• Volkan (10/5): - Daire temiz ve düzenliydi, çok merkezi konumda daha iyi bir konum olamazdı. Yastıklar çok kötüydü ve en azından bir kaç yedek yada seçenek olsa süper olurdu, 3 kişi kaldık 1 kişi kanepede kaldı fakat kanepede kullanmak için bırakılan çarşaf çok küçüktü.
• Anonymous (8/5): Düsseldorf City centre Rhein location - location, size, furniture, kitchen facilities, coffee machine,layout, being allowed to check in much earlier that 3pm check in time, responsive owners. Good shower. noise due to busy city centre location, being above a Fastfood restaurant/smell, greasy staircase, slippery, no bedside lamps or dimmer lamp in living room to make it more cosy. Noisy neighbours upstairs. Bring ear plugs!!!

• Thomas (9/5): Alles im grünen Bereich, wir haben alles so bekommen wie wir es erwarten konnten. - Die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell, Ausgestattet war alles da. Betten bequem und Räume großzügig. Die Zentrale Lage ist Fluch wie Segen, alles fussläufig zu erreichen aber halt auch vor der Tür dauernd was los bis in die Früh.

• alok (6/5): it was good . - the location and the cleanliness less utensils and knife , bottle opener / wine bottle opener was missing, the lock was very poor it broke with a small push , though the owner got it fixed fast but the disappointing point was asking money for the repair. though even the guy who came for repair also admitted that the lock was fixed with smaller screw. not with the proper screws .

• İRFAN (9/5): bir daha Düsselldorf'a gelirsem yine burada kalmak isterim. her şey çok güzeldi, teşekkürler... - konum daha iyi olamazdı, mükemmel, şehrin tam kalbinde, çok canlı ve hareketli bir yerde, etrafında çok sayıda restoran, bar, market bulunuyor, turistik yerlere , mağazalara ve her yere yürüyüş mesafesinde, ana tren garı dahi çok yakın ve ünlü alış veriş caddesi de 100 metre yakında, metro istasyonu evin karşısında, 3 yetişkin çok rahat konaklayabilir,biz eşim ve yetişkin kızımla birlikte noel zamanı buradaydık ve tüm christmas marketler eve çok yakındı, tüm ev eşyaları ve mutfak eşyaları eksiksiz, ev çok temiz ve sıcak , yastıklar hariç yatak çok rahat, mülk sahibi çok ilgili, çıkış yapacağımız gün valizlerimizin 2-3 saat daha fazladan evde kalmasına izin verdi, her gün bir ihtiyacımızın olup olmadığını sordu teşekkürler... asansör yok merdivenler çok dik valizlerle giriş çıkış zor oldu, bina 3 katlı, zemin kattaki hamburger restoranının mutfak kokusu kötü bir şekilde merdiven boşluğuna yayılıyor, bu durum evin temizliğini gölgeliyor :(( yastıklar sanki torba gibi ve hiç rahat değil:(( oturma ve mutfak alanı kısmındaki pencerelerde perde yok, karşı apartmandaki evlerde de perde olmadığı için herkes birbirini görebiliyor bu durum zaman zaman rahatsız edici olabiliyor, ama yine de bu küçük olumsuz durumlar çok rahat bir konaklama yapmaya engel değildi...
• Oliver (6/5): Assuming the owner appreciates constructive criticism, we would consider this property again! - If you are not visiting with a car, and you enjoy a central/downtown location, you cannot beat this location in the pedestrian Altstadt; very convenient. Very spacious and everything is new. The coffee machine and courtesy coffee pods are a very nice touch. The floor heating works very well; so well we had to turn to the minimum setting. There are no bedside lamps or table lamps for some bedtime reading or a cozy atmosphere, so the only option is the very bright overhead lights. The pillows and the bedsheets are horrible. The rolling shutter in the kitchen area is stuck in the half open position. Can be loud at night, with all the pubs and "happy" pedestrians. And last but not least, check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm but we had to come back later since the cleaner was not done cleaning the apartment - not acceptable, especially when check-in is as late as 3:00 pm.

• Juciara (5/5): Um ponto bem negativo. Estávamos eu e o meu colega dentro da casa, quando de repente alguém bate na porta. O meu colega - Eu gostei de tudo, a casa é espaçosa, e bem equipada. O imóvel é maravilhoso, seria mais perfeito ainda se tivesse elevador. Ficamos num 3°andar.

• Eugenio (2/5): Pésimo. - La ubicación y la cocina era medianamente nueva. Las ventanas eran de madera y no cerraban. Se escuchaba vomitar a los vecinos a las 2 de la mañana. Una de las habitaciones es super pequeña y sin espacio para abrir una maleta dentro. Las llaves no funcionan, solo el link de abrir con el móvil. La gracia es que no había cobertura muchas veces dentro del edificio en sí, y me podía pasar 5 min delante de la puerta esperando la cobertura para poder abrir. Todo el edificio es de lo mismo y había extranjeros y no pude dormir bien. Además llevo más de un mes pidiendo la factura y no la envían.
