• Bernhard (1/5): Schrecklich - Die Matratze war extra schlecht. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und natürlich gab keine Heizung in der gesamten Wohnung.

Foto della stanza che non corrispondono , mi è stato detto che sono solo “indicative”. Termosifone non funzionante , solo uno split che non scaldava a sufficienza . Finestre non chiudevano bene e persiane rotte . No Wi-Fi, password mai fornita. Netflix non esiste , solo canali Rai. Dopo mia insistenza è stata cambiata la camera , ma non è migliorata la situazione . Esperienza pessima , sola con un bambino
• Locorotondo (5/5): - La possibilità e disponibilità dataci dal gestore di poter lasciare i bagagli anche post soggiorno Su tre notti non stati cambiati una volta gli asciugamani, uno dei due letti affondava, la persiana non si chiudeva, su alcuni canali tv non si sentiva l'audio, il termosifone in bagno non funzionava
• Dumitru (5/5): I mean for this money you can find something better I guess, but I wouldn’t come here again. - The honest disadvantages: - very noisy from the outside and inside from the neighbours (neighbours are talking and laughing really loud, and the walls are thin. I asked them kindly to stop making noise at 23:30 and they just ignored me. - no fridge in the apartment, but that’s ok. the host explained me that the previous guests broke it and they had to give it to the repairs. - when arrived to the apartment, I wasn’t told that it’s actually the fourth floor, so I was kinda confused where to go and had hard time finding the apartment until I asked the host late evening where to go, the answer was prompt so that’s good cause I thought I won’t be able to reach anyone at this time. - and last but not least, I didn’t feel the host to be nice to me. I had two questions and I asked her/him and received back negative answer, like it felt she/he is being rude on the other end of conversation. I didn’t like the owners attitude toward me, and I wouldn’t come here again.
• martina (1/5): - struttura davvero comoda come posizione per il raggiungimento metroL1 e stazione ferroviaria. purtroppo ho da ridire sulla camera totalmente differente alla foto, materasso scomodissimo e con macchie di sangue e bruciature, polvere dappertutto anche su coperte e lenzuola. davvero penosa, ho avuto la possibilità di osservare le altre camere ed esteticamente sono molto belle (ho avuto l’opportunità di parlare con altri guest ) ma stessi problemi ; pulizia critica e materassi scomodi che purtroppo sono cose fondamentali per un weekend o come nel mio caso 10 giorni.
• Aleksandra (5/5): - Dogodna lokalizacja. Blisko do dworca centralnego, stacji metra, pyszna pizzeria pod mieszkaniem. Przestronny pokój, ogromną Łazienka. Materac wysłużony, wpada się do środka, kod do wejścia na domofonie nie działa zawsze. O 1 w nocy po przylocie nie mieliśmy jak dostać się do środka. Na szczęście ktoś wychodził i nas wpuścił. Później jest już ok bo jest klucz do głównych drzwi. Na wyposażeniu domu poza łóżkiem i szafą jest jedynie ekspres do.kawy i mikrofalówka. Nie znalazłam jednak kubków, miski czy łyżeczki. Apartament dobry dla osób, które chcą się jedynie przespać i wykąpać.

• Andreea (10/5): Comfy and convenient little flat - Great location in terms of distance to the train station, quiet for resting and recuperating for travel! The room had all the necessary amenities and good AC, a really nice bathroom and comfy bed. The hallway outside the flat had a microwave and coffee machine if I am not mistaken. Most importantly, when I told the host I had injured myself and twisted my ankle, he had accommodated our request to check in early and had a first aid kit in the hallway that had a refrigerable cold compress. Thank you so much for this! Nothing really. There was a sign in the complex downstairs that stated the elevator didn't work (the flat was several floors up) but I had seen several residents take it with no issue.

• Марина (1/5): Very disturbing experience – lack of security and irresponsible management - Very disturbing experience – lack of security and irresponsible management We chose this place because of its proximity to the train station, even though we were aware that the neighborhood is known to be unsafe. But that wasn’t our main issue. Every night around 2:30 AM we were woken up by loud banging noises – possibly cleaning or linen collection – with no consideration for sleeping guests. The real problem occurred on the third night. At 5:30 AM, a strange man entered our room – not through the main door, for which we had a key, but through another door located right across from the bathroom. We didn’t even have a key for that door. He unlocked it, entered, and one of my friends screamed in fear. The man left immediately. We messaged the host, who denied that this could have happened. He said the cleaning around 2:30 AM was normal practice but insisted that no one could have entered at 5:30. Despite the fact that all four of us clearly saw the door open and the man walk in, the host did nothing and claimed only the staff had keys to that door. We had one night left and seriously considered leaving early, but since we had to check out at 4 AM, we decided to stay and take the risk. I would never stay here again and I strongly advise others to avoid this place – both for safety reasons and the host’s lack of accountability.

• Asala (10/5): A comfortable and stylish stay with outstanding service, thanks to Giuseppe’s hospitality! - The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a modern and stylish design. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the main attractions in Naples. Giuseppe was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially when we had to check in later than the expected time. There wasn’t anything significant to dislike.

• Ieva (9/5): It was very nice! - I loved that it was clean and comfortable, good location, nice and helpful host. We got different room than it was shown in the photo but that’s not the big issue, cause it was good anyways.
