• May (10/5): A wonderful stay. - The apartment was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchen that made our stay very comfortable. We especially loved the location—it’s right in the heart of Rovaniemi, making everything easily accessible. Edvard was a wonderful host—friendly, highly responsive, and provided clear instructions that made our check-in smooth and hassle-free.

• Pavlína (10/5): Doporučuji. - Ubytování bylo čisté a dobře zařízeno. Umístění přímo v centru, kousek od zastávky autobusu, Arktikum i zážitkových agentur. Navíc jsme nevěděli, že majitel nabízí sám různé aktivity. My využili hike v národním parku, ze kterého jsme byli nadšeni. Strávili jsme zde dvě noci a za tu dobu nám nic nechybělo, ani nevadilo. :)

• Regina (10/5): - Esta ubicado en el centro. Las instalaciones están en buen estado. El personal fue amable, estuvo al pendiente de nosotras y estuvo disponible para darnos recomendaciones de la ciudad y tours.
• Leonardo (10/5): - The apartment was perfect on every side, from the cleanliness to the amenities (even a bunch of table games!). The bed was really comfortable and the main room was warm, a nice place to come back after a chilly day. Both me and my friend agreed about how nice were the hosts, probably the kindest we've met. The location is in the exact centre of Rovaniemi. I really struggle to find any flaws to our stay and cannot recommend it enough!

• Onur (10/5): Best for price/performace - Easy to communicate with the owner. The location is really central. Small, but everything is available. I really like most of the things. There is only 2 improvement points. The bed was small for 2 people. Also, the boiler was not fully clean (There were black dots).

Liikenteen äänet ei juuri kuulunut sisälle vaikka keskustan asunto Peitto ja tyynyt aikansa eläneitä, uudet llisi kiva. Ikävä kyllä oli ikkunaremontin aika joka hieman herätteli aamusta. Remontti kuiten valmis lähi aikoina.

Квартира хоть и небольшая (на фото казалась больше), но уютная. Кухонька небольшая, но есть все, чтобы приготовить завтрак или обед. Очень большая кровать, занимает почти половину комнаты, но для двух любящих людей оно того стоит.))

• Ieva (9/5): - The apartment was lovely! Compact but had everything we needed including some leftover tea/toiletries etc. We stayed during the summer and it was a really good value for money. The location was central and it was just a short walk to the river and the main shops. The host was lovely and very accommodating. We stayed during the heatwave and it was unbearable heat wise. We had the fan on and/or windows open but nothing helped! I think this shouldn’t be an issue during the rest of the months. There’s no parking outside of the property which is worth noting although didn’t bother us. Overall highly recommend!

Vastaanotto oli ystävällistä ja pääsimme asuntoon toiveemme mukaisesti aikaisemmin. Asunnossaan kaikki muuten ok, mutta sänky olisi voinut olla hieman parempi, yöunista tuli aika kehnot.

There was a nominated parking spot. The hosts were friendly, responsive and flexible. I shortly met both hosts (husband and wife) in person. Good value! The host requested to be present when check out early, because I had their only one copy of the keys. The flat was really hot in summer. The place was a little tricky to find, because there are no signs saying "Polar Apartment" or anything.

• Joel (9/5): Superb - The placement was amazing, you could get anywhere in Rovaniemi very easily since it was so well-situated in the centre: it's near all kinds of stories, from restaurants, clothes shops, cafés, pubs, grocery stores, etc. We liked that we found lots of condiments and other basic food supplies in the pantry, so it was easy to cook.. The hosts were very kind, they even offered us a ride from the train station, which was smooth and quick, they also answered fast to messages and we didn't have any problems regarding the personnel. In addition, we liked that the apartment had touristic information about the city and entertainment, which surprisingly includes DVDs, a DVD player and a XBOX 360 (which we couldn't figure out how to turn on xD). No aluminium foil or baking paper :/ the blanket was quite small for two people. The kitchen was quite small, very little counter space and no dishwasher or laundry machine (though there is a 24h self service laundromat behind the train station).
• Tracey (7/5): Great sized Apartment within walking distance to shops, adventure providers and public transport - Our host met us outside the apartment to hand over the keys. We arrived in the morning and she kindly allowed us early access to the apartment. The apartment was located just off the main shopping arcade so was very easy to walk to the shopping malls and to our activity provider when we went snowmobiling. The bus stop to Santa Claus Village was close-by as well. The apartment was larger than we had expected with everything in it that we needed for our 3 night stay. Our wonderful host even drove us to the train station on the day of our departure which was much appreciated The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift so you need to carry your luggage up the stairs. It was OK for us but some might struggle
