It was beautifully located right on the beach It was a bit loud, someone singing KTV every night, and very poorly. The view was incredible but it can be a little too bright and hot. The shades were a lifesaver in this case!

• Hyeayoung (10/5): Beautiful views and great location! - Great location and beautiful views! The property was very clean and had nice amenities provided. The owners were easy to communicate with and they always responded back to you quickly. My parents were very impressed with this property.

• Amanda (5/5): The apartment is very beautiful and has legendary views but location, noise, smell would prevent us from staying here ag - The views and apartment are beautiful. The apartment is very clean and has comfortable beds. Staff was very responsive and willing to accommodate late checkout and help with our luggage. They also made an extra effort for the noise by bringing us cookies and wine. This was very thoughtful. The location is not desirable. The area is more “party” feeling and this impacted us with noise. Most nights we had poor sleep due to a bar/club being underneath us and very loud street noise…sounded like a race track. This was very frustrating as one of the “selling” descriptions in the booking.com ad is soundproof. We chose this accommodation for that feature, knowing we were in a more touristy area. Unfortunately, we would be woken up at 2am to karaoke songs even with earplugs and our sound machine at max volume. Another complaint, that I know the owner can’t control, is sewage smell. We understand that this is a common occurrence in cities but it was overwhelming in this apartment. Maybe it’s due to the age of the building but it was worse than other places we stayed while in Korea for our 3 week holiday. Also, nearest subway is a longer walking distance but has many taxi options.

• Vlad (10/5): Exceptional - Great location by the beach with a fantastic view. Clean, luxurious, and very spacious. The host was very responsive and accommodating and eager to help in any way. Hot tub takes forever to fill. Some instructions in English for appliances would be helpful, but we figured it out.

• Daniel (10/5): Absolutely awesome. - The apartment is just as described and had incredible floor to ceiling views of the beach and famous bridge. The beds were so comfortable and nice to have wine glasses to enjoy a bottle in the pool! And the projector screen and sound system were an added bonus. Such an awesome unit! The elevator to get to the unit serves a variety of others including a seafood Restaraunt so some not so nice smells - but no fault of the apartment.
