• david (10/5): Reconnect nature … - Un lieu magique qui inspire la sérénité. L’accueil et la restauration sont également à la hauteur. Et tout cela a 5mn du site de parapente de Aguergour pour les amateurs.
• Annika (8/5): - Wunderschöne Lage (sehr abseits gelegen) mit tollem Blick. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Der Pool mit Ausblick war unser Highlight - hier kann man wunderbar entspannen. Das Essen früh und abends war ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Wenige Meter unterhalb ist eine weitere Lodge mit Restaurant (sofern man Abwechslung möchte). Generell nur mit dem Auto zu empfehlen - dann kann man hier auch gut einen Ausflug in die Berge machen.

• Émile (8/5): Oasis of tranquility - The area was so beautiful and peaceful. We didn’t get the chance to use the pool but it was very clean and well maintained. Food was outstanding and the decor was amazing. Unfortunately, the rooms were clean and spacious but it was a little cold in our room and the heater wasn’t working at times.
• Amelie (5/5): Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft großes Potenzial durch ihre wunderschöne Location – der fehlende Service und die schwierige - Die Unterkunft selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen – die Lage ist wunderschön, ruhig und abgelegen, die Zimmer sind stilvoll und auch Pool sowie Natur rundherum sind wirklich toll. Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft großes Potenzial durch ihre wunderschöne Location – der fehlende Service und die schwierige Kommunikation haben den Aufenthalt jedoch deutlich beeinträchtigt. Leider waren wir mit dem Service und insbesondere der Kommunikation sehr unzufrieden. Die Gastgeberin spricht ausschließlich Französisch und hat leider keinerlei Versuch unternommen, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren, was bei einer touristischen Unterkunft schwierig ist. Auch die Angestellten Jugendlichen sprachen nur Arabisch. Dadurch waren selbst einfache Anliegen kaum möglich. Außerdem wurde uns der morgendliche Kaffee und der Obstsalat separat berechnet, obwohl das Frühstück inklusive war. Trotz meines Hinweises auf eine Bananenallergie enthielt der Obstsalat dennoch Banane. Die Speisen haben oft sehr lange gedauert, es war nie klar, was überhaupt noch kommt, und es wurde zu keinem Zeitpunkt gefragt, was wir eigentlich möchten. Stattdessen wurden kommentarlos verschiedene Dinge auf den Tisch gestellt. Die Zimmer wurden während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, und es gab keinerlei kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Wasser oder Gläser auf dem Zimmer.

• Emilie (10/5): Incroyable - Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet établissement avec nos deux enfants! Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une vue incroyable! Nous sommes arrivés sous la pluie et avons profité de la belle pièce commune pour nous reposer, lire et faire des jeux de société. Le repas du soir un délice, le petit-déjeuner copieux et varié! Nous nous sommes réveillés avec un grand soleil et avons pu profiter de la piscine toute la journée avant de quitter ce lieu magique et reposant! Les propriétaires sont adorables et le personnel disponible, un sans faute; merci pour votre accueil généreux !
• Jennifer (10/5): Ein absoluter Traum – perfekte Auszeit, klare Weiterempfehlung! - Wunderschöne Anlage mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Sehr saubere, großzügige Zimmer und ein großer Pool. Essen hervorragend. Eigentümer und Personal sind unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl und wirklich im Urlaub.
• Sarah (8/5): Idylle pur! - Die Lage ist traumhaft für alle die Ruhe, Idylle und Aussicht suchen. Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschutz, Terrasse und Innenbereich sind wirklich schön. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und der Koch super sympathisch. Man kann aus der kleinen Karte wählen oder das Tagesmenü für 150 Dirham bekommen. Die Einrichtung der Bungalows ist eher minimalistisch, den Stil mochten wir sehr! Ein Föhn wäre jedoch praktisch gewesen und wir hätten uns über eine Flasche Wasser oder den in Marokko üblichen Tee bei Ankunft gefreut. Die Badezimmertür ist außerdem eher ein Sichtschutz und nach oben hin offen. Die Verständigung vor Ort fiel uns etwas schwer, da fast ausschließlich auf Französisch kommuniziert wurde. Aber natürlich klappt es auf Reisen immer irgendwie und wir empfehlen die Unterkunft dennoch gerne weiter.

Il posto è perfetto, solamente silenzio e pace. Si vede che è stato costruito con amore da Tougya e suo marito! Se potessi dare più di 10 stelle le darei!

It was a bit confusing to find the exact location and check in. Also the heater in the room didn't work well, but I think it was because it was raining and the electricity runs on solar power.

