- David (8/5): - Quite. Reasonably priced. Nice area. Advertised wifi, but there is none. They don't clean the room when I extended my stay, even though I pay a cleaning fee with each extension.
- Alyssa (1/5): Would not book!!!! Very disgusting and outdated. Mold in the ceilings. - I didn't like anything at all. Hotel smelled like smoke and drugs. It was disgusting. The rooms were outdated. The ceilings in the halls were caving in and when it rained they were leaking. Definitely has mold in this building. Very sketchy.

- Heinzelman (10/5): - Everything No stand next to bed
- Anthony (1/5): - Nothing, I didnt stay there. It felt extremely unsafe for two reasons. 1 potentially for flooding g due to weather and I even recieved an alert from booking. 2. No front desk, self check in pin entry, shady character's in the hallway upon entering. I was so uncomfortable I left and didnt return. I would like my money returned. It as unsafe. See everything, flood alert and dark hallway with people hanging out that seemed suspicious. Not felt good and I left without using anything in the room and didnt return. I would like my money back, I slept in my car.
- Heinzelman (10/5): - Comfy Didn't have a night stand by the bed

- Juan (1/5): We experienced several problems during our stay. Don’t come to this place, it’s not worth the trouble or the cost. - We experienced several problems during our stay. The place is old, and many of the furnishings are in need of replacement. The guests in other rooms were noisy and smoked a lot. The air conditioner was unnecessarily loud. The bathroom had a water leak and flooded in the middle of the night. There was hair everywhere on the floor; it was disgusting. There were no towels or soap for any of the guests, and there were no blankets for one of the beds. We had to wait until 9 pm for them, more than an hour after requesting them. Don't come to this place to save money. It's not worth the trouble or the cost.

- Gregory (5/5): - Minimalist and affordable Price
- Olen (7/5): Good affordable stay - Close to stores and Restaurants! No Laundry room area for guests on property
- Brad (1/5): - Dirty. Only one towel, light switches didn't work, TV didn't work, bed was squishy, curtains don't close and lights shine in windows. The only things missing were cockroaches and an outline of a dead body on floor.
- Marian (6/5): - No Phone
- Marian (5/5): - Needed Phone in room.

- Allen (9/5): -
- Abagail (10/5): very efficient visit - private work area need door locks replaced
- brian (10/5): Excellent -
- Sandra (7/5): - Close to where I needed to go. No office; no person to speak to directly. Had to wait for the entry codes to get in the building and room.
- Bradley (2/5): - The front door code worked but not the room door. Found no one on site. Had problems finding a contact number finally able to talk to someone on the phone and got into room. Topper is the TV didn’t work.
- Richard (5/5): The entry experience was frustrating and confusing. Recommend a more concise notification. - The room was large with a deck and nice view. No reception desk. If a patron had not given us a contact phone number, we would have been able to check in. It took almost an hour and several phone conversations to finally get the necessary code to enter the hotel and our room. The room was large; however, the bed was only a small full-size, no queen or king-size available?
- Caroline (2/5): - This property has a sign about being minimalist. I’m not sure it even meets that standard. We checked in after dark. There was no outside lighting at all. We could barely find the place because there was no sign visible. The parking lot was dark. We struggled to find a “main entrance” with no lighting as there is no lobby or staff. It is self check in. There was open space next to the keypad of our room with exposed wires where someone could tamper with and enter the room. The balcony door didn’t lock so we used a chair to block it from being opened from the outside. There was no linen or pillow for the “sofa bed” which was an extended couch for 1 person. It did not open up into a sofa bed or futon. The arms of the sofa flip down to make the sofa longer to lie on. If every other hotel in a 60 mile radius hadn’t been booked we would have gone elsewhere. The experience was horrible. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
- Michael (4/5): - We did not receive the text to check in until 5:45, not 3:00 as promised and when we arrived.
- Porter (4/5): - Hard to get access code, 2 people in parking lot having same problem. Questionable safety feeling. No ice, 1 set towel for 2 people. Run down look. Bed was comfortable, shower didn't look like we wanted to use it.
- Nicole (10/5): - Building is in poor shape, windows broken, things are broken in rooms, landscape could be done better and where guests could walk down to river. Rooms are clean but are in desperate need of repairs.
- Corey (7/5): -
- Nicole (10/5): - Parking lot is well lit and theres no loiters hanging around the area, its a secure building worh a code to get in the building and only guests receive the code, you get that within 24 hours of your reservation date. Its a walk from grocery store, dollar general, fast food, and a beautiful park and its less than a 5 minute drive to "The Greatest Little Town in America" famous Riverrow shops on Front st.safe and quiet area.
- Andrew (2/5): Worst Hotel ever. - They cancelled my reservation at 3:40 twenty minutes before check in is crap. Would have given a zero if possible. No lobby, No check in. Was super shady especially when Sheriff car comes twice in 20 minutes.
- Michael (8/5): - Heavy cigarette smoke through the vent and mostly at night.
I don’t smoke and this was unbearable.
Staff was great and lots of parking areas.
- Nicole (10/5): - Parking area is lit up so you feel safe, the building is locked and you need a code to get in so nobody can just walk in.plenty of shopping areas that are walkable. Hickories Park is walkable and has a dog park, thanks to the donation from Adam Weitsman and his dedication to his sister.
- Robert (10/5): - Quiet and safe and easy accessible to main roads.

