The place is abslotutely clean, their bathroom has hot water and great shower. The room was amazing, clean, organized and has great Space. The staff was very warmy and prontly help us when needed. Pohodlná postel, velká televize s aplikacemi, vana v koupelně Pokoj byl hned vedle vchodových dveří, v noci když přišli další hoste mě vzbudili v noci, společná koupelna, neoznačené ubytovaní před hlavním vchodem, systém otevírání oken v pokoji, spatna zkusenost s arogantním majitelem: Měl jsem v tomto ubytování velmi znepokojivou zkušenost. Za prvé, cizí člověk (personál) mi při check-inu otevřel pokoj mým soukromým kódem, aniž bych mu ho kdy sdělil nebo ukázal telefon. To dokazuje, že hosté zde mají nulové soukromí. ​Navíc je hostitel posedlý vypínačem Wi-Fi, který se nachází uvnitř pokoje pro hosty. Neustále sleduje váš online stav a začne být agresivní a vyvíjet nátlak, pokud ho na noc vypnete (což jsem udělal pro své pohodlí a snížení signálů). Dokonce přiznal, že tento vypínač ovládá internet pro celou budovu, takže se stáváte 'rukojmím' jeho špatného technického řešení. ​Hostitel je arogantní, postrádá základní slušnost a nerespektuje hranice hostů. Celou dobu jsem se cítil nesvůj a sledován. Booking.com musel zasáhnout, aby mi vůbec umožnil spát s vypnutým routerem. Vyhněte se tomuto místu, pokud si ceníte svého soukromí a bezpečnosti!“

• Dale (9/5): Convenient easy to get to good value for london stay - Location is good a bit of a walk yo underground but good for getting to the O2. The front door is digital you have to type a code into it and if you come in late its hard to do in the dark. It kept saying locked out. We had to leave it for minute or 2 and finally it worked. Can be a bit noisy with planes flying over. But only occasionally

Жильё представляет собой небольшой дом , где сдаются комнаты по отдельности, насколько я поняла - две на первом этаже и три на втором. Мы жили в комнате, что на фото с жёлтыми подушками, она сразу первая от входа в дом, удобно. Фото комнаты полностью соответствует. На входной двери и на комнате кодовые замки, без ключей Санузел раздельный, рядом, на втором этаже. Туалет один. Полотенца, бумага, гель для душа были в наличии. Кровать достаточно мягкая, подушки удобные, но когда кто-то ворочается в постели - "штормит" соседа по кровати почему-то. В комнате есть шкафчик с вешалками, стеклянный круглый стол, два стула, холодильник, большой телевизор ( не включали) В шкафу утюг и фен. На кухне чайник, плита, духовка, микроволновка. Сам район тихий, остановки автобусов относительно близко - но до Трафальгарской площади на 15 автобусе по прямой ехать целый час, лучше пройтись чуть дальше, 10 минут до DLR и проехать 3-4 остановки на поезде до Тауэра или Банка, там уже дальше пересаживаться, если надо. Мало посуды , одна сковорода и одна кастрюлька, просила у хозяина доп.вилки, а то соседи забирали в комнаты. Багаж оставить на несколько дополнительных часов - 10 ф и нет безопасности - сказали просто оставить у входной двери ( мы не оставляли)

O self checkin foi facil, perto do apartamento é possivel pegar o onibus 15 oh 115 que facilita o acesso a varios pontos turísticos.l A sanita é separado da pia e duche, se usar o banheiro e alguem estiver tomando banho, nao dá para lavar as maos.

• Sara (8/5): Great value, perfect for a shorter stay in London. - Great location, room was nice, house was great. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Great value for money. Shower’s temperature changed a lot from really hot to really cold. The bed was a bit smaller than a double and creaked a bit. Someone else staying in the house tried to open our door whilst we were in the room (I think out of confusion) and that was quite scary.

The staff, especially Arti, were extremely helpful and attentive to everything I needed during my stay. The house was very clean, well organized, and quiet. The heating worked perfectly, which made the stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend this place. In the room where I stayed, there was quite a bit of street light coming in at night. I think blackout curtains would be a great improvement. The cabinets are a bit old, but the kitchen was well equipped and had everything I needed.

