• heba (10/5): Amazing. We will be back very soon! Thank you for making our stay magical - This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and It is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The room, the facilities, the staff, everything is perfect. Such a beautiful location, quiet and the views are nothing I have seen before. So relaxing, compared to other parts of the island which are packed and busy. The owner made such an effort for my birthday, including a card and some candles, which I never expected and appreciated so much! I will 100% be back again, this is one of those hotels you continue to visit forever. Some may have trouble due to the location, however, a car is not needed if you prefer to support local businesses and food which is quality, a 10 minute walk with a shop and beach, we recommend ambrosa tavern, but there are quite a few to choose from. Also, taxis are available on the freenow app and if splitting it’s not expensive at all. However, hiring a car is an easy process to do too.

• Gin-Young (10/5): - We booked the deluxe double room with a sea view for our first night after landing at Heraklion Airport, before heading to the south of Crete. It was the perfect choice. The room was comfortable and inviting, and waking up to that sea view was fantastic. We loved the amenities, like the honey-based body care products. We checked out feeling fully recharged and ready for our trip.

• Simone Baum (10/5): - Tolle Gastgeberin/Besitzerin - herzlich, hilfsbereit, unauffällig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Jacuzzi und Meerblick - traumhaft. Der Ausblick unschlagbar Hatten ursprünglich ein anderes Zimmer gebucht und konnten unkompliziert upgraden und Late Check Out zum fairen Preis buchen. Gleich nebenan im Nachbarhotel konnten wir die Poollandschaft mitbenutzen - gegen Verzehr an der Bar von 10 Euro/Person. Liegt aktuell noch in der Einflugschneise der Flughafens - wir habens geliebt. Spätestens nächstes Jahr hat das ein Ende, wenn der neue Flughafen eröffnet wird. Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar (ca.15min). Ein kleiner Strand mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Imbisswagen ist 3min entfernt. Wir würden wiederkommen - absolut empfehlenswertes kleines Hotel.

• Cristina (9/5): Un hôtel super accueillant. - Tout est absolument magnifique, la plage juste en face, les chambres propres et très belles. Et surtout la gentillesse de la dame qui loue l’hôtel, elle nous a aidé à chercher une voiture à louer, à téléphoné à des agences à notre place et s’est donnée la peine de faire de notre séjour le plus confortable possible. Le dernier soir elle s’est aussi proposée de nous commander un taxi. La douche est super, il y a des produits pour les cheveux et le corps au miel, et même du lait pour le corps. Il y avait une machine à café et une bouilloire pour le thé, un sèche cheveux et des serviettes. Un mini frigo aussi avec des bouteilles d’eau à l’intérieur. Sur la télé il y avait des plateformes comme Prime Vidéo/ Netflix ou YouTube, très pratique pour la soirée. On a passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel. Attention, l’hôtel est proche de la plage mais donc un peu loin du centre donc il faut absolument avoir une voiture pour se déplacer. Mais si on se promène un peu au bord de la plage on tombe sur des restaurants très bons.

The lighting in the room was amazing (so many accent lights and reading lights). I loved the aesthetic—lots of wood and neutral colors). I arrived late in the day because of my flights so they let me stay a bit longer the next day. The kindest staff ever. I can’t say enough good things. Nothing. It was wonderful all around.

J'ai payer plus cher pour avoir un jacuzzi sauf que rien n'est écrit comme quoi il n'est pas chauffé et donc inutilisable. Résultat j'ai payer une chambre sans jacuzzi et en plus le petit déjeuner n'est pas au même endroit mais dans l'hôtel à côté. Le personnel n'est pas agréable nous avons demander à changer pour une chambre au soleil qui étais dispo mais n'as jamais voulu nous déplacer. Un piège à touriste

Belle attention surtout avec une arrivée nocturne, qui se fait grâce à un code d'accès envoyé sur la messagerie booking. Grand parking devant gratuit. Proximité de l'aéroport, idéal pour départ matinaux ou arrivée tardive . Très grand lit. RAS

