En el baño se salía el agua por abajo en la ducha, bastante incómodo para ducharme y no había toalla para poder secar el agua y tampoco fregona. Olía muy fuerte en el edificio y bastante mal.

• Debraa9 (9/5): Apartamento amplio y con buenas vistas - Las espectaculares vistas desde la ventana del comedor y la terraza, la limpieza del piso y la comodidad de las camas, habitación bastante amplia. Faltaba una silla en la terraza y pasan bastantes coches por la calle principal.

• Sanjay (9/5): - Location and cleanliness. The apartments are practically brand new The door code was not emailed to us on time. I had to make numerous calls and wait around an hour to get inside.

• Eline (9/5): Heel erg goed! - Zeer rustig, wij waren zo wat de enige gasten. Mooie indeling, goede keuken, prachtig uitzicht. Parkeerplaats lag ideaal. Supermarkt op loopafstand. Goede locatie voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Hou er wel rekening mee dat je aan een drukke doorgaande weg zit en tegenover de camping.

• Markus (5/5): Bad value for money - The view is good, you can see the fjords d. The apartment is very small. We were three, one of us had to sleep on the sleeping couch which filled the whole living room.
• Neuwinkler (8/5): Gute Lage, gutes Apartment. - Sauberes und großzügiges Appartement. Gute Lage f Wanderungen. Besonders beeindruckend war die Reise mit der Seilbahn, wo die Station ganz in der Nähe des Quartiers war. Das Lokal und die Bar am Gipfel sind sehr zu empfehlen. Der pincode unseres Appartements und der Ofen haben nicht funktioniert. Das überaus nette Personal hat uns dann aber einen Schlüssel gegeben und das Nebenappartement zur Benutzung der Küche zur Verfügung gestellt.

• Randolph Voges (5/5): - Das Gefrierfach ließ sich nicht öffnen. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat uns keine Lösung angeboten, mit der wir einverstanden waren. Es gab keinen persönlichen Check In. Die Beschreibung zum selbständigen Check-In ist uns erst wenige Stunden vor Ankunft mitgeteilt worden.
• Charly (7/5): - Keyless entry and code given didn't work. Had to call the manager and they came to give us the key. He did try several other codes and none of them worked. Traveled with family and the bathroom is in the master bedroom, so it felt uncomfortable going in while they were sleeping. Also the floor in the bathroom was uneven where the shower water didn't go into the drain but all over the floor, super slippery so need to be extra careful.

• Florentzou (9/5): Comfortable and spacious apartment - Very spacious, comfortable and equiped apartment! Very good facilities to prepare your own food especially when travelling with toddlers. Available parking spaces. Also the view is a big plus. Very clean and comfortable! The things we were disappointed at was that the play area available on the premises only opens on weekends, there was no hair dryer in the apartment which is very usefull to have available. Also no lift, only stairs to access our room so we had to carry everything up the stairs.

• Emilia Maria (8/5): - La posizione è la vista. Il costo dell'appartamento molto alto rispetto a quello che offriva. Mancava il phon, il ferro da stiro, l'asse da stiro, la scopa, secchio ed eventuali stracci per pulire.
• Alessandra (5/5): Servizi da rivedere - Bella la pozione dell'appartamento a pochi passi dalla funivia, e dai principali percorsi escursionistici. Posto auto gradito. L'appartamento e le stanze erano ampie e la nostra aveva la vista sul lago. È stato impossibile utilizzare la doccia in quanto lo scarico era bloccato e si allagava tutto il bagno, e per l'assenza dell'asciuga capelli (abbiamo chiesto ma ci è stato detto che non è previsto fra i servizi dell'appartamento). Inoltre abbiamo segnalato il guasto della doccia, ma non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna risposta. Mancante anche il tappeto nel bagno. Quindi visto il disagio della doccia, ritengo che non c'è stato un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Je hoefde zelfs niet te koken. De oven was zeer proper en functioneerde optimaal. Het mooiste verblijf van onze vakantie in Noorwegen! Niets

• Thorsten (10/5): - This is an extremely spacious and well-kept apartment, ideally situated (e.g. Loen skylift, many glaciers and fjords). We felt at home from minute one.
• Sei R. (4/5): Teleurstelling - Goed bed, ruim appartement, schoon, balkon. Geen personeel, inchecken verliep niet goed ( geen email ontvangen met code, bij bellen bij verkeerd hotel uitkomen). Via werknemer die bij Loens play werkte ( naast appartmentencomplex) begrepen dat dit regelmatig gebeurt. Verstopte afvoer badkamer, binnen 30 seconden heel badkamer blank. Werd pas de volgende dag verholpen. Personeel was totaal niet proactief, na opnieuw zelf bellen en bemoeienis vanuit booking.com is dit geregeld. Verhouding prijs t.o.v sober interieur te duur. Hotel Alexandra te Loen is betrokken bij verhuur appartementencomplex. Bij klachten of problemen direct met hen contact opnemen.

Trečiam asmeniui skirta miegama sofa svetainėje nelabai patogi miegojimui. Duše maudantis iš kabinos vanduo gana stipriai plūdo į vonios patalpą, nebuvo kuo išvalyti, teko panaudoti rankšluosčius.

• Maha (1/5): Very bad service - Nothing is good in these apartments, no hairdryer, no service, no changing towels, no iron, and we accept all of this, but which is not acceptable for me I late in checkout 45 min because for some circumstances happen for my baby and one guy came he told us if u don't leave in 2 min I will call the police !! This is how you treat your customers who stay 6 days in your apartments ??? Very bad service and very bad hospitality, and this first and last time I booked in this appointments.
