepting foreign people, but it would be great to have a disclaimer on their website and on any online platform for reservation, as my reservation has been accepted, even providing the number of my passport.
• Yogesh (1/5): Booking. com is involved in a fraudulent activity. - This hotel is closed. A deserted building can be seen. I could not stay. Please don't mislead through your App to the customers. This hotel does not exist at the site.
• Rohil (6/5): Ok ok stay - The rooms were neat and cozy, well equipped but the sad part was AC was not working. Good parking space. Staff was active and willing to adjust. One if the room had dserious mold or water damage, which smelled.
