Você consegue ouvir a descarga do banheiro dos outros apartamentos, consegue ouvir o barulho do sapato das pessoas caminhando, e as pessoas batendo as portas. - ar condicionado velho e sem manutenção. Cheiro de ácaro quando ligado. - anfitrião pouco empático. Tive problemas com a taxa municipal que pelo meu booking era de 2 euros por pessoa, mas segundo o Alexandre agora o custo é de 4 euros por pessoa por dia. Contudo em nenhum momento ele explicou isso. Somente no ato do check-out. além disso, no meu booking o valor ainda era de 2 euros então achei errado ele cobrar por um preço que não foi acordado antes.

• Markéta (6/5): - Dobrá lokalita, nízká cena Koupelna byla sice soukromá, ale nebyla součástí pokoje. V pokoji nebyla jedna zeď, ale pouze skříň, za kterou byl společný prostor.

• Mariia (10/5): - Great accomodation, it was quiet, clean, we had our own spacious bathroom which was well equipped. There was a huge place with everything for brekfast. Host was welcoming and answered to all our questions

• Susana (7/5): - Gostamos das comodidades e da localização. Sala comum grande com variedade de snacks à disposição. Não gostamos do facto da casa de banho ser fora do quarto e da pouca insonorização do quarto. Apesar de moderna a casa de banho tinha um duche que vazava para o corredor.
• Julia (7/5): Very nice location, good for a short stay! - Good location, clean, small breakfast and coffee included, nice aircon. Overall, good for a short stay! The room had a really weird and strong unidentifiable smell, very unpleasant. Additionally, the check-in instructions should’ve been written and not given via phone, it made everything confusing (especially since the phone connection was quite bad).

Ci hanno permesso di appoggiare i bagagli fino alla partenza nel tardo pomeriggio e davvero apprezzata la piccola ma soddisfacente colazione disponibile per gli ospiti . Consigliatissimo !!

Great location – close to the city center, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The area is also well connected – easy to get around, including by public transport. Communication with the host was very friendly and smooth. I’d love to come back again!

• Adrienne (9/5): Perfect choice for your stay in Palermo, would stay there again - We rented a room in an apartment but most of the time we were the only guests. Our room was big and clean and there was a breakfast room as well. We could drink coffee and tea, there were some biscuits and jam, milk and orange juice. There was a big balcony where we could sit in the evenings. It is about 10 minutes from Teatro Massimo and a large street with restaurants, shops, etc. The owner could speak English and a cleaning lady tidied the apartment every morning. Everything was perfect, perhaps the light in our room could have been brighter with stronger bulbs.

• Margaryta (8/5): Everything was wonderful. - Despite the fact that breakfast was not mentioned during booking, it was provided: tea, coffee, various cakes and croissants, jams, juices were everyday at our disposal. Everything was very clean, cosy, calm and pleasant. Ideal balance between price and quality, perfect location: 10-15 minutes to the city center or other interesting locations. Very pleasant and obliging staff. We were answered all our questions, Alexander was so kind to print our boarding passes. We enjoyed staying here. I think, it'd be good to have a microwave in the dining-room. But, well, we managed without it.
