Guest Reviews
- Ana (10/5): - Tudo perfeito, voltaria 100%
- sabrina (1/5): - Nothing
- Vincent (7/5): -
- Marti (8/5): - Muy buena ubicación.
- Helga (10/5): -
- Arav (7/5): Good place - I like the place very close to city center but the break fast mentioned with this price would atleast include bread or egg or fresh fruits (apples were rotten badly), otherwise all good The breakfast, should improve and provide more items like egg or bread or fresh fruits or juice etc
- Floriane (10/5): AMAZING - Excellent location, room with a view on Big Ben and London Eye, really close to everything!
Super clean, the room was perfect! The breakfast included is nice Looking for the key is a bit of an experience but it went pretty well!
- Magdalena (7/5): beautiful but loud - The location is great, the view is amazing, the bed is very comfortable and the apartment is well maintained and fragrant. Given that it is an accommodation with three separate rooms and a shared bathroom and toilet, it is not entirely ideal, first of all, any movement is terribly audible, the doors and locking of each room are noisy. We were in room 1, which is adjacent to the bathroom and toilet and I definitely do not recommend this room, because you can really hear everything. The first night the first neighbors arrived at the accommodation at midnight, so I could not sleep and then I was woken up by someone taking a shower at 3 in the morning. For two days I did not sleep at night at all.
Another disadvantage is that the toilet is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, so we waited for two hours in the morning before everyone took turns and we could go to the city.
The ideal situation would be to pay for all 3 rooms so that you have your peace and comfort. I would definitely recommend two duvets instead of one large one, I was with a friend and I would appreciate my duvet.
- Stephen (8/5): Fantastic location at a good price. Amazing view of Big Ben and the London Eye in the distance. -

- Maja Kimbrell (8/5): Convenient pleasant room near Waterloo - Very convenient place to stay one night, very quiet and comfy bed. Nice view of the London eye. Breakfast is in the shared kitchen. Shared bathroom. Easy self check in. 10 min from Waterloo. Be aware kitchen and bathroom are shared. Unfortunately, the other guest was in the bathroom for like 30 min so I could not use it to shower before I left.
- Graham (8/5): Very pleasant and convenient.. - Well equipped and comfortable. The bed frame needs some attention.
I’m not sure that the central heating on all the time is necessary, it’s not cold enough yet.
The bathroom was very hot, and pipes running through the bedroom were extremely hot, even with radiator switched off.
- Andre (9/5): Worthy, perfect for few days - I like that the apartment “flat” was very clean and organized. The location was very convenient near bus stop, gas station, grocery stores, restaurants, and the city. It was walking distance to a lot of main points. The view from the bedroom and the kitchen was really nice. The kitchen had all I needed to make meals. It was nice to have cereal, milk, and coffee provided. I appreciate the toothbrush and toothpaste provided too. Everything had a clean smell. The only problem is that it’s a 3 bedrooms apartment that can host up to 6 people total and there’s only 1 bathroom. The kitchen is very small so it gets very crowded if more than 1 person decides to cook at the same time. It’s complicated if the other people in the other rooms have the same schedule as you. Specially in the morning when everyone is trying to leave or when they have to do the checkout at the same time.
The heater is always on in automatic and the apartment was very hot for me. I was sweating all the time that I was in a common area or in the bathroom. I closed my bedroom door and left the window opened so the room doesn’t get hot like the hallway, kitchen, and bathroom. The birds outside were extremely loud specially at 6am but at the same time I didn’t want to close the window because the heater was on.
The location looked sketchy when I arrived but it got better when I got more familiar the next day. My GPS took me to the building behind and I struggled finding the right location for few minutes. “Use Google Maps instead of Apple Maps” it’s more accurate on the location.
The glass shower door had water stains, it could be cleaned better but it wasn’t too bad.
There was a loose piece of wood under the bed that made the bed slide or move to the sides and bent. I was worried the bed would brake in half.
The bedroom is very small so it’s complicated to move around, specially if there’s more than 1 person in the room.
Overall it was good for few days. Specially if you spend most of the time out and you just go there to sleep.
- BeeHanc (5/5): Acceptable for a couple days, but wouldn't recommend for longer. - The location is close enough to Westminster and the rest of the fun things to see when visiting London. The bathroom was mostly clean. Fresh towels were provided. Great view of Westminster and the London Eye, which is beautiful at night. There was no warning from the people running the place that there would be 10-15 different key boxes to try and retrieve the key from upon arrival and I had to directly contact them late in the evening after trying most of the boxes more than once before i finally found the right one. Pictures were not sent of the appropriate key box until i asked for it and in the dark i didnt even see the ones on the ground right away. The lock on the front door of the apartment is really difficult to turn and honestly not a single time did i think it would hold against an intruder. The room locks were fine. I didnt realize the area was not exactly a safe area so definitely ensure you don't look like a tourist at night. It was okay but i would try to keep from drawing attention to myself here. Also you can hear everything from the neighbors above you.

