Andrew (9/5): A GREAT FACILITY IN A QUIET AND WELL SERVICED LOCATION. - The 'keys' were electronic and came via email. Once we had mastered their use were fine. Electronic building access in Rome is common and holiday makers should be aware of this. The area was quiet, with good local shops and excellent transport links to the centre of Rome. Good area for walking as it is mainly flat. Getting a WhatsApp from a stranger is always suspicious these days and being required to provide proof of identity on the day we flew out might have been missed. It is not easy to do stuff on an iPhone in an airport before a flight with no warning. I RECOMMEND that this requirement is sent the day before travel if at all possible.
patrick (9/5): - Appartement bien placé (ligne de bus à 2 mn). Quartier calme. Appartement spacieux pour deux. Bien éclairé, et équipé suffisamment pour court séjour. Merci à Guilia pour sa réactivité, et sa disponibilité Petit problème de ménage en arrivant. Petit retard pour occuper les lieux..Vite Réglé par Guilia.

Susan (7/5): BYOBlankets? - It was a fun, quirky, spacious apartment, a nice change from all the hotels and a B&B we had stayed in on this vacation. The two air conditioners were very effective. Nice, large TV. Comfy sleeper sofa. We didn’t have blankets for our three nights; we were told they were at the laundry. We used hand towels for showering so we had dry bath towels, along with spread out clothes, to use in lieu of blankets. Also, there was no kitchen dish towel, the two forks were partially broken, the shower had big leaks, the TV remote (or some other reason) made it impossible to get English subtitles on TV shows. Bring your Netflix login credentials. I’ve requested a partial refund and, if given, will update this review.
