• Kristen (7/5): Stayed here our first two nights in the country. Had great difficulty finding dinner near by (even early) but this may h - Reasonably close to transit. Close to Konbini. Beds for 5. On site laundry. Nice touch offering free vending machine drinks each day. Very tight quarters for 5 people.
• MARCIA (9/5): We really liked our stay at the condominium hotel! It was nice to drop off our luggage before check in time. It was clea - I liked to have a separate room, the dryer in the shower area, the washer, the free drinks, the kitchen, the area to drop off the luggage before check in. I wish it was a little closer to the main touristic places like Shibuya, team Labs, Shinjuku, but it was still good because we were 10 minutes away walking distance from the train stations

• Rochelle (9/5): Loved our stay in Tokyo! - Great for our family of 4 - lots of space. It was a bit of a walk to get to the nearest train station (15mins).

• in the kitchen (10/5): Great exprience - Having a laundry/drying area in the bathroom is quite convenient, especially if you're traveling with young children. Luggage can be left in the lobby and locked before check-in. Life supper market (with all u need) take 7 minutes from hotel, and 7/11& familymart take 2 minutes. The pillows were a bit firm, while the bed and blankets were quite soft and comfortable. We were a group of four for five days, but they only provided two rolls of toilet paper.

• Lydia (9/5): Would recommend! - It was really spacious for Tokyo and it was a good location not too far from the station. We could go to haneda airport directly via the asakusa line so that was great! The accommodation provided free drinks and it was one room per floor. There was also a lobby where you could lock your luggage. Really great and would definitely stay again! The entrance shoe space is very small but apart from that everything else is great.

This apartment is suitable for trip with family or friends. 廚具稍嫌不足, 如果有刀具我們就能自煮晚餐。 The utensils for cooking is not sufficient.

• Janis (8/5): This was an amazing place to stay for multiple days because it was spacious and comfortable. - It was s spacious for my daughters and I, with our own beds, a table and chairs as well as a sitting area. I liked having the small kitchen and laundry as well. It was very easy to access all parts of Tokyo on the train system and we liked staying in a bit of a quieter area. It was such a nice bonus to get the free daily drinks from the vending machine. Another mirror would be nice

• Yi chun (10/5): - 距離淺草橋站跟新御徙町站大約都是8-10分鐘左右的路程，拖行李也不會不好走，而且可以依需求搭乘不同路線的地鐵，非常方便！ 鄰近就有兩間超市跟一些便利商店，要採買自己回家煮，也很方便！廚房的工具都很齊全～ 有隔間可以隔成兩間房間，可以不互相干擾的休息。公共空間大概可以打開3咖大行李箱，也不會太影響行走。 每天還有6瓶飲料可以免費在樓下的飲料機兌換，也可以寄放行李，非常貼心！ 沒有全身鏡，還有玄關空間比較小，穿脫鞋子的時候，會比較不方便一點。

Vogt (10/5): Kompaktes, clever geschnittenes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung - Das Apartment ist kompakt, aber - auch im Vergleich zu anderen, in denen wir gewohnt haben - clever und praktisch geschnitten. Für vier Personen ideal. Wir waren zu fünft und es hat für ein paar Nächte gut funktioniert. Zur nächsten U-Bahn sind es acht Minuten zu Fuß, einen Supermarkt und ein Konbini gibt es direkt um die Ecke. Die Straße ist recht laut, die Fenster schlucken den Schall aber sehr gut. Sehr nett war der Gutschein, mit dem dem man täglich kostenlose Getränke aus dem Automaten im Erdgeschoss bekommt. Der Checkin erfolgt unkompliziert elektronisch und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist schnell und freundlich.

• Juan David (5/5): Good stay, bad location for metro access. - Clean, organized, free vending machine drinks. Comfortable. Location. Expect a 15 min walk to the nearest metro station. Urban area means little to no restaurants nearby.

• Shu Hui (8/5): 是一次符合預算的住宿。下次會想找大一點的，起碼有的人不用睡得這麼不舒服。 - 地點離淺草橋站6-8分鐘距離，樓下不遠就有超市，是滿符合期待的地點。 真的很小。而且只有桌上一盒面紙，我們六個人住了七天完全不夠用，只好去買，但超市只賣一串五盒，所以只好留給民宿了。另外吸塵器非常舊，電線都快要斷了，感覺使用上滿危險的。其他都很滿意。

• Dee (7/5): Great to be in one apartment. - We arrived a couple of hours early from Kyoto. I had 2 sick kids. When I messaged and asked if there was any chance we could check in a couple of hours early, the owners were so accommodating. I really appreciated their kindness as all my kids wanted was a bed to sleep in. Thank you.

• Ryan (7/5): Noisy but nice - Apartment was compact and beautifully clean. Beds were very comfortable and warm. Dry room and laundry facilities very convenient. Easy access and properly managers communication polite and responsive. Lacks sufficient kitchen amenities and crockery, cutlery etc. for a self catering unit. Exceptionally noisy at night. Every street noise, including emergency services sirens carries through the walls all throughout the night. Double glazed windows and doors would provide a much more effective sound barrier than the two windows in front of each other. Noise from floor above quite disturbing too, could hear every step they made. Drinks voucher did not work after day 2.

• Toni (9/5): We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Great size and value for money. - Great size by Tokyo standards, roomy enough for two adults and two teens. Clean, building was easily accessible, no complaints. Free drinks from vending machine daily. Close to 7/11. Food variety of restaurants nearby. A decent walk to train stations, approx 10 mins.
• Alban (8/5): Très bon hôtel juste assez loin des métros qui est le seul désavantage du lieu - L’établissement est propre, il y a un distributeur de boisson au rez de chaussée avec un qr code gratuit pour les résidents, l’hôtel est à côté d’un konbini mais aussi très près d’un sento très propre est chaleureux ce qui est vraiment bien en fin de soirée pour ce détendre avant d’aller dormir. L’établissement est assez éloigné de tout, le métro le plus proche est à 10 min de marche, agréable le matin mais peut être ennuyant en fin de journée sur plusieurs jours ou en baladant plusieurs valises. Également peut être assez bruyant le matin avec les voitures passantes.

Pillows were thick and little lumpy, not good for kids, would like to see choice of thick and thin. Fire and ambulance station just down road also, occasional sirens but wasn’t too bad

Très bien équipé et très confortable. 6 boissons offertes par jour ce qui est un plus. Salle de bain chauffée. Les photos correspondent à l’appartement et la machine à laver était un élément essentiel Le seul bémol c’est qu’il est un peu éloigné des stations de métro (entre 9 et 12 mn à pied)

• Viktor (10/5): Nice place, well situated 10 min from 2/3 major rail stations. Would stay again. - New apartment building. All was clean and the facilities were good. It has basic cooking utensils which is sufficient for a daily cook. It is well insulated so in winter it will be warm also the road noise is filtered. I would use them again if I am in tokyo. The chairs need to be cleaned as previous guests were not being considerate and were stained, not fault of the host company such stains are not easy to clean but it would be appreciated. The rest was good.

Oda temiz, düzenli ve konforluydu. Sessiz ve güvenli bir ortam sunduğu için aileler için de oldukça uygun bir konaklama imkânı sağlıyor. Tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer.