• Nagisa (10/5): Un site merveilleux, loin de l’agitation touristique - La vue exceptionnelle, la campagne environnante époustouflante, le calme, la salle commune et la piscine très belles, le meilleur poulet aux olives de notre séjour au Maroc ;-) La propriétaire a ajusté le système électrique pr que nous puissions mettre un peu de chauffage, mon fils étant malade. C’était appréciable. La chambre a une décoration très sobre - quelques pièces d’artisanat marocain rendraient facilement les chambres plus chaleureuses. Mais la vue suffit à la beauté des lieux.

Team is very friendly and helpful. Food was very fine with vegetables are from own garden. We had to stay longer, because 2 nights are just not enough to fully enjoy it. LOVE LOVE LOVE

• Arthur (7/5): Superbe emplacement mais expérience mitigée - - Emplacement fabuleux, superbe vue sur les montagnes de l’Atlas. - Endroit très calme et bien indiqué. - Accueil et service manquant beaucoup de chaleur humaine (et d’ailleurs aucune aide pour porter les valises). - Chauffage ne fonctionne qu’à certains horaires et de manière très limitée, résultat la chambre est restée froide et humide. - Fils électriques qui sortent des murs à plusieurs endroits de la chambre. - Plusieurs fuites au niveau du plafond qui font couler de l’eau sur le tapis de la chambre. - Portions réduites pour les repas, surtout pour les desserts. - Pas de bouteille d’eau potable à disposition dans les chambres. - N’accepte que le cash pour le paiement des repas, et ne rend pas la monnaie…

• Flakes73 (9/5): A perfect spot to unwind and escape the world for a while. - A beautiful and quiet place with stunning views of the Atlas Mountains. It’s only 50 minutes from Marrakesh, but it feels like a completely different world. A great spot to unwind and discover something new without a long drive. The staff were very flexible, and the food was affordable and delicious. Well done! All was good, considering the price range and what you’d expect from an off-grid hotel experience.

• Caroline (7/5): Bel ecolodge au calme - Merveilleuse évasion au milieu du désert d’Agafay. Paysage à couper le souffle et ecolodge très confortable avec une literie de qualité nous avons très bien dormi. Calme absolu et réveil avec les hennissements des ânes, c’était parfait ! Le lieu est beau mais très froid, et l’accueil n’était pas chaleureux du tout, contrairement à ce que nous avons vu pendant ces 10 jours passés au Maroc. Dommage car c’est si beau qu’un peu de conversation fluide et quelques échanges intéressés avec la propriétaire auraient changé notre expérience. Nous ne nous sentions pas forcément à notre aise. Enfin, un peu de lumière dans la pièce principale, pour pouvoir profiter en soirée, une musique de fond et une présence souriante de la propriétaire aurait sûrement permis de fluidifier les échanges durant le dîner, surtout que la grande table s’y prêtait, dommage…

The food was excellent, the interiors were charming, and the views of the Atlas Mountains were stunning. The location is perfect for trips to the Agafay desert. The dog barked loudly at times, but the hosts did everything they could to make up for it and solve any issues. There were a few small room facility flaws, but nothing that affected our stay.

• Gabriele (10/5): A must-visit place! - The most beautiful place we stayed during our visit to Morocco. The view, the calmness, the interior design - it has it all. We’d love to return one day! We arrived early in the day to enjoy the pool and spent a romantic evening on the terrace. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, and the owners were incredibly welcoming. A must-visit! Perhaps the only improvements would be to add a small fridge in the apartment and provide shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Also, the toilet seat could be tightened a bit to make it more stable.

• Inès (10/5): Un cadre magnifique et reposant - C’était absolument magnifique ! - La tranquillité et le calme des lieux (déconnexion assurée) - Le paysage avoisinant - La grande propreté - Les chambres et les espaces communs décorés avec goût (on a adoré la terrasse de notre chambre) - Le personnel charmant et attentionné (nous avons eu un petit panier repas pour notre early check out) Beaucoup de choses ont été ajustées suite à de précédents commentaires : des installations ont été ajoutées au dessus des transats pour protéger du soleil, des tables également pour les repas… Shampoing et gel douche manquaient dans la chambre mais c’était peut être un oubli. Nous ne l’avons pas signalé car nous restions qu’une nuit et avions nos propres produits.

• Marianne (9/5): Beautiful serene accommodation - What a find. This place is tranquil and serene, set in a beautiful part of the desert - it has stunning views. We took advantage of the nearby paragliding which was incredible! The camel ride place is walkable (and fun) but other than that it's pretty remote and quiet. The accommodation was gorgeous - stylish with cracking views over the nearby mountains. Gorgeous breakfast! All in all wonderful. Thank you so much for being such wonderful hosts. With us not speaking French fluently, we thought it might be useful to have a folder with all relevant information regarding the property, excursions, WiFi etc. Also information regarding payment options would have been helpful. Overall we loved the experience.

Tougya was so kind and helpful, always making sure everything was just right. You can tell a lot of care has gone into creating a space that's both comfortable and sustainable. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and eco-friendly getaway. Hope to come back soon!
