Any damage or loss to the property caused by Guest, {including from smoking outside designated areas} will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. Damages will be charged to the (debit/credit) card provided at (the time of booking/check-in/check-out). Confirmation of your reservation implies acceptance of the following specific conditions: You must pay a deposit of €100 per stay and apartment. The deposit will be fully refunded within 14 working days of your departure, provided that no damage has occurred and the apartment rules have been complied with. Payment of the deposit outside this period carries a nonrefundable penalty of €40. Mecikovsky (5/5): Si mejora ciertos puntos podría ser un gran alojamiento - La ubicación El wifi prácticamente no anduvo en ningún momento. Habían supuestamente 3 redes de wifi para usar, solo figuraba 1 y no andaba. El agua caliente duraba poquísimo. Para una sola persona bañándose no alcanzaba. No cuenta con escoba ni pala, por lo que con los días el piso se iba ensuciando y acabamos la estadía con el suelo sucio. Tampoco cuenta con sector para secar la vajilla ni repasador.

A internet é péssima, cortinas muito finas, desta forma os vizinhos podiam ver dentro do quarto, ar condicionado não fica gelado só faz muito barulho. Pedimos uma cama de casal e simplesmente juntaram as duas camas de solteiro, assim as camas se separavam no meio da noite nos obrigando a dormir cada um em uma cama. No dia seguinte 19/01, bateram na porta dizendo que check-out era até as 11am e se passar eu teria que pagar 20€ sendo minha reserva até o dia 22/04. No dia 21/04 por volta das 20hs percebi que não havia água no apartamento, não consegui lavar a louça, tomar banho e fazer necessidades básicas, entrei em contato com a propriedade via booking e a mesma me informou que ja havia agua no apartamento, sendo que sai muito antes das 11am do dia 22/02 e continuava sem agua no apartamento. A propriedade solicita uma caução de 100€, indico a todos para tirarem fotos de qualquer coisa que esteja quebrada para que sua caução seja retornada.

Francisco José (7/5): - La ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento. Además es muy luminoso. El acceso es sencillo y el anfitrión lo explica claramente. Debes dejar una fianza de 100€ que te devolverán 14 días después de la salida. A pesar de ser un tercer piso, hay mucho ruido de la calle. La cisterna pierde y no para de entrar agua, con el consiguiente ruido.

However, the lack of clear and transparent communication made the overall experience disappointing. I was not satisfied with my stay. There was no option for late check-in, and we were charged an additional €25 for it. What was even more disappointing is that only after we paid this fee, we were informed that a €100 deposit was also required. This information was not communicated to us in advance, which felt unfair and unprofessional. Clear and transparent communication before arrival is very important, and unfortunately, that was missing in this case. Additionally, we were told that the €100 deposit would be automatically refunded within 14 days after our departure. However, this did not happen. We only received the refund after we contacted Booking.com, which was very inconvenient and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of clear and transparent communication made this experience disappointing.

Elodie (1/5): À fuir ! - Appartement très bien situé Le mobilier usé. Les photos que le propriétaire a poster ne sont pas du tout en adéquation avec le réel. Appartement miteux. Draps souiller sale et déchiré. Le lit est juste 2 lit de 1 personne mis côte à côte . Salle d'eau pleine de moisissure. Durée d'eau chaude par jour une douche de 5min. Aucune vue sur la ville alors que sur l'annonce on nous vanter la vue ! La terrasse si bien photographier est juste un hama de chaise et de table sur une fausse pelouse usé pourri.. Les ustensile de la cuisine sont en fin de vie ! Même pas une poêle ! Réfrigérateur en fin de vie petit freezer remplis de glace.

Ningún número de teléfono para llamar y ponerse en contacto. Solo un email que te contestan cuando les va bien. Al tumbarnos en la cama nos picaba todo el cuerpo. Adjunto fotografía de la sábana de la cama manchada de blanco y otra sabana rota. Cutre.

