Inne obiekty jak zajęcia Yogi dostępne w zasięgu 5 min spacerem. Lokalizacja bardzo spokojna bardziej dla osób zainteresowanych sportem, spokojem i zachodami słońca. W hotelu można wypożyczyć skuter bez żadnego depozytu. Bardzo miła obsługa.

La piscina del hotel también nos gustó mucho y, sobre todo, el trato del personal del hotel que se preocupan por que no te falte de nada. Puedes desde hacer la colada hasta alquilar una moto. Es necesario moto para moverte a zonas con más ambiente
• Denis (8/5): - Die Roller können ohne Deposit gemietet werden. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist super sauber und der Garten ist mit viel Liebe und unterschiedlichen Pflanzen bepflanzt. Durch die Nähe zur Straße, kann es schon mal lauter werden. Es ist sehr hellhörig.

Très jolie piscine et très propre! Très bien placé pour aller dans les restaurants de Hin Kong, pas besoin de moto pour se déplacer. Magnifique sunset. Rien que ne puissent faire les propriétaires concernant la route de Hin Kong

• Eric (1/5): Terrible. - Nice location for sure I arrived to find that my bungalow was next to one of their new bungalow construction projects. So right near the bed and window, 10 meters away, from 8 am to 6 pm (or later) they are working and cutting and hammering. The owner was irascible with me even at first when I tried to explain this situation can’t work for me. She stalked me outside the bungalow walking back and forth like a tiger, as I called booking and tried for some resolution. Turns out with booking there is zero recompense aside from them saying they will supply 10% of the booking…. Clients and reservers are 100% at the mercy of the owner. And this owner only cared about the money; zero interest in my well-being. So the owner took the $1500$ reservation and had ZERO interest in giving me anything back. I was astonished and after some unpleasant arguments she said she would give me half; but I’m pretty sure that never happened. I haven’t even looked I’ve been so upset by this situation. I got an email from booking saying they would waive the fee. Oh, thanks. Keep in mind it is high season so I was totally screwed to find another place. So lost 1500 and had to pay 3 times for finding a place in real time on the island. Fair warning.

The white towels were no longer as white as they once were, although they were clean and smelled gorgeous The smell in the bathroom was bad The water was lukewarm warm at best The host can be a bit hot and cold; happy at times but not at all friendly at other times. That said, the female host was very welcoming and friendly all the time.

Der Verwalter kümmert sich liebevoll um Alles. Man benötigt einen Roller hier um alles zu erkunden. Aber optimal gelegen um die Strände zu erkunden.

• Kolja (1/5): Wir können die Unterkunft aufgrund massiven Schimmelbefalls nicht weiterempfehlen. - Der Pool sag in Ordnung aus, der Garten wirkte gepflegt. Leider war unser Aufenthalt in der Nitchanan Villa auf Koh Phangan eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung. Das Zimmer war extrem feucht, roch stark modrig und überall war sichtbarer Schimmel: An den Wänden, an den Gardinen, an den Möbeln, im Bad, im Kleiderschrank, an der Klimaanlage und sogar auf einem Kissen. Die Luft war so feucht und belastet, dass man es beim Atmen deutlich gemerkt hat und alles fühlte sich klamm an. Man konnte erkennen, dass versucht wurde, den Schimmel mit Farbe zu überdecken, aber er kam wieder durch. An mehreren Stellen war die Farbe aufgebläht oder abgeplatzt, ein klarer Hinweis auf ein dauerhaftes Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Als wir den Besitzer darauf ansprachen, zeigte er keinerlei Verständnis. Er meinte, der Schimmel sei kein Problem, ein Zimmerwechsel sei nicht möglich, da das Hotel ausgebucht sei, und wir könnten abreisen, bekämen aber kein Geld zurück. Wir sind deshalb nach nur einer Nacht abgereist, obwohl wir vier gebucht hatten. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass die Unterkunft uns bei Booking.com fälschlich als „nicht angereist“ markierte, offenbar um eine negative Bewertung zu verhindern. Dies konnten wir zum Glück richtigstellen. Auch die Lage ist nicht ideal. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße, hinter dem Haus war eine Baustelle und es war daher recht laut. Zum nächsten kleinen Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten läuft man etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten an einer wenig schönen Straße entlang. Der Strand in der Nähe war ebenfalls nicht attraktiv und mit Mangroven bewachsen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen!
