• Ewa (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, ładnie urządzony z dbaloscią o szczegóły (miło było sobie wieczorem włączyć sztuczne świeczki czy dające mile światło lampki, które są w sypialni przy łóżku ale można je przenosić). Duża łazienka z pralką, właściciel zostawił nawet patyczki do uszu, waciki i proszek do prania. Po wyjściu z budynku praktycznie od razu jest się na promenadzie czy na przystanku autobusowym, żeby pojechać do centrum czy w drugą stronę do Plepy.
• Fletcher (6/5): Overall it was okay! - It was clean It was advertised with a lift. On arrival the lift was out of order which if knowing beforehand I would have cancelled as too old to carry cases up to 4th floor. Health hazard with lightning not on all floors. It is dangerous as all the loose bricks at the entrance. I thought it was very mean of the hosts to have one toilet roll available for a 6 nights stay.
• Marek (9/5): - Majitel byl velice ochotný, vyzvedl mě z letiště a na konci pobytu mě odvezl do Tirany. Vše bylo čisté a uklizené. Pěkný výhled z balkonu na stavbu nové Durres Mariny. Bohužel se mi nepodařilo rozjet Netflix na TV, ale to je drobnost.

• Olena (10/5): - All the photos matched. The sea 100 metres from the house. Internet quality is good. Air conditioners are super. View of the sea. No lift. 4th floor. Rubbish bin 500 metres from the house. Even so, everything is convenient.
• stephanie (10/5): Buena ubicación para un par de noches - Buena ubicación, muchos restaurantes alrededor, supermercados, cuenta con una lavadora y la ropa se seca rápido en el balcón. Buena ubicación pero debido a que está junto a la playa no es fácil estacionar. El apartamento es limpio pero no así el edificio. Sería genial que el dueño dejara a la mano más bolsas de basura, un pequeño aceite y papel higenico extra ya que nos quedamos 5 días.

• Patricia (8/5): Great value, new and modern comfortable stay - The property was really good value. The location was excellent - near shops, walking distance to the centre (20 minutes) and view of the sea. It is new, modern and spacious. Air con in the living area is very effective. Please note that the oven is more of a grill so don’t buy items that you want to cook in oven. The floor does get flooded quite easily in the bathroom and the air con in the bedroom isn’t that effective. This is why I deducted 2 marks out of 10

Hope the lift gets fixe - Proximity to the beach The lift it only worked sometimes and once when we got it it wasn’t going anywhere when we finally got it to open the door it was like playing Russian roulette as the door open and closed continually. Frightening as the stair ailes weren’t all lit so was afraid of falling

• Rae (10/5): Would definitely stay here again thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and Durres - The apartment was lovely, clean modern and well equipt. Location was spot on no more than a 5 min walk to bars and restaurant's. the Fisherman is an absolute must great portion sizes and prices. Transfer from and back to the airport at reasonable rate. nothing

• Rafał (9/5): Superb - The apartment was incredibly cozy, well-kept and at a very good price. He had a working washing machine, which is rare and appreciated. Beautiful view from the balcony of the beach and port. Despite the generally very good condition of the apartment, the problem turned out to be the bathroom - the shower did not have a physical wall, so a lot of water simply flooded the entire room every time. And there was no squeegee. In addition, some windows were leaky.

• Rachel (10/5): Exceptional - Communication was brilliant. Our host answered all our questions very quickly. He even drove us to a beautiful restaurant for my friends birthday. Transport to and from the airport was arranged and he greeted us with a smile.. which is always nice! nothing not to like.. the lift didnt work but hey.. we have legs and we can walk! We did have a power cut on our first night, but it didnt last too long, and that was beyond our hosts control!
• Eric (10/5): Nice apartment. - Newer modern . Well maintained. Central location. Close to beach. Nothing. Great place Nice.
• Mehmet (8/5): Very good - It's next to the beach, actually we were there in winter. There is a bus station near the home. You can take the bus just 40 Albanian Lek from there to the city center. On the other side it takes just about 10 minutes until city center. You can reach also the terminal with that bus. All in all, place was clean, you can find whatever you need stuff for cooking. From Tiran to Durres takes just 30 minutes with bus and it's really comfortable Note: Sarande and Ksamil is better than Durres 😊
• Ivo (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, clean. All facilities are well beyond expectations. We lost electricity in the whole apartment on the first evening for about 5-10 minutes. It restored itself quickly. I assume this has nothing to do with the apartment.
• Sarah (9/5): Superb - The apartment is perfect located, next to the beach. It was really well equipped, with modern furniture. We stayed there for four days and really enjoyed it. We walked twice to town and ate at the restaurant nearby (it was really good food). It was hard to ceep the bathroom dry while showering and the beach was a bit dirty but everything else was fine
