In alcune recensioni parlavano di un problema con l'acqua calda della doccia, che noi non abbiamo riscontrato, quindi suppongo che i proprietari hanno risolto. Non abbiamo riscontrato nessun problema, è stato tutto di nostro gradimento Volendo trovare un difetto, al momento del check-in, abbiamo perso qualche minuto nel trovare le chiavi, per fortuna abbiamo incontrato un inquilino del palazzo che c'ha aiutato a risolvere l'enigma 😅 per il resto è stato tutto perfetto

Brak możliwości umycia długich włosów pod prysznicem. Irytujący sposób grzania wody (piecyk gazowy), powodujący PRZERYWANĄ DOSTAWĘ CIEPŁEJ WODY.
• Krzysztof Wydra (9/5): Pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze. Jesteśmy zadowoleni. - Wspaniała lokalizacja. Praktycznie centrum miasta. Wszędzie blisko. Miejsce spokojne i ciche. Można wypocząć po całodziennych wycieczkach. Apartament względnie czysty, Wyposażenie nam wystarczało. Lodówka, pralka i zmywarka. Najbardziej męczyło nas niskie ciśnienie wody w łazience. Praktycznie nie można było liczyć na gorący prysznic. Czasem udało się namydlić głowę w ciepłej wodzie, a potem czekać kilka minut żeby znów ciepła woda się pojawiła. To męczące i bardzo nieprzyjemne. Człowiek chciałby po powrocie z wycieczek po mieście i okolicy wziąć gorący prysznic i zrelaksować się, ale to był niemożliwe. Szkoda, że tak jest, bo apartament poza tym jest świetny. To praktycznie jedyny mankament. Mam nadzieję, że właściciel coś z tym zrobi, bo ten problem istnieje chyba od dawna.

• Dominique (9/5): - Appartement très bien. Chauffe eau antartré .le sol je doute qu'il a été bien lavé première journée ou j'ai marché en chaussettes le dessous étais noir.
• Neil (3/5): Loved Seville but disappointed in this accommodation - Location Shower pressure was low and took ages to heat up then went cold. Tiles were mouldy Bed was rock hard, scratchy sheets, lumpy pillows, spare pillow dirty with no pillow case. Bedroom shutters stuck although foxed by host after some to and fro. Dusty apartment. Generally run down - for the price paid it needs renovation. We had much better standard in Cordoba and Malaga for the same price.
• Shervin (1/5): There was a hell,catastroph ,very bad refund my money - At first no taxi will get you to the door it was about 15-20 minutes walking with luggages in very small alleys on bricks and stones covered alleys we get appartment , They told me when i arrived at the door i should call them and they automatically will open the door it was 9 :30 pm we arrived very cold weather and when i called the phone call the door didnt opened they told it is damaged😡😡 and i should wait till some body cone from another place to open it nobody was in appartment,after about 10-15 minutes some body came and we opened the door It was very cold inside when i turned on splits the electricity gone and nobody came to help us because the cell phone had no network in the building it take about 2hours that i could find electricity fuses and again turned it on but i couldn't use splits because the electricity again was cut ? We slept in cold air and tomorrow morning to get out and for going to airport we walked with all luggages about 20 minutes on bricks to find taxi no taxi came to the door I believe they must refund my money 140€ is the price of a hotel not for this hell
• Maries (7/5): Nice stay for a few days to enjoy the city - Perfect location Good matras There was coffee available upon arrival and dishwasher tablets Good communication with the host Cleanliness could be better The patio is Nice but could be cleaner Maybe that could put Some pepper, salt, herbs and Olive oil in the kitchen. Pictures shows a dolce gusto but it s just a normal coffee machine. No electricity the last day but that was due to works in the street.

• Zoe (10/5): I had a lovely time! - Safe neighborhood and building, located right in centro but quiet at night for sleeping, respectful neighbors, tips for places to go were excellent, the staff was very helpful and responsive with messages and my questions. The details for the apartment were well covered, I had everything I needed for the stay.
• Rkbrkb (8/5): A comfortable apartment in a great location. - Great location, close to everything. Extra sheets and towels were provided for our long stay. Lots of pillows and extra blankets. The heaters worked great and were needed! Lots of storage so we could unpack. Doors wouldn't open and close properly. We didn't understand the hot water heater so never got very hot water. Very noisy plumbing from other units. Generally quiet but some noisy times!

Drain for water in the shower was covered with white fungus, and floor near the window in the shower was covered with red fungus. 3. Dirty forks 4. Dishwasher rubber isolation was covered with black fungus as well.
• Smith (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great spot. - The apartment is very large, has everything you need at exceptional value. It’s in very good order. The location is also perfect for exploring historic Seville. You can hear neighbours through the floors very clearly. However they were not noisy that late so didn’t cause any real disruption.
