• Shaks (10/5): Lovely apartment, will be looking for another reason to stay again - Tim was an absolutely fantastic host, I couldn't have asked for more. He was very helpful before I had arrived with transport queries to the apartment/sights/train station etc. The apartment was very clean and private and had everything I needed and more. The cats were all so friendly and adorable, I couldn't get enough of them :)

• Vicki (10/5): Bright spacious friendly accommodation!!!!! - We loved everything about it, Tim was absolutely fantastic from booking it to us leaving, he messaged me everything we needed to know before we got there even down to what type of milk did we want getting, there was chocolate bars, beer water in the fridge for us, cereals, porridge crisps, coffee tea sugar, plenty of shampoo body wash sanitary products absolutely everything we needed. The bedrooms were lovely beds very comfy, Tim was very helpful with any information on buses etc we loved Pico the cat she was so friendly and just wanted cuddles and fuss we were happy to oblige,all in all perfect, we will definitely come again. N/A
• Andrew (9/5): Convenient location with easy free parking and access to the city center via a plethora of buses that stop less than 100 - Super helpful and friendly host who went out off his way to welcome us and make everything as good as possible. Clear concise instructions and information about everything including buses into town and what to see. Even had beer in the fridge along side the milk with lots of choice of breakfast cereals. It definitely feels like you are staying with a member of the family or an old friend so decorations were not necessarily of our choice albeit everything was spotlessly clean

• Lisa (10/5): Liverpool B & B - Tuebrooke towers was ideally situated about 15 mins by taxi from Liverpool city centre with amenities close by. Tim & Sue were very welcoming & they also sent lots of information prior to our visit. The rooms were all on the top floor and were very comfortable, clean & had everything you needed. Great place to stay for a weekend & a lot quieter than staying in the city centre.
• Bhavna_m (10/5): Exceptional - Tim and Sue were so helpful, making sure that finding the property was easy and ensuring all facilities and necessities were available. I especially loved the fact one of the rooms had a piano and I got to play for the first time in many years (sorry Tim and Sue for your ears!). Would recommend for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
• Matty (10/5): Perfect place to stay and will 100% be back - Sue and Tim were wonderful hosts, the house was very clean and tidy and our bed was so comfy! We had everything we needed with lots of thoughtful extras including drinks in the fridge, cakes and chocolates. Oh and also very friendly cats :D Absolutely nothing!

Lots of space, and everything you need was provided, in the bedrooms, the bathroom and the kitchenette. The attention to detail was fab! Tim was great from the moment we booked until we left. Fantastic communication and very helpful. We also love cats, so it was a bonus to have a visit from Pico, who was our new friend as soon as we arrived. Tim had checked with us first if we liked cats, so if you prefer not to have them around, then he will accommodate this. Thank you!
• Louisa (10/5): Cannot wait to stay again!! - At first I was a little apprehensive when I booked this property because it’s unusual for a host to be so friendly, I was having a weekend away with my adult son who is autistic and prefers to be ‘left to it’ but once we arrived Tim and Sue are so welcoming and lovely ….and we had the most fantastic time staying with them. I will be visiting again, as soon as I can! Thanks guys it was great, you’re our type of people. I have no criticism at all really, only thing I can think to say is the shower is small and we are giants (son is 6ft 6) so he felt unable to use the shower easily. There’s a lot of stairs up so anyone with accessibility issues should be aware of this when booking. These are minor issues compared to what you do get, for the price.

• Anna (10/5): Outstanding place to stay perfect hosts and heavenly cats. - the fridge was very generously stocked with fresh milk, hooray! Sue and Tim and grand daughter are delightful. The purple bedroom was very cosy and comfortable - spacious with a sofa and massive screen with everything you might want to watch. The lighting was great fun, as was the Dr Who theming. How amazing to have a box of fresh cupcakes made for you. Tim offered to drive us into Liverpool, which seemed very generous. We were down in the dumps for other reasons, so the affectionate cats were the icing on the cake. The Walker Gallery and World Museum were excellent. Also impressed by the North Western Weatherspoons! Muesli and fruit would have sent things stratospheric!! Also the shower is somewhat petite - but very functional. I was very disappointed by Tate Liverpool which had moved, without any signing - which is an issue when you've had a knee injury. When we got there, there was nothing to see.

• Anastasia (10/5): I recommend this place. - The hosts are very nice and pleasant. They picked me up from the train. Told and showed how to use public transport, shared a list of places that I could visit. They gave me a tour of the house and offered me a room to choose from. I had an entire floor at my disposal with a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The rooms were clean and smelled nice. They have everything you need and even more: towels, snacks, breakfasts, cats 😸. The door to the room has a lock. And a nice bonus is a skylight window.
• Amy-rose (10/5): Unique cosy property with amazing hosts and a very friendly cat - The hosts were absolutely amazing, so very accommodating and friendly. Homemade cupcakes for one night stay? Yes please! We also adored Pico the needy cat, cat cuddles were the best. I really can’t fault the property at all, everything you could want in a home stay.

It has 2 x double bed rooms, a toilet/ shower and a galley kitchen for guests. 30min walk to Anfield, 11min drive from Lime Street train station in the centre of Liverpool. Tim our host collected and dropped us and was very helpful with directions etc throughout.

• Vincent (9/5): Great value from a great host! - Tim the host was super helpful and responsive. He went out of his way to ensure we could find the accommodation, had everything we needed and was very flexible to our needs. Great host and great fun too! Top floor was exclusively ours (apart from the cat 🙂) and had everything we needed. We shared a bathroom between our two rooms so not en-suite but it was private and exclusively for our use. The kitchenette was well kitted out with plenty of thoughtful added extras. Whilst Tuebrook isn’t exactly a tourist destination (but I knew that having lived there many years ago) it was easy to get in and out of the city centre and walkable to/from Anfield which was the reason for our visit. Overall a great stay and very good value at £50 per room. Tim’s hosting also made a big difference 🙂. The location - not the city centre but I knew that when I booked and the point was to be close to Anfield.

• Nicola (9/5): Exceptionally friendly people run this accommodation and they strive to make your stay enjoyable - Really friendly hosts and a really comfortable room at the top of the house. There was also a well-stocked kitchenette with complimentary drinks and cereals. Great for off road parking too. If you like cats, then this is perfect for a stay. If you don't like cats, I'd probably choose somewhere else, as you do have to dodge one of them as you move between the bedroom and the bathroom.

Everything is explained to you before you book! We will definitely be booking here again! It’s fantastic to find a home from home whilst your away and this is it! • Diane (10/5): Comfortable stay in family home. - Very Comfortable and well equipped , exclusive use of 3rd floor of family home . Friendly hosts , left drinks in fridge and some breakfast items in kitchenette. Our privacy was respected and all communication via what’s app . Decor not to our taste , too many personal ornaments and fairy lights , Harry Potter and Dr Who fans I think ) . Can be seen in pictures , not really a big issue . Expect a visit from the household cats , we love cats but may not suit everyone.