J’ai dû louer un autre appartement à mes frais. Ils m’avaient même demandé une garantie de 100 € qu’ils n’ont toujours pas rendue à ce jour. Abdellatif JMILI (8/5): Un endroit magnifique, je le choisirai comme lieu de séjour chaque fois que je visiterai Málaga. - Un bel endroit propre, doté de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour agréable. Ce qui ne m’a pas plu, c’est que l’électricité s’arrête à 22h30. Honnêtement, je ne sais pas si cela est programmé à cette heure-là ou si elle se coupe d’elle-même. Cependant, elle refonctionne dès que l’on éteint puis redémarre le moteur électrique.

Eduard (7/5): Eine nette, einfache Bleibe mit einer guten Anbindung. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet - Die Wohnung ist direkt neben der Bushaltestelle. Alle zehn Minuten kommt der Bus. Für 1,40 EUR kann man zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangen. Die Stadtmitte ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und schön. Es gibt eine Menge zu entdecken. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Leute wunderbar. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Essensmöglichkeiten sind direkt nebenan. Die Orangenbäume sind eine Augenweide und verbreiten angenehmen Duft. Die Wohnungsübergabe war etwas unprofessionell verlaufen. Eigentlich war die Wohnung bereits seit 12 Uhr bezugsfertig, aber wenn wir rein wollten, sollten wir 20 EUR extra bezahlen. Das sahen wir nicht ein, also sind wir erst um 15 Uhr aufgekreuzt. Aber da war niemand und wir hatten auch keine E-Mail bekommen. Die angegebene Telefonnummer war nur ein Anrufbeantworter und wir hatten schon befürchtet, dass wir uns eine neue Bleibe suchen mussten, als die E-Mail mit dem Code für den Schlüsselsafe doch kam. Also alles soweit gut. In der Wohnung fehlt es an Putzzeug. Wir waren eine Woche da und es hat sich eine Menge auf dem Boden angesammelt, das man leicht wegfegen könnte, wenn man einen Besen hätte. Die Wohnung ist zwar frisch gestrichen, aber stark abgewohnt. Manche Möbelstücke sind kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen, aber bei uns hat soweit noch alles funktioniert. Das Badezimmer hat keine gute Ablüftung, so dass die Feuchtigkeit sich im Zimmer ansammelt und man das Hauptfenster öffnen muss, um sie loszuwerden. Es gab nur ein großes Handtuch pro Person, kein Duschgel und auch das Klopapier war etwas knapp bemessen.

Rafael Ricardo (1/5): Ladrones - soy consiente que no buscaba confort, pero si seriedad, acompañamiento y honestidad, se dedican a brindar un servicio, por el cual se aceptan lo precios acordados, pero, no hay como reclamar la fianza, desde el 28 de diciembre de 2025 y aun no nos devuelven los 100 euros, no aparece numero de contacto , ni correo alguno, aquí quien responde?, LADRONES.
Hector (1/5): Un timo no reservar este proveedor. - Nada, nos tuvieron 4 horas en la calle y no nos daban los datos para entrar en el piso. Me obligaron a pagar una fianza de 100€ antes de darme los datos, que no han devuelto estoy en vías de denuncia, no recomiendo para nada este apartamento ni está línea de pisos, el altamente irregular. Encima el arrendador no está atento a los mensajes y tarda días en responder.
Lucía (1/5): Decepcionante - estaba bien ubicado Pesima atención, nadie nos atendio el telefono para hacer el check in anticipado, segundo la ducha estaba rota, no habia agua caliente y se inundaba todo el piso cada vez que nos bañabamos porque la mampara estaba rota, no cerraban las persianas y habia un espejo solo. Tampoco andaba el secador de pelo del baño, pesimo y no lo recomendaria. NO CONTRATEN CON ELLOS PORQUE TODAVIA NO ME HAN DEVUELTO LA FIANZA DE 100 EUROS.