La struttura si appoggia all'albergo accanto, San Giorgio Gournes Bay, sia per la piscina (costo extra di 5 euro) sia per la ricca colazione a buffet, tramite voucher. Consigliata la visita al Cretaquarium, a 3 minuti di macchina. Posizione strategica per raggiungere con comodità l'Aeroporto Statale di Candia "Nikos Kazantzakis". • Borut (10/5): Very, very good accommodation for a good price, high level of service. - Good location for access to the airport, nearby aquarium or water park. The nearest (average) restaurants and bars are a 10 minute walk. Modern furnished accommodation, thoughtful lighting, good WiFi, useful safe, private parking, large terrace (balcony). Welcome drink in the fridge. The nearest natural beaches are boring, so it's worth driving a few km to the nicer ones.

It is a beachfront property with sun-beds that make full use of the view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the check in process was quick and easy. We booked a room with a personal jacuzzi. Our room had everything we needed to enjoy our stay including tea and coffee and little extras such as wine and raki. The room also has two smart TV’s There were free toiletries in the shower and lovely fluffy towels and robes. Very welcoming and comfortable. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was cold, we hoped it would be warm so we could enjoy using it after sunset. That was why we booked the jacuzzi room, so we were disappointed.

• Sara (8/5): Very good - The hotel is great. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The room was very confortable and clean (the cleaning service passed everyday). The view is great. Great hotel to stay at if you xant to stay near the airport. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but they provide an extra service to take breakfast in the hotel just near to it (10m by walk) for 10e extra per day. You can also access the pool of the near hotel for 5e extra per day. The beach in front of the hotel only for sight seeing. The position of the hotel is not practical. All the beautiful beaches are at least 1h by car. There was some planes noise because of the proximity to the airport.
• Danielle (10/5): Heaven in a nutshell! - Everything… We stayed all round Crete, but started and ended here. The standard of accommodation is on an unprecedented level lovingly created by Christina and her sister. You can see the love that is poured into every detail. When we came back at the end of our trip, my husband and I both said it ‘felt like coming home’. I would recommend this property to anyone! They also allowed us to pay an extra fee to stay in the room until we flew out late at night which was so gracious. In total, we stayed in three rooms during our stay, and every single one exceeded our expectations! Don’t even hesitate – book this accommodation! There was nothing we didn’t like! I guess little tips would be a welcome book with highlights in the area?
• Dace (7/5): Nice place in a weird setting - The rooms are new and well decorated. The owner makes a real effort to make everything right. Welcome water and wine! Good air conditioning. Comfortable beds. Some things were very odd. For example, on our terrace and the pool there were cameras. We were not informed about this (owner says info is at the reception). The water pressure was very weak. The pool bar next door was playing horrible music. Still using small plastic shampoo bottles- when you see the sea around, it’s very clear why they should be forbidden. The area around the hotel is not nice.
• Norbertf (10/5): Beautiful friendly place on the seashore - The room with the private pool is as beautiful as on the pictures, with lots of space inside and a big area outside with very comfortable chairs. The host Christina is very nice and helpful with good tips where to visit. The location is extremely nice directly next to the sea with a nice walk to the excellent taverna Ambrosia. Tasty breakfast in the hotel next door included -. In total a absolutely unforgettable experience! Just to consider: rented car recommended to reach everything comfortable
• Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - The room was so beautiful and so clean. The cleaner here works her butt off and was so pleasant. The room was spacious, comfortable and the private pool was awesome and refilled everyday so always full and ready to go. The management are wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The location was on the water and so private, but a little isolated (although that's great if you want that) The area around is a bit rough but the views of Dia Island probably make up for that.

