• Jo (10/5): Cozy cottage within walking distance of Katoomba. - Very comfortable and cozy. Central heating worked straight away and so did the hot water in the lovely double shower. Good quality towels and linen and kitchen was very well equipped. Really enjoyed my stay.
• Gai (8/5): - The location was excellent. I was travelling with my elderly parents who are somewhat immobile. The house was comfortable and cosy and very well equipped. We could not get the WIFI to work but it was ok. A little frustrating, but it did not spoil our time there. The copious amount of emails from your third party booking partner requiring confirmations x 3, and extra details was all a bit much. This was quite a turn-off to an otherwise lovely time away in the Blue Mountains.

• Mark (10/5): Overall, a great experience. - A great house to stay in. Very comfortable for 4 adults, warm when needed, and cool when needed. Very good facilities with 2 living areas, close to shops.

• Cheriel (9/5): - The cottage was great. Really well equipped and comfortable. Location was good. Easy access to town . Nothing to do with the cottage, but the steam of communication prior to the stay was overwhelming. There were lots of rules and expectations that were obvious and didn't need repeating. Felt a bit like we were renting student accommodation, not holiday accommodation.

Pleins d’infos et de bouquins. Calme. Ajouter quelques chaises autour de la table sur la terrasse (j’ai compris que c’est en cours). Hôte (société) très disponible et attentif. Les informations sont nombreuses, parfois répétées, ce qui assure de ne rien manquer. ;-)

• Amanda (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return! - Jasmine Cottage is lovely and we had a wonderful stay there for a few nights. It is close to town, and also walking distance to most of the sights. The house is very comfortable and clean and well equipped with everything you need.

Was quick to warm up despite the cold weather this time of year and very handy for all the local amenities There were very long messages from the property managers prior to check in and departure. I appreciate they were trying to be helpful, but I found the amount of information overwhelming and the critical details like key box code were more difficult to find in the long messages

• Sandra (10/5): Wonderful - Loved the location, the beautiful decor, quality linen, ducted heating / under floor heating in the bathroom / electric blankets. Felt right at home in the kitchen. Enjoyed induction cooking - a new experience for me. I didn't realise Katoomba has bush walks so close to town. We walked from the cottage - also caught the bus and train. The mountain views are just amazing. Enjoyed wonderful sleep - dark, cool and so blissfully quiet. Having the toilet in the bathroom is a bit of a nuisance. But it is as advertised and the heated floor is SO good. The extra sink in the laundry next door helps.

• Rebecca (9/5): Katoomba Gem! - What a great little house! Everything we needed and more! Neat and tidy with little extras everywhere. The kitchen island was made for me (super tall!), modern quality appliances, heated flooring and ducted air-conditioning. Close to town, bush walking and buses. Kids loved that there was Netflix. Small and cosy, perfect for our little family. A few issues with the "reserve now pay later" as this is not correct, a deposit must be paid straight up. Besides the legalities (rules and regulations etc) with the rental company (who were thankfully easy tò talk to) this place is definitely worth the stay!!

Well equipped and very comfortable house with everything we needed for our stay. Quiet location. The hosting agency 'The Accommodated Team' are very annoying and send messages with too many rules and go on about potential extra costs. They also have excessive card fees when you pay and are slow to refund the deposit. We really liked the house and our stay, but the long winded and petty communications from 'The Accommodated Team' did not make this stay a positive experience.

• Lisa (9/5): Lovely little Cottage - Location was awesome - quiet street within walking distance of both the main street of Katoomba & Echo Point. Facilities were fantastic. The cottage was well equipped for our family of 4. The kitchen, laundry & bathroom appear to have been recently renovated. There was plenty of linen and consumables supplied also - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, clothes & dish washing soaps, paper towel, milk, salt (no pepper), various pantry items & even some Vegemite! We had great weather during our stay, so some sort of outdoor setting in the backyard would have been great. A box of tissues would be helpful too (not something I thought to pack). We struggled each evening & morning with only 1 bathroom!!

This property was just immaculate. I would highly recommend & would definitely be back if I was ever staying in Katoomba again.

There was a lot of dust on the long book case in the sitting room and the fan in the TV room needs adjusting as it squeaks when operating.

We did not end up cooking because there were only 2 of us, but next year there maybe 3-4 so that might be more likely. But is was very comfortable and cozy. So nice to relax between sessions at the writer's festival. Nothing about the house. Parking on the street was okay.
• Dexter (10/5): Under-promised and over-delivered - Beautiful cottage and frankly it looks better inside than the pics suggest. There is attention to detail for everything, linens are clean, kitchen is modern and stocked with good appliances, bathroom is impeccably clean and modern. The furniture and wall hangings make for a very personal and cozy feel! It's close to Katoomba center too. Couldn't recommend this property more.

• Wilsongahan (9/5): Superb - The cottage was great. It had everything we needed for the stay (the rinse aid was empty in the dishwasher- time to refill). The rooms were very comfortable and the living areas lovely. The floor in the bathroom is heated, which is an awesome feature. Entry and exit via a coded key deposit box is so convenient for multiple guests. Parking - not permitted to park in the driveway behind the closed gate. The deposit refund takes a long time to be returned to us. There is no-one there to check that we have left everything in perfect condition and we have no recourse once we leave the property. The property has space for an outdoor eating area in the backyard - this would enhance the summer experience.

• David (9/5): Superb - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the cottage bedrooms and kitchen were fully equipped. We appreciate the small extra touches like a variety of quality teas and coffee. they even had small cartons of milk in fridge as start up. The facilities were complete including new pots and pans, and whole range of kitchen supplies, which were impressive. We enjoyed the heated bathroom floors. Although we didn’t appreciate being charged for our son joining us from States at last moment (25% more!) we now see why the price was higher, with such a well fitted cottage that was located conveniently down the street from a range of grocery stores and boutiques. Yes, we would highly recommend this place to others. being heavily charged for one extra family member who decided to join us last minute