- Zwe (8/5): Nice stay - Location
Good value for money in this economy
Comfortable bed I didn’t see shower gel in the bathroom
- Uriy (8/5): -
- Anmar (8/5): -
- Daryna (10/5): -
- Paul (5/5): Passable -
- Catherine (8/5): Very good -
- Gunnar (5/5): Passable -
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - very clean
- Jake (8/5): Very good -
- Darragh (8/5): Very good -
- Jüri (2/5): Very poor - Social housing turned into Air BnB. Apartment was ok, house was extremely dirty. When I entered one of the neighbours was kicking out dead mouse with her feet (like a football). Not the best 1st impression:).
- Scott (9/5): Well maintained property that exceeded expectations - The room and bathroom were very clean and reasonably spacious. There was food and snacks, including fresh milk and apples, prepared in the kitchen. Access was easy and straight forward.
However, there was only one towel in the bedroom which was strange as I booked for two people. The kettle is missing a lid and needs replacing because it subtracts from the overall great upkeep of the Airbnb!
- Zijie (8/5): Very good -
- Chmura (10/5): Amazing place to stay for a weekend. - It’s location, amenities and comfort The heat
- Petra (8/5): Very good -
- Litovka (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, everything is very comfortable, the opportunity to drink coffee in the morning was a nice bonus. Thanks a lot
- Michal (9/5): Superb -
- Shaynie-leigh (8/5): Very good -
- Jorge (3/5): Poor -
- Adrian (6/5): Pleasant -
- Maria (8/5): Very good -
- Oshri (1/5): Nightmare - This place is a scam. The toilets are shared (and not explicitly mentioned in the reservation). The "breakfast" is lousy - just some cereals in the kitchen, The maintenance level is low. The entire night the co2 alarm beeped and the owner didn't respond, It felt like sleeping in a hospital bed. Don't come close!
- Oana (8/5): Clean and basic in the heart of London - The location is great, a short walk from the London Eye.
The room was clean and the towels were good.
Bathroom was also clean No soundproofing.
The guys in the other room came home at 1 in the morning and although I think they tried to be quiet, the sound travels under the door and so we got woken up.
And at 4 in the morning, a mere 3 hours later, when we had to wake up to catch a plane, I’m pretty sure they heard us although we really tried to be as quiet as possible.
- Michael (6/5): Decent warm room - Heating was great and the (modern) shower had good hot water. Good views of London Eye and the Houses of Parliament. Only a 2 minute walk from bus stops. Suzanne sent clear and thorough pr instructions to access the flat (on the 9th floor of an apartment block, accessible by lift). Disappointing breakfast.... Simply a collection of cereals in the kitchen. Wasn't sure if the milk in the fridge was for the other guests or provided by the host so didn't touch. I guess the appliances in place for self-catering means this would be suitable for a stay of at least a few days.
- Oskoe (8/5): Very good -
- Ishtvan (3/5): Not worth the money at all for a simple room in an old apartment - Disappointed that I paid for the big room but got a small one instead. Definitely not worth the money. Internet was good. Got a smaller room than what I paid for. Old apartment. Water pressure in the shower is low. Says breakfast included but it's only milk and low quality cereal, and coffee / tea.. for this money?
- Ahmet (10/5): Amazing view of the city, feeling like a local - The owner is very helpful, we were able to reach her immediately if we had any questions. Room, kitchen and bathroom were hygenic. The location of the house is very close to attractions and bus stops. We had a great view of the city. Beds were large enough and comfy. We will definitely choose this place again when we come again. Nothing
- Beth (9/5): Superb - Great location. Close to attractions but at the same time felt like living like a local..
- Dzwowa (7/5): Good -
- Silvia (9/5): Worth the money - The place was easy to find and the transport was excellent to the centre of London and only 12 mins from Victoria Station. The communication with the owner was extremely straightforward and she was very helpful with an extra information. The place was clean and quiet it means I had a good night sleep. The only thing I would say is that a longer and darker curtain would be great because in the summer the bedroom gets a little lighter very early in the morning.
I definitely would book this place again in the future. Nothing
- Mike (6/5): Good location, but let down by some basic needs - Location was great, comfy bed, breakfast was good.
Easy to get in with clear instructions. The shared bathroom had a faulty light switch, which was sometimes unable to work.
Bedroom was basic but adequate - the curtain was too small for the window, no lamp, main (only) light was a bare bulb.
This is a ninth floor flat - was not made clear when booking.
Kitchen only big enough for 2 people max at a time, & had to borrow a chair from bedroom, in order to sit down to eat (two people).