• Dorottya (10/5): Beautiful new hotel with great facilities! - We had a beautiful room with a private pool, and we were more than satisfied with it! Loved the decor and the spacious room, and all the lovely little touches of design. The private pool was also a big plus for our 5 y old daughter. The staff was super nice and helpful, and we were very satisfied with the daily cleaning service. The place offers breakfast which is offered at the hotel next door. It is okay, but don't expect too much - they have quite a small selection and poor quality.
• Mariia (10/5): Amazing stay with very friendly service - I had an amazing experience at this hotel. I had not the most pleasant situation during the stay and the administration was very sorry and upgraded me to a new room with the great sea view. What I also liked, is that water was brought to the room everyday. And the coffee quality is very good. I'll defo recommend this hotel

• Yvette (10/5): I would definitely stay again. - The room is very well thought out and tasteful. There is no breakfast room but you’re welcome to bring your own and are provided with a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle, and even some plates/bowls/cutlery, which was a lovely surprise. The balcony overlooking the sea was great, and it was all very peaceful. The area around the property isn’t great but if you have a car, it won’t matter.
• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - The room was bigger than expected, well furnished, confortable and with a large balcony. The place was perfectly clean which is always very appreciated. We had a private breakfast already accessible in the room. The surrounding is not the cutest but the hotel is the best !

• Tal (10/5): A perfect stay— we couldn’t have asked for more <3 - We had a truly wonderful stay! Kristina was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed. The location is unbeatable — just seconds from the ocean — and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The area itself is fantastic, with restaurants, supermarkets, and everything we needed close by. We had an amazing time and would absolutely love to stay here again! Believe it or not — nothing! Everything was perfect. You’re simply the best.
• Lukas (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place to visit. Place are in safe place with view to the sea. Rooms are very clean and it is cleaned everyday. There are coffee machine, breakfast/fruit table with some Greek meeting surprise. We stayed here for a week and everyrhing was 10/10, strongly recommend this place!
• Priyani (10/5): Fantastic! Staff were brilliant, helpful and very welcoming! - The property was right on the seafront. Beautiful comfortable rooms, very modern amenities and plenty of shampoo, conditioner and soap (loved the honey scent!) Our room had a wonderful big “balcony/terrace”, a really spacious outdoor area to sit and relax and also to dry our swimwear and towels. Breakfast is an additional €5 per morning and worth it - you get a lot and it was delicious especially the Greek yoghurt! Also it was a really peaceful and quiet area but still really well connected by local bus (20 mins to the airport) and the hotel was really helpful with getting taxis if needed. Shout out to Christina who was so helpful and welcoming! Suggestion: to have an outdoor tap to wash the sand off before entering the hotel. Otherwise it was perfect!
• Anders (10/5): Exceptional - This is a great small hotel. There's a beach 800m away and some nice places to eat. We had a car, which you will need of you want to try some other restaurants, sightseeing and purchasing of food. The best thing is the manager of the place, Christina, which is a lovely person. She made this hotel outstanding.
• Maxime (9/5): Very comfortable stay!! - The room was very spacious, looked luxurious and was very clean. Large balcony/patio as well. The hotel also has its own parking space and we received a new bottle of water, coffee cups and cookies every day, which was very attentive. Even though we liked that the area is very quiet, we did miss something more to do in the area itself. But perhaps it is also because we went in a low season.
• David (7/5): Good - The rooms are nice and there is nothing to complain about them but I was fooled by the pictures. There is no pool and the area in front of the hotel inclusive ocean is really not that nice. Good if you want to get to the airport the next day but not for more than one night. Area outside is not that nice. Restaurants are not very close. No pool except for the small bathtub in certain rooms. What a bit dissapointed because it looked really amazing on the pictures.
• Inez (9/5): Wonderful stay Niriidus Palace - We loved everything the staff, facilities, situated opposite a beach on the coast cleanliness availability helpfulness Only problem we had was the night we went on the Crete night out, the bus did not bring us back to the hotel. However that was corrected where the owner fetch us and paid for the taxi to take us back. A bit scary late after 12 midnight
