• Gertraud (9/5): Schöner Familienurlaub in Rom - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Vermieter reagiert schnell auf Anfragen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Für 6 Personen reicht das Geschirr nicht. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein.

Maison propre et spacieuse 👏 Bref idéal pour un séjour courte durée à proximité de tout Maison pas assez lumineuse, cuisine peu confortable mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé du moment qu’on passait la journée dehors.

• Deniz (9/5): - The house is in a very nice area. We enjoyed our stay. The small patio is very nice to chat and have breakfast. The communication went well, responding quickly although have very strict rules we liked our stay and can come back next time with pleasure. The bathroom is small and need renovation. There is no place to put shampoo etc in the shower. There was a note about a surcharge if we leave dirty dishes which I find strange after paying 120 EUR as a cleaning fee. Personally I don't leave anything dirty anyway but I found this interesting. Also it would be very nice if you leave some salt, olive oil incase guest would like to have just a small bite. Not a big issue just a suggestion. :)

• Carlinda (10/5): - Excelente localização, prédio bem cuidado e silencioso. Um dos quartos era muito pequeno, não tinha lugar para as malas. Tambem o único banheiro era extremamente pequeno, não tinha um local apropriado para colocar o sabonete, shampoo etc.
• Vania (10/5): - I loved our experience at Babuino Terrace. The process of receiving the keys was extremely smooth, and we had no difficulties accessing the apartment. The location is absolutely fantastic. Our routine worked perfectly: we would go sightseeing in the morning, return to the apartment for a shower and some rest, and then head out again for our afternoon activities. Everything went wonderfully well! We will most certainly return in the near future.

Kuchnia: braki w naczyniach, wyposażeniu, każde naczynie z innej kolekcji ( załączam zdjęcie znikomej ilości szklanek). Lodówka: kłopoty z utrzymaniem temperatury, zamrażarka skraplała się ciągle. Łazienka: bardzo mała, zniszczona, wymaga odnowienia. Taras: w środku, na dziedzińcu, widok dookoła na inne mieszkania w tej kamienicy. nie napawał optymizmem. Halas: co noc włączal się alarm z innego mieszkania w tej kamienicy, innego właściciela. Alarmy trwały jak syreny od samochodu ( 3 min i cyklicznie tak 5- 8 sygnałów). Zero snu, zero odpoczynku. Mieszkanie: wymaga remontu i uporządkowania ( kable w kuchni, na tarasie wokół bałagan). Jedyna rzecz na plus: lokalizacja, wygodne lóżka ( łóżka chyba nowe), klimatyzacja. • Mara (10/5): Amazing terrace in a great location! - The apartment is absolutely phenomenal. Very spacious, neat, clean and has a functional kitchen. The owner was very friendly and we could communicate without any hassle. The stellar feature is the location, it is in a walkable distance to everywhere in Rome, even the Colosseum and Termini. It is also very well connected since there are two different metro stations nearby. Also, the street is very well lit and lively, we always felt safe walking at night. The only tiny downside is that, if you're going in fall/winter, the apartment gets very cold (we couldn't figure out the heater settings), but overall, I would recommend it extensively!

• Susanne (1/5): STAY AWAY! Disgusting. Mold. Polution. Arrogant host. - We liked to go out from the apartment. Please see the pictures!! Disgusting. MOLD all over (they just painted it over with white color). Very bad air quality. Makes people sick. Dont go there if you dont want to get sick from polluted air. (old or haveing asthmatic issues). You must have the AC on high all the time wich makes the noise overwhelming. Shower in bath is overflowing after 1 minute wich makes the water fill the bathroom and the room outside. Almost no toilet paper. NO cleaning products in the kitchen, but they want you to clean it. Very arrogant host that argues about everything to get away with your money and dont solve the issues. We asked for a refund but the host had the condition that we first was give the host a good review on booking.com, and after that to trust her to make the refund. But to lie to booking.com is a scam for itself, so that is not accepted. Only sollutions here is: STAY AWAY!!

The bedding was not properly clean and the dishes also. There was no toilet paper and soap (the soap would be good but it wasn’t listed anyway, but the toilet paper was).

• Troy (9/5): Felt like you were a part of Rome and it's wonderful culture. Very safe, great pace for the location - Location was the best, truly felt like you were a part of Rome! Instructions to access property were simple and clear, management was responsive and the space was just right for a family. Spanish steps very close, really access to all of Rome was a breeze. Metro stops near by, zoo, trevi fountain, and for those that shop was quite frankly the best spot. This would most likely be the same place we stay when we go to Rome again! Place was quite spacious for the price and exceeded our pexpectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One smaller restroom.was a slight challenge with 6 people. If you cook a lot (we did) stove was small. Still, excellent overall and was just right. Grocery store 3 or 4 minute walk made for a nice adventure to cook. If you cook simple foods it's just right. No microwave though for those that would potentially need one.
• Anton (8/5): Very good - The location was very good, close to the supermarket, restaurants and some of the tourist sites, and the outdoor patio is comfortable There is no privacy, the spaces are very narrow, and there is no more than one bathroom. There is no sound insulation, and this is annoying
