• Zélie (7/5): - L’établissement est bien situé dans le cœur de Florence, il est spacieux et bien équipé. Malgré le fait qu’il soit bien situé il se trouve au dessus d’un bar qui reste bruyant jusqu’à 1h du matin passé. Le simple vitrage donne l’impression que la fête se passe dans l’appartement.
• Azam (10/5): High quality apartment in the centre of Florence - The apartment was very spacious amd equipped. It was clean and the furnishings were of a high quality. It was very close to the centre of Florence. Exceptional communication with the owners. We were travelling from far and therefore were unsure of arrival time. They gave instructions for remote access which was easy. It was a little hard to find in a car as the streets were very narrow, as you would expect for a central location. The car park was nearby and quite expensive for a day, again as expected. It was on the 3rd floor using stairs - just info for anyone who has mobility issues.
• OLGA (10/5): - Very spacious fine decorated apartment and very comfortable for our 5 member family, close both to station and centre. I definitely recommend it!
• Fırat (10/5): Temiz bir daire,güzel bir Florensa günü - Tren istasyonuna çok yakın bir konumda bulunan daire,şehir merkezine tüm meydanalara yürüme mesafesinde.oldukça konforlu ve temiz geniş bir daire.daire çok hoş döşenmişti.resimleri ile aynıydı.Ailece 1 gün konakladık,bir daha ki ziyaretlerimizde yine bu daireyi tercih ederiz.trenimiz check in saatinden önce florensaya varmıştı,ev sahibi çok ilgilendi,temizlik yapılana kadar daireye özel bir bölümde valizlerimizi bırakmamız konusunda çok yardımcı oldu.Çamaşır makinesi ile ilgili bir problem yaşadık,çalıştıramadık.Ev sahibi yine hemen ilgilendi aksaklıktan dolayı çok üzgün olduğunu gerekirse daire ile aynı sokakta bulunan çamaşır yıkama merkezini kullanmamızı,ödemeyi kendisi yapacağını söyledi.kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Trenden inince navigasyon arka sokaktan getirdiği için sokaklar çok güvenli değil gibi gelmişti,ama yolun diğer tarafı hemen merkeze indiğini farkettik.o yolu kullanınca şaşırmamanız adına yazdım,yoksa hiç sorun olacak bir durum değil.

• Tracey (7/5): - Location was very good and decor was lovely. Street very noisy all night due to bar downstairs. The kitchen is not well equipped, there are not enough plates, bowls or glasses for a family of 5.
• Sara (9/5): Great we will be back.😊 - Clean, close to the train station, it has air conditioners, close to supermarkets , and walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Very safe place. Large plates and microwave would be very useful.

• Dan (9/5): Nice space! - The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location is really great for sightseeing and accessibility to public transport and restaurants. There can be a bit of noise on the street late night/early morning.
• Tracey (9/5): A quality apartment in a great location. - The apartment is spacious and very well appointed, in a great position for easy access to the sights of Florence. The apartment is in the centre with lots of bars and restaurants.
• Mark (9/5): Great venue, great hosts, but beware the noisy nighty shouts - Spacious, spotless, well-equipped and centrally-located. The building is rather tired and in need of refurbishment in its common parts but that added to the charm of the place I'd have given a 5-star rating, but every night we stayed (11-15 May 2025) between midnight and at earliest 4am (on two nights closer to 5am and later) the din from youngsters shouting and yelling along the street (likely returning from a night club or rave) prevented us from getting a good night's sleep,
• R (8/5): Very good - Clean, comfortable, well equipped, good location. The obtaining of codes for entrance was a bit complicated, but all worked out in the end. Owner was responsive and took care to solve it.

• David (10/5): The next time we go to Florence, Flora Appartment will be our first choice of accommodation - Spotlessly clean. Well located. Spacious. Tastefully decorated. The bar immediately underneath could be a bit noisy late at night.
