• Jokić (10/5): Excellent accommodation in a perfect Old Town location with stunning sea views, great outdoor space, and clear, easy com - The accommodation is excellent, and the location is just a 5 minute walk from everything in the Old Town (keep in mind that the Old Town is a pedestrian zone with no cars). The host is approachable and always available via messages, and communication is simple and easy. The view is perfect and beautiful. Two rooms overlook the sea, while one faces the street. The only downside is the small water heater for the kitchen, so if you wash dishes by hand, it’s possible to run out of hot water (although the accommodation does have a dishwasher). If you get tired of staying inside the apartment and decide to go outside, there are benches, tables, chairs, and two sun loungers provided. All in all, it’s a fantastic location, an even better view, and most importantly, clear and easy communication with the host.
• Aleksandar (10/5): - Amazing location in the old town, directly on the sea. 3 full bed apartment with complete isolation from the living area. Ensuite in all bedrooms. The apartment is nicely furnished, it has everything that is needed. The host managed to respond fast and adjust the boiler settings so we can have more hot water. The boiler is 80l so it is decent for larger families, but showers must be fast. We were there beginning of April and it was very quiet. Amazing place in amazing Rovinj. I made a mistake to book an apartment so far from the parking arriving with 3 kids, one being a baby. We needed access to the car every day for short trips in Istria so we kept it on the closest parking - valdibora. It is still 500m away and definitely not cheap (like all parkings in Croatia actually).

• Dávid (10/5): Good choice - The apartman is quite big, and well equipped, clean and you can hear the sea while you sleeping. That is awesome. You can see the Sun going down from your bedroom or the terrace. The terrace is really cool, inspite what I wrote above. You can swim and shower down there. Unfortunately the Sun starting to shine after 15 o'clock, except the sea level apartman, they can sunbathing the whole day. The apartman is in the center, can't be in better place. Cheaper parking is a bit far away, about 2 km, and you have to bring your belongings to the house, by feet on the old rocks, which can be tiring for olders. They allowed to take our dog, which is really good. Worth the money. Been in Rovinj seven times, this apartman was one of the Best, because of the terrace, and the placing. Visit Segutra restaurant. That is the Best. The System, or the lack of the System causes some trouble, because it's not really obvious, which is your specific furniture to use down at the terrace. It would be easy to solve, if they would put some numbers or anything to identify which one is your seat, table, place. Sometimes strangers try to pass through, and you have to tell them they can't, some of them are simply use the private terrace like it would be theirs. A private sign at the entrance would be solve this misundersrandings. I nevet met anyone from the apartman, we communicate on Viber, which wasn't a problem. Everything else is perfect.