- Chen (9/5): Very nice stay overall - Very clean Maybe the sound proof
- Torsten (2/5): The room was cheap but not worth the money. It should not be on Booking if you will keep up your rep - Only a naked bulb overhead in the small room. No lamp for reading. Only milk and cornflakes, fruit for breakfast. Coffe was finished, we had to buy our own.
- Nicholas (7/5): Cheap and reasonable - Cheap. Good communication. Friendly and helpful. Room size Location not so easy to find
- Jan (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, amazing bed, and kitchen. I highly recommend it.
- Holly (8/5): Very good - Great location, good price compared to other accommodation in the area. Easy to check in, good communication with host. Shared bathroom was really clean. Free breakfast is a selection of cereals and teas and coffee which was perfect for us. Great view over the city!
- Aylen (7/5): Overall ok, but breakfast and bathroom situation deceiving. - The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was really comfy. Check-in process was easy and the location was pretty handy for us as we arrived and left from Waterloo Station. Breakfast included is a bit deceiving. If you're a traveller trying to save money, and book this place thinking you'll save some of your daily budget by having 'breakfast included' I would feel really dissapointed. A few boxes of cereal on the table and a pint of milk in the fridge is actually a bit frustrating. What if I'm gluten free? Vegan? Just don't include it in the description of the room and have it as a bonus for those who would eat that as a breakfast. I blame Booking.com for this as well!
Also, the 'shared bathroom' bit needs to be A LOT clearer prior to booking, particularly if the booking is non-refundable. It should be included in the title of the description as well as when you're being confirmed the booking. I also blame booking for this!
- Sourav (10/5): The property is in a very nice place, the room is nice and you get a. Great view of the city. -
- Lucijarevolucija (7/5): Good location - Accomodation is on good location, 20 min walk from London Eye. I did not like the breakfast provided. When we booked accomodation it said breakfast included but when we arrived we found just a bunch of cereals on the table and 2 plastic bottles of milk. Fridge was empty with some leftover food from previous guests. We payed more to have breakfast but expected more if I am honest. At least to have fresh bread, eggs and some jams. We needed to buy ham, cheese and bread. Most of the time trash cans were full and not emptied.
- Sheoran (9/5): Superb - Comfortable stay, simple to find, all basic amenties, clean and tidy room and accessible location.
- Senna121 (7/5): Good -
- Steven (7/5): Good -
- Sindy (1/5): Worse than a cheap hostel - El café gratis, the free coffee First. The instructions how to open the door were not given and because of that the other guests did not know and they woke us up in the middle of the night. The mattress was really hard and not confortable, and the pillows were also not confortable to sleep on. The bathroom was worse than a bathroom of a hostel because it did not have shampoo or body gel and you had to share it with the people from the other two rooms in the apartment (4 more people). The cleaning was not done very often because you could notice how the trash cans were always filled to the top. The dishwasher did not work and you had to wash by hand your dishes, and there were not enough dishes for every guest.
The whole building is in really bad conditions and it always smells like pee. And you almost have to walk a kilometer to get to the public transport. For the quality of the room, towels, bathroom, location and price I would have 100% gone to a hostel because it was really loud the noise of the other guests in the night from them entering the main door.
- Artur (9/5): Superb -
- Sterphson (8/5): Very good -
- Alina (7/5): Good - Lovely staff.
Small room, very clean room, bathroom and kitchen. Warm during cold season, warm water all day.
20 min walk from the Eye of London, if given the choice, would prefer another location. Location
- Sunday (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lidia (10/5): Really would like to stay more but it was booked.. come back with pleasure - I like that a room was very quiet and comfortable for me.. the view was a big bonus!! Nothing
- Wojciech (10/5): View and the Big Ben, London Eye and City of London! Perfect for few or more nights in London! - View and the Big Ben, London Eye and City of London! Clean bathroom with towels, kitchen supplied with variety of cereals, milk, coffee and tea. Perfect communication with hostess, easy check-in and check-out.
- Carolina (9/5): Great location in a comfortable and nice room. - The place is very clean, comfortable and it very well located, it's close to the underground and to bus routes that can take you whereever you need. The neighborhood is very nice.
The breakfast is different types of cereal, milk and coffee.
I got in advance the instructions to get in.
They allowed me to leave my suitcase after the check out and that was very helpful.
- Yang (9/5): Wonderful room with good view and lovely hostess! - Wonderful room with good view and lovely hostess!
- Steven (8/5): Great location, exactly what you need. - Great location, comfortable and everything you need. Quite loud in the evenings but this wasn’t the owners fault. Some of the other guests decided to shower/make noise at 1am and it was very loud in my room.
- Élise (8/5): Thank you for the stay, the room was very comfortable -
