• Anjana (10/5): Highly recommended - The staff were very friendly and so helpful. We asked for a scale to measure our luggages and they took us to their kitchen where they have a proper scale. The food was delicious and had a variety on each day at breakfast.more over you can ask for anything which is not in the breakfast buffet and they don’t charge for that. Room was cleaned everyday and safety is 100%. If you are traveling to Navi Mumbai, this is the place. I think the mattress was little old or had something manufacturing defect. Due to that our back were hurting everyday in the morning

• Dange (1/5): Night manager was disrespectful and was very rude and the staff to not at all happy - Staff was very rude and very bad and I have ordered dal kichidi it was tasteless and pathetic and the night manager was very disappointing he has no manners how to speak with the guest very very disappointed and the stay was very bad my experience here was very bad and the management need to take care of the staff and especially the night manager he is so rude and bad behaviour he has no common scenes how to talk to a woman very disrespectful I am not at all happy all the money went waste and mood got off!!

Staff was nice They don’t let you bring outside food or even order from outside which I don’t understand why. Honestly, people want to try different foods from outside while you’re staying in a hotel. Also, they didn’t take care of our food bills properly which we had been paying on time every time we ordered food from their inside restaurant. We stayed there for 2 nights and when we went to check out, they hadn’t cleared our food bills which was mistake from their side. We had to wait 30 minutes at check out so they could clear our bill which was already paid.

It hit my fingers 2-3 times and you know the pain.. I have suggested to convert to sliding door to keep the standards of hotel listed in booking.com
