• Bethany (10/5): Perfect place for budget travelers - We arrived at 1am and the workers left very clear instructions on how to find our room so we could go straight to sleep. We really appreciated it. They were so friendly and left us a lovely note. Also the location is perfect and it’s so cheap. -

• Weng In (6/5): Affordable but I will not stay there again because of the centipedes - Location and staff I requested a room on second floor because I want to stay in a room more quiet but they arranged me a room on the ground floor and next to reception, so I could everyone passing by and asking the staff in the morning. There are several centipedes coming out from the shower floor when I showered two nights in a row, not just one, at least four!

The kitchen facilities & water was also very useful. The location is also excellent for restaurants, shops etc. Very convenient. Also, the walk to the beach is relatively short. Due to its location you cannot hear the road, which is excellent, as this was an issue we had with our previous hotel. We would happily stay here again! Everything was great!

I think is great if you want to chill around, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and they even have Netflix in case you want to relax in your room by the end of the day with your favorite show.

• Molly (8/5): Very good - The room was great, very spacious and clean. The bathroom was more of a wet room so the shower splashed the toilet but it was clean and seemed standard for Bali. We were only there 2 nights but it seemed like a good location. The only thing I would have liked is for larger bottles of drinking water to be provided in the rooms but this wasn't a big issue as they had a water cooler at reception.

Number 1 was fine but room number 2 was that awful smell of damp. Not sure if that was the aircon or room itself but it wasn't nice. When we came the hotel was fully booked so no chance to swap the room. Anyway the place is nice and I would stay there again but maybe not in room number 2.

I feel very mislead th - I didn’t like anything about the property The springs in the bed were unacceptable, I was moved to another room however that room had the same problem. Such an uncomfortable bed. Loud screeching noise outside my room until 10pm. There were ants in my bed !!!!! Such a let down. Do not stay here !!!!

The street is also packed with restaurants, we only walked during our stay here and just took a grab to visit Seminyak and Kuta. The hosts were lovely, they waited for us to check in late. Mould smell but most accommodations are like that in Bali.

• Liu (9/5): Worth it. - Great location, along Pantai Batu Bolong so its easy to navigate without google maps even. I spent every day surfing and it was one straight road down. The homestay is very clean such that I could keep my shoes off policy! Daily room make up was available and prompt, done well too :) The place also has scooter rentals for those who need it. Lodgers were also respectful (no one took my stuff from the fridge throughout the whole time). Staff are friendly and approachable and the homestay was peaceful (no excessive partying). I could rest and also work there with the strong wifi). I would definitely be back! The only thing that can be done better is perhaps having better quality soaps but that's minor.

Spacious, super clean, well equipped (only the fridge was missing, which was in the common area) with a lovely view from onto the pool. It is close to the main road, but the homestay itself is very quiet. The beach is around 15 min walk. The staff were helpful and very kind. I'd definitely come back and it is highly recommended! Nothing.
