- Ganchev (5/5): - The apartment is well furnished and has all the necessary appliances. Everything was clean and working. The location is quiet, away from busy roads. The description is misleading, we did not get "the whole house to ourselves" as described in the offer but one of four apartments, and on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The owner did not meet us in the agreed time interval, did not send any instructions on how to enter the property and did not answer the phone so we had to find the way in ourselves. When we finally found our way in the owner picked up the phone but he does not know a word of English and does not use any modern translation tools making communication next to impossible.