- Clairanna (10/5): - amazing view of the river at night perfect get away
- Clairanna (10/5): - great staff
- Kevin (8/5): - The old adage, “you get what you pay for” is true with Kiteville Owego. The rooms are sufficiently clean and have everything you need for an overnight stay baring any extra amenities. Check in was easy, once I called to get the codes to enter, there was some construction being done so there was a long garden hose down the length of the hall from the mechanics room to another work room. Positives: bed was comfy and clean, air conditioner worked and so did the t.v. Negatives: no coffee in the portable coffee maker, only tea, and although I don’t need a blow dryer, there was none there. Although this review seems negative, I am still booked there two more times this month traveling for business- for me, for the good price is worth it.
- Richard Carl (6/5): - My room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The shower had good water pressure. The other customers were quiet and polite. The elevator was broken the whole week I was there. The hallways reaked if weed and there were leaks in the ceiling. A bin for garbage was parked next to the broken elevator inside the building and that didn't always smell great either. Room cleaned never happened for the whole 10 days I was there. I am not sure if I ever saw an actual employee. The bathroom was very dated with the porcelain worn away and a saggy middle that let the water pool. Over all it was meh. I am not sure this is a business model I would reccomend but i certainly wouldn't recommend this place unless you are really strapped for cash.
- Kim (5/5): could have been better - The room was nice, once we used spray to cover the smell of pot. The water pressure and hotness of the shower were great. The balcony was nice and overlooked the river, how ever the neighbors were very loud at 2am. I liked that the grocery store was right next door. There is a horrible smell as soon as you get in, it was raining when we arrived and there were multiple leaks in the ceiling. I don't know if that was part of the smell or if it was just the smell of pot. We used almost a half of can of fabreeze in our room and kept the patio door open...until the neighbors decided at 2am to talk real loud and we had to shut the door 2 of the 3 nights we were there. There were trash barrels in the hallway that were overflowing as was the one outside the door to come in. It wasn't easy to communicate with the owners. we had to leave halfway through our vacation due to an emergency at home and I didn't know how to let anybody know.
- Gerronte (10/5): - Clean
- Jose (4/5): - The wifi wasn't working
- Anisa (2/5): - there were three to our party and there was no additional blankets or sheets despite staff saying that we would get some. People could not sleep and the couch and bedding was full of stains
- Jamela (2/5): - The place looked unsafe, smelled strange, had old furniture and carpet. I stayed for 5 minutes and left.
- horace (10/5): - The parking lot is well lit and felt safe, it is a safe area overall.
- Beverly (8/5): Owego Visit - This was my second stay here. It's the perfect location for me to visit my old friends. I used to live in the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The price was right. It was quiet.
I didn't like the overflowing garbage can at the front door! That would be my only complaint.
