• Prosper (1/5): What a fraud. I need my money back!! - I was denied checking in. Told that the guest house operators had left by what looked like the owner. I basically lost my money, emailed booking.com with no response. And i called the number provided and got the answering machine all the time. Pathetic!!

Every time when going out, you must ask them to open the gate as if we are in high school. It does have a tv, but no plugs 😕 Towels were wet as if someone had used them before we checked in. I RATE IT *0*
• Mariane (1/5): Very bad experience. Will not recommend this place to any body. - Location is excellent. View of sea from front balcony Room was not even clean after previous guest. Dustbin was full of garbage. Shower was dirty, mat infront of shower was dirty and still wet. Carpet in room was dirty. Towel in barthroom had a bad odor. No toilet paper. Had to ask for toilet paper. Whole guest house is dirty. Balcony is full of sigaret butts. Had to ask to open gate every time we want to leave. Only 1 remote of gate on premisses. Throw over on bed had a weird smell as well as the duvet. Shower did not have a door. Broken shower door was standing next to washing bin. Shower full of mould. Cutley in kitchen was not clean properly. When we left after the knight stay we had to wake the lady in charge to open the gate.
• Mandy (2/5): Not goo. - Only the location They didn't know I was confirmed to stay. I was given a different room that felt like the maids room. The room smelt of moth balls. The host was friendly but didn't explain anything. There was no wifi. The shower floor looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. Black mold on the tikes and wall. I was locked in with no key or remote to the gates.

• Mashele (1/5): Had to clean my room in order to b comfortable and be in a clean room - The area is well placed,the house is fine just that it is filthy the staff do not clean the owner must make means to hire staff that will be take their job serious and take into consideration the visitor's health the place if filthy thel linen an towels are never changed and they are dirty and smells Every guest expect to be at clean and house but at that's the complete opposite the kitchen is worse microwave everything is filthy

• Ade (5/5): Management should see to providing what's truly expected of a guesthouse. - Location and wifi Bedsheet had stains all over it. Room and toilet wasn't properly cleaned. Guest house couldn't even provide wash hand soap in the toilet neither was there shower soap of any kind. Got a different room from what I booked which i didn't like and made me complain a lot. The list is endless. I enjoyed the stay for the location as I lived in Sunset Beach for many years but a lot of work needs to be done by the management and professional staff training/conduct for the staffers.
