• Sonja Sibila (10/5): Odlično. - Lokacija fenomenalna, čisto blizu zgodovinskega dela mesta, tja smo šli vsak dan peš. Zajtrk je bil izjemen, s sveže pripravljenim pecivom, gospa v strežbi pa izjemno prijazna in ustrežljiva. Prosili smo, ali se lahko vselimo v sobe že zjutraj ob 9h, ko prispemo z letališča in so nam to omogočili. Hvala! Neprijetno sem se počutila, ko so me prosili, naj rečem, da sploh nismo bili v nastanitvi - pri Bookingu zbiram točke za Genius status, zato sem bila v precepu, kako reagirati: po eni strani so nam omogočili predčasno prijavo, kar je bilo izjemno prijazno, po drugi bi izgubila nagradne točke ... Smo se dogovorili, da najamemo namesto treh le dve sobi in tako rešimo zagato.
• Dildara (8/5): - Расположение и чистота. Фото комнаты соответствуют по букингу. Всё есть одноразовые тапочки, зубная щётка, паста и т.д. Постельное белье, полотенца всё чистое и глажено. Было холодно в комнате, кондиционер вовсе не согревал , после обратились к рецепшн. Ребята быстро поменяли комнату там кондиционер вроде работал. Не было горячей воды не знаю почему

Before already wrote to place about this question and they gave answer that they accept credit card! Finally when checked in they not accepted card! Which is not good . That what I don't like and not fair!

• Emma (1/5): - The room was clean but had lots of bugs and no hot water. The breakfast was not a buffet, just a table with food. Eggs and ham were offered the first day, but not the next day because there was no one in the restaurant. Regarding payment, the Booking page says that cards are accepted, but I was told to pay in cash. I told them I only had large bills in USD and they said they would prepare change so I should pay the next day. However, they still had no change on the next day. Even when I checked out, he said he would get the change from then on. The staff tried to charge me 60$ even though the fixed price was 50$. Later the owner who went to make change came back with no dollar and asked me if I want to pay with cash or card. Why did they lie that cards are unacceptable? When I tried to pay by card, he charged me 56$. I asked what the extra charge was. He ignored me and just told me to give him my card. When I asked for an explanation and did not give him my card, he became angry and yelled at me and tried to leave the building. The staff told me it was 50$ if I pay with cash. The fact that the staff said 50$ instead of 60$ in front of the owner suggests that he intended to steal 10$ if I paid 60$. I ended up going to the money exchange and paid them by breaking up my 100$ bill. They had no intention to prepare dollar cash from the beginning, they were going to exchange my 100$ instead. I don't understand why they kept lying to me that they would be ready tomorrow.

• Corinna (10/5): Beautiful hotel in the old town - Very nice hotel inside the old town. They have a beautiful court yard and you can reach all major sites within a couple of minutes. Also staff was very friendly and accommodating. I can definitely recommend Imperial Palace.

• Salim (1/5): A éviter. Arnaque - Ils arnaque Booking en vous demandant de payer en espèce puis indique que vous n'êtes pas venu. Vous passez pour le voyeur fautif alors que vous étiez bien présent.

• Olivier (9/5): - Nice location, helpful staff, big confortable rooms with AC, and a small fridge, they also provided a small bottle of water every day which was appreciated. They let me check out 1 hour late. Breakfast was all right but it could be improved, (it was low season and we were only 2 in the hotel, so there is that). Overall I was satisfied I was surprised I had to pay an extra 3$ a night even though booking said taxes were included.

• Alexandr (1/5): - Шикарное месторасположение Останавливались на 4 дня (конец апреля 2025), большие вопросы к персоналу, при вопросе есть ли знакомые валютчики мне предложили обменять рубли на сумы прямо у них в отеле по курсу 1 рубль= 11 сум, после моих слов, что я знаю реальный курс в районе 150 сум извинились, ссылаясь что мы не знаем какой сейчас курс, в последний день проживания нам предложили съехать с 2-х снимаемых номеров (2х и 3х местные) в 1 номер (у нас семья 5 человек), объясняя тем что ожидают большую группу и разместить людей негде, пообещав что будет 5 спальных мест, в итоге была 2х спальная кровать+1 диван, матрас на полу и всё, итого 4 места, со словами мы еще раскладушку поставим были корректно посланы. Что касается завтраков, выбор скудный, они с 7 утра, блюда не докладываются, придя в 8.20 обнаружили полупустые тарелки, остатки нарезок не прикрываются предыдущими туристами пленкой, она лежит рядом, на продуктах сидят мухи, в кофемашине за 4 дня ни разу не появилось молоко. Подытоживая можно сказать что мы повелись на хорошие отзывы, по факту имея большой опыт путешествий, в том числе по Узбекистану (Хива-Бухара-Самарканд-Ташкент) могу сказать что Вы должны осознавать риски проживания, будьте внимательнее с персоналом, есть риск попасть на обман, если Вы завтракаете рано утром в 7 утра то у Вас будет полный стол еды без мух
• Angelina (9/5): Newly renovated room in a large gated courtyard around the corner from Old Town - The location is stellar. Just steps to old Town and all the attractions. Spotless clean, massive courtyard, with renovated rooms. The bathroom was almost clean, the AC worked really well. The staff was friendly, and there is off street parking if you have a car. I don't have any complaints about the room. It was obvious that the people renovating did a really good job and did not cut corners, as everything worked and looked amazing. The apartment appeared clean as well. Breakfast was ok, 7-9 I believe. I don't like misleading business practices. The listing states they take credit card, but they are cash only. The room is not the size listed. The tourist fees are not included and they charge for babies. As long as you're assuming extra costs and cash payment, you will be fine and enjoy it. Perhaps they are new to booking and after this, they will be able to adjust the listing to reflect accurate terms. I have no issue with paying money, I only take issue with bait and switch. Also guys you have to clean under the rim of the toilet bowl for it to be clean, the flushing holes shouldn't be brown from weeks of not scrubbing