• Voremberg (5/5): Pas forcément ceux à quoi on s’attendait - Nous avons séjourner trois nuits dans cet établissement. La chambre était propre, le lit toutefois petit pour deux. Les sanitaires étaient correct mais les portes étaient très bruyantes et très très peu de pression dans la douche. La localisation de l’établissement est bien, proche des transports. En revanche, en ce qui concerne la cuisine, une mauvaise odeur durant tout le séjour se dégageait de la cuisine. De plus, elle était dans un mauvais état, pas propre, et peu de matérielle pour cuisiner, décevant… Enfin, la cuisine n’a pas de porte, alors dès que l’on fait à manger, les odeurs de nourriture se dégage dans toute la maison, c’est pas agréable. Les chambres sont mal isolées, on entend tout ce que fait le voisin. L’adresse indiquée par la propriétaire n’est pas la bonne on a bien mit 30 minutes et contacter la propriétaire pour réussir à trouver le logement. Le chauffage a été coupé pendant une journée, nous sommes arrivées dans la chambre il faisait froid, nous avons du nous même réactiver le chauffage sur la chaudière.

The mattress is very cheap and old. Even it is super economy airbnb I still would expect clean sheets and comfortable mattress.

The instructions to gain entry could've been sent earlier, we only got them an hour before we were supposed to check-in. The shower head could've had more pressure, but it wasn't that big of a deal. In general everything was great!

Would recommend for people looking to stay near Canary Wharf/further out of the touristy areas. Some more clear signage outside of the property would be helpful. We struggled a little to find it in the dark. Location would not be good if you wanted to be near tourist attractions as public transport is a little limited but it was he perfect spot for us visiting friends

• Nga Tung (10/5): Very value for money and definitely a great choice in London for short term stay - The room is exactly like the photos. We booked it because it has a in room fridge which really helpful for us who have been travelling for quite a while. It’s clean, warm and cozy. Even it’s a shared house you still have plenty of personal space. We have big bulky suitcases with us so instead of walking to the place we took uber, costing around £8-12. It takes around 15 mins to walk the nearest train station which is also very acceptable. We had a long flight before arrival and the place is just perfect for one night stay that we had a comfortable time and slept like babies. In the past we stayed in many different hotels or hostels in London with similar costs but this one is absolutely a great deal with a clean, cozy and spacious room. Highly recommended! Nothing! But we didn’t use the kitchen, it looks other guests might not have cleaned it after using it. But I won’t call it dirty just “guests being guests”.

• Denisa (5/5): If you are looking for accommodation for 1 to 2 nights, this is fine, but pay extra for a better room (the yellow one). - The city center could only be reached by bus (bus tickets are cheaper than combination of bus and subway). Self- service check-in. The accommodation was not completely clean and since the hallway, kitchen, and toilet were not completely clean, we brought some hair, crumbs, etc. into the room and it was everywhere on the floor. There was mold on the windowsill. I know it's not a hotel, but if someone is staying more than 3 nights, it would be a good idea to just vacuum their room, it takes 2 minutes. I wouldn't say that I felt completely safe in the area. One morning, some people argued above for about 40 minutes (a man shouted at his wife a lot, another morning they kept banging on something, so a regular wake-up call at 7 am). The sink is only in the bathroom and since the toilet and shower are constantly occupied, even if you manage to go to the toilet, you are not able to wash your hands, so you can try your luck downstairs in the kitchen. It would be nice to have a bigger basket in the room and towels for hands, since we only got one large towel each for 5 nights. And also 2 chairs, we had only one in the room and there is no furniture in the kitchen.

Podría agregarse una TV en el cuarto, también un tacho de basura en el baño donde está la ducha. Y la ubicación bien, pero hay que caminar unos 10” para tomar un subte o tren y siempre hacer combinancion de dos cosas.

• Maura (7/5): A pleasant city base. - The property was easy to find, and the instructions to gain entry were very clear. The shared kitchen had a fair amount of equipment you'd need to make a dinner or breakfast. The mattress was lovely. The host came and asked if we had settled in alright, which was useful. The property is near two large supermarkets. As it's a shared kitchen there could have been more cutlery available. The door handles and bathroom lock need oiling as, when they're used during the night, it seems loud.

• Rita (10/5): Clean and nice - The host was reachable and friendly, he helped in everything. The apartment was clean and perfect for a stay in London. The shared bathroom was always clean. The transportation is very good from the apartment. DLR, bus, tubes. If there is a tube strike the Elizabeth line is always running and it is an easy walk from the apartment. If we will go to London again we would choose this accomodation for sure.
