Thin walls, noisy neighbors, poor air quality, little breeze, poor ventilation, furniture smells of mold, balkony furniture is rusty, needs replacing.

- Wendy (8/5): Clean and safe apartment - Great gym (500 baht) and the pool area.Our room was clean, most of what we needed. A washing machine and outside drying rack. Enough kitchen supplies to cook. Hot shower. No cleaning supplies beyond a little dish soap. We stayed 3 weeks. And having some cleaner would’ve been great. Most residents and guests were unfriendly and looked down at having kids. You do have to pay 3000 baht for security deposit which I did t see that amount on our booking being extra. We got it back when we checked out but make sure you have enough cash on you to cover the deposit on arrival. we did t love this area of Pattaya. Lots of expats and less Thai. We prefer to be around natives whenever possible

- Rachel (8/5): Very good - The location and cleaned appartement The bed was and old one, it was no comfortable, the owner should invest a little more in more comfortable beds. The building was so noisy. People all the day with loud music and the neighbors near me, all the day with the Tv at 100% volume and the music. I had to work in the afternoons, and sometimes was difficult to concentrate because of noise. I think is not for relax, is for party this location.

- 33saints (10/5): Wonderful Stay in Prathumnak Thailand - I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo with my girlfriend, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The host's kindness and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The condo itself was immaculate, with every amenity we could have possibly needed. The air conditioning was refreshingly strong, providing a cool respite from the tropical heat outside. We spent countless hours lounging by the beautiful pool, surrounded by lush greenery and serenity. One of the highlights for us was the inclusion of Apple TV in the entertainment setup. We enjoyed cozying up on the comfortable bed and streaming our favorite shows and movies together. It added an extra layer of relaxation to our stay. But what truly set this experience apart was the host's genuine hospitality. This included thoughtful gestures that made us feel like valued guests, their warmth and attentiveness made our trip truly unforgettable. Overall, I cannot recommend this condo highly enough. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or simply a peaceful retreat, this is the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. We are already looking forward to our next visit! Nothing!
- Kyriakos (6/5): Is what to expect but the russian host isn't hospitable (makes you feel you are in her home) - I liked almost everything except the host and some other things 1. The host asked for 3,000 deposit right away which it wasn't mentioned clearly when I booked 2. The shower drain was stuck and even after 2 minutes shower my feet were already sunken under water. Also there is no proper rack to hang the towel. 3. There's no room service, no cleaning is included 4. I stayed there for 2 weeks and I asked only once for new bed sheets and towels and the host demanded extra 200 baht and first she told me she cannot give me new towels but later she gave me lol and I've changed the bed sheets myself. 5. The host wasn't hospitable and welcoming. She was acting as if you are in her home and you have to be careful not to break anything. So it was little uncomfortable to live there. You don't treat guests like that lol 6. Location is fair but if far from the main beach, you have to walk 1 hour to get to Jomtien beach Overall I can say that the place is nice everything is good except the host haha

- Philip (9/5): Lovely condo in Prathanmak - Great home from home in Prathanmak. Very close to great restaurants, bars, mini marts etc. walkable to lovely beach too Very nice area. About 20 minutes walk to jomtien skiing the lovely beach road and about ten minutes on the bhat bus to the craziness of central pattaya! Quiet modern complex with nice pool on ground floor. I think there's a gym but I didn't go to it!! Condo is not 5 star but is clean, well stocked with all you need for basic cooking etc. Comfortable bed, leather sofa, nice shower, lots of storage , great Aircon and WiFi, clean towels and spacious balcony with chairs and table. Walking distance to the unmissable Cabbages and Condoms, 3 Mermaids, Chocolate Factory, Beach Bum Bar and Cosy Beach. Would most definitely return TV wasn't working but not a big issue.

- Gianfranco_ts (10/5): Excellent place, great value for money - I was already here for 1 month in 2022 and when I saw that a room was available also this time, I didn't hesitate to make a reservation for 16 nights. The room has everything, stove, fridge, washing machine, private bathroom, balcony. The area is pretty quiet, in the middle between Jomtien and South Pattaya/walking street. All was good. Maybe the position can be a bit annoying for some people, as you need to walk a little to reach Jomtien or South/Central Pattaya (20-30 minutes). If you take a moto taxi or you have a scooter, the problem does not exist. Same if you don't mind walking a little. The shore and sea are just 5 minutes away anyway.

Having a balcony was a life saver too. I understand that the pool area is not the best for sunbathing, but the beach is a 10 minute walk away and the cool pool is amazing after getting a nice sunburn at the beach 😊 Apartment was clean also bathroom. The room was great in size for me and my partner. No noise at all! Location from bars are a bit away, but we are not drinkers so it did not matter to us. The only bad thing about the apartment was the tiny ants on the kitchen counter. A brush to clean dishes would also been nice.

- Gunther (9/5): Very pleasant and relaxing, will stay again. - Great location close to everything, very quiet for my 6 week stay. This may be different if fully booked. The standard construction of dividing walls between units is a 3” cinder block filled with concrete. Solid walls tend to carry sound very well. Last year I stayed at City Garden Tower for 4 weeks. Very nice place to view. The TV was mounted on the dividing wall, got ten minutes into a movie when the neighbours were banging on the wall. Next thing to consider is the direction your window is facing. It won’t matter which fancy place you stay. Single pane windows will cook an egg within 20 minutes of sunshine. Unfortunately it does not matter where you stay. So stay to lower floor and watch the direction of your window. I was lucky in that regard. If you pay attention to a few details you have a pleasant stay at Garden Tropical Siam For the price it should have a safety deposit box
