• Ksenia (10/5): - Мы остались в полном восторге от этого домика! Здесь понравилось абсолютно всё: невероятно уютная атмосфера, красивый вид, чистота и ощущение настоящего отдыха. Отдельно хочется отметить доброжелательность и гостеприимство хозяев они сделали наше пребывание ещё более комфортным и тёплым. За 3 года жизни и путешествий по Грузии это один из лучших домиков, в которых мне доводилось останавливаться. С удовольствием вернулась бы сюда снова и обязательно рекомендую это место другим!

• Anastasiia (10/5): - Давно подписана на этот домик в одной из социальных сетей и вот мы наконец добрались. Комфортный домик со всем необходимым - вся посуда для сервировки и приготовления, полотенца,халаты, запасы принадлежностей. Эстетика и внимание к деталям, несколько вариантов обогрева - электрические батареи в спальнях, кондиционер, дровяная печь(дрова нам месте готовые в наличии). В верхней спальне в итоге батарею не включали - хватало тепла. Радушные хозяева на связи всегда как до приезда, так и после, готовые решить любой вопрос и помочь с транспортом. Вкусная еда (заказывали ужины - домашняя грузинская кухня). Ну и главное - виды из гостиной на горы и деревню внизу, любовались заснеженными горами и цветущими садами внизу. Дорога последние 20 км до домика - участок трассы, где сошли оползни или были камнепады, идут дорожные работы, и последние 2-3 км до самого домика - дорога скорее грунтовая, но мы на kia ceed вскарабкались, хоть и было страшновато. Но это скорее внешние обстоятельства, к самому домику не относятся. Из минусов самого домика - очень маленький холодильник, мы брали минимум продуктов на троих на две ночи и то не все поместилось.Как на 6 человек взять продукты (именно на столько рассчитан домик) будет загадкой.Наверное, предполагается, что гости заказывают готовую еду или постоянно готовят на мангале. Рядом строится ещё один домик и само место не выглядит таким уединенный, как кажется из фото. Да, на веранде будет ок, но вокруг деревня и дома. Ну и "болезнь" всех подобных домиков в холодный сезон - это холод в ванной, так как там не предусмотрено никакого обогрева. Хотя тот же электрический полотенцесушитель неплохо справился бы с проблемой.

• Alexandra (9/5): Must visit. Great experience. - The place is like a fairytale house in the woods. Amazing view. Nice design. Quiet place and lots of birds around. Lovely nature. For additional cost you can order nice home style food. A stove is not working properly (display is not working and it’s hard to use is blind, because it’s electric). No trash bin at the kitchen. It’s too cold in the washroom as the window is not possible to close. A way to the place is a bit difficult.
• Sofia (9/5): Superb - Great place with an incredibly beautiful view, located on the top and there are no houses standing right next to each other. Very cozy place with everything you need for a few days stay. Small but very well equipped kitchen. The whole interior of the house is made of wood, every detail looks cozy and cute. Super clean! Communicative and helpful host :) We were group of 5 people and everyone enjoyed the stay, sad that we had to go and spent only one night Keep in mind that the house uses water heating in a boiler, a maximum of 2 people can take a shower one after another. The hot water quickly runs out and you have to wait until it heats up. The staircase to the second floor is very steep and narrow, people with low mobility can't make it.
• Andrew (9/5): A perfect spot to relax and get away! - The location is amazing. Gorgeous views in every direction. Calm green hills and villages everywhere you look. Everything was great.
• Erik (10/5): A paradise in the woods - Wow - a perfect place! It was an absolute paradise. The view over the valley is amazing, it is totally quiet, a real hideaway. The owner was very kind and allowed us to pluck some tomatoes for dinner. Breakfast was also good and nourishing. Rooms really comfortable and cosy with all the wood, good architecture. Absolutely easy to find with signposts all over the village. A 4x4 is recommended if you want to go right to the front door. A very large but friendly dog was a little annoying as he was not educated and kept trying to sniff our bags, but he was gone after a while.
• Yauheni (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay! Awesome house built with attention to details and passion. The views are stunning. You can find all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay there. The host was responsive and kind. Will be glad to come back here once again.
• Thomas (9/5): Superb - Great cottage in a great location. Highly recommended! The pictures on booking correspond to what you get....a peaceful comfortable place. Host was very nice. The cottage is not easy to reach. It is way up on the mountain (as the description says). With our car it was not possible to go there. We had to leave it 500 m away from the house and walk the last part of the way. The host would have been nice enough to pick us up but could not be reached by either phone nor WhatsApp. This half an hour of uncertainty could have been avoided by making an appointment or better communication by the host.
• Daniil (10/5): Wonderful place! - An amazingly beautiful place where the cottage is located. The cottage itself is very stylishly designed, exactly like in the photos. All details are made of wood, and the mattresses and pillows are good quality. The kitchen has everything you need: plates, pots, spoons, forks, knives, even sugar, tea, instant coffee, a cezve, paper towels, and more. You feel like you're at home when you arrive. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, and on the second floor, there is a room with four single beds. In the yard, there is a grill, a barbecue rack, skewers, firewood, matches, and so on. The views from the panoramic windows are incredible, and the air is amazing. The hosts are hospitable and friendly. I highly recommend ordering lunch from the hosts: incredibly delicious with many dishes, we even had some leftovers for dinner. It's best to travel by crossover, but you can also get there by sedan. One day at this place turned out to be very little!

The view is breathtaking, the house is beautiful and comfortable, there is a barbecue area, the host is extremely friendly. I wish I’ve booked it for longer.
• Janne (10/5): Great mountain escape - The Cottage was amazing. The location was peaceful and it had a great view over the mountains. We were able to have a fire in the firepit and watch the sunset over the mountain top. The host was very kind and helpful aswell.

• Inbal (10/5): Exceptional - The hospitality was exceptional, we have never slept in such a pleasant, beautiful and special place. Everything is made of wood and it's just beautiful. They prepared wood for us to put in the fireplace, the view was amazing, the hosts are just amazing, they even baked cookies for us when we left. It was properly equipped, really glad we found this special place. At first we thought of not telling anyone about this place so that it would remain just for us, but it was so perfect that we simply had to share it with everyone. It is important to know that you should come prepared in terms of food, there are no restaurants in the area, but there is a fully equipped kitchen and nothing is missing. Highly recommend!!
• Geraldine (8/5): Very good - We liked the peace and quiet of the place. The view was spectacular. The house was wonderful. The owner Mr. Rhodam even went beyond and made a bonfire for us. Mama Mary even gave us flowers when we departed. Nothing. The owner provided transport from khulo to cottage farvana. They also brought us to the khulo mini bus going to batumi on our way home.
• Anastasiya (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing house in amazing place. Host is very friendly and ready to help. House is cosy and comfortable and warm, equipped with all the necessary stuff. Views from the house and terrace are stunning. New Year celebration was awesome in such a place It would be nice to have hangers for outerwear for cold season somewhere between bath and bedroom.
• Eleanor (10/5): Phenomenal! Must stay!! - This place is phenomenal! It's in an absolutely beautiful part of the world. The hosts are so lovely and very eager to help. The cabin is stunning and impeccably clean and tidy. It was a delight having a morning coffee and watching the morning mists move across the valley below. There are some nice walks nearby, too. Book this while you can, I anticipate it's going to be very popular! It can be a touch difficult to find but the hosts are very responsive and will help you out.