De staf is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Niets. Het ontbijt kan misschien iets gevarieerder.

• Sergey E (5/5): Второй раз не остановились бы. - Хорошее расположение. Невысокая стоимость. Бронировали семейный номер делюкс. Но нас поселили в стандартный номер (судя по фотографиям на сайте), утверждая что это тоже делюкс. Сказали, что тот номер, который на фото занят. В отеле останавливаются организованные группы туристов, которые ведут себя очень шумно. Звукоизоляция никакая. Если во дворе кто-то с 7 утра громко разговаривает, спать невозможно. А вечером веселье во дворе продолжалось часов до 12 ночи. При заселении администратор нам сказал, что завтрак с 7-30 до 9-30. Но когда мы в день отъезда пришли к 7-30, все было закрыто и хозяин сказал нам, что еще ничего не готово и чтобы мы приходили в 8. Мы стали объяснять ему, что у нас самолет через 2 часа и мы не можем позже. Но вместо какого-либо понимания получили в ответ странно агрессивную реакцию. Он даже позвал администратора, чтобы тот разбирался с нами. Также была неприятная ситуация с глажкой одежды. Путешествуем давно и довольно часто, но с таким неудобством столкнулись впервые. Вечером попросили у администратора утюг. На что он сказал, что у них его нет. Что погладить одежду я у них сама не могу. Это делает только горничная, которая придет только утром в 9-30. И вместо того, чтобы утром пораньше пойти гулять ( а на улице в те дни днем доходило до 36-38 градусов) , пришлось почти до 10 утра сидеть в отеле и ждать одежду. Услуга, кстати, платная (оплатили при выселении). И о чистоте в номере: если ходить босиком, то ноги будут черными. В общем, не рекомендую.

• Elias (6/5): I will not stay here next time I am in Bukhara - Location 1) They advertise continental breakfast, but there was no breakfast. Every time I had to go to the receptionist and ask them to make me breakfast, which was very unpleasant and therefore I have avoided eating breakfast for two days. 2) The weather was very hot, approx. 37 degrees, but there was a thick duvet on the bed, which was perfect for freezing temperatures, I had no idea how to use it. 3) I had a train ticket at 15:30 from the train station to Samarkand, I talked to the receptionist about being able to check out around 14:00, he asked to pay for it, which I'm a little unhappy about. , I assumed that since there was no continental breakfast, so they would be a bit flexible here, but I assumed wrong. 4) When I was going to check out they asked me to wait until they checked the room and then I could be allowed to leave the hotel. I have traveled to more than 25 countries and stayed in more than 50 hotels around the world, I have never experienced such behavior, I found this very disrespectful, was there anything valuable I could steal or destroy? Maybe I could steal towels or that winter duvet? Who knows :)

• Евгения (9/5): Достойно - Расположен в тихом месте старого города, в пешей доступности от Пои-Калян. Обильные, разнообразные завтраки. В каждом номере халаты, одноразовые тапочки, туалетные и чайные принадлежности, фен, кондиционер. Можно заказать (заблаговременно) еду в номер. Азамат всегда готов помочь и пойти на встречу (при заселении вечером в воскресенье не хватало местной валюты для полного расчёта за 2 номера, окончательный расчёт произвели на следующий день. После замечания о шумном вентиляторе в санузле предложил поменять номер). В двухместном номере с односпальными кроватями (№ 16) был пыльный пол и плохо грел бойлер. В двухместном номере Делюкс с 1 кроватью (№ 12) надо заправить кондиционер (не хватает охлаждения) и починить вытяжной вентилятор в санузле (очень шумит). В обоих номерах нужны шторки на ванную, чтобы не заливало пол при принятии душа. Пару раз отваливался WiFi, приходилось во дворе перегружать роутер :-)
• Timofei (9/5): - Очень удачно расположен. Здание постройки Российской Империи, высокие потолки, похоже на бывшую лечебницу. Просторная территория. Есть и батареи и кондиционер (мы были весной и всё это не понадобилось). Завтрак зависит от количества приехавших. Если мало, то Вам будут готовить индивидуально. А если много постяльцев, то будет шведский стол. Гостеприимство узбекское. Сервис тоже узбекский. Если что то нужно не стесняйтесь спрашивать, Вам обязательно помогут.
