• Marjan (10/5): An exceptional stay with luxurious comfort, excellent location, and outstanding attention to detail - The accommodation was truly of a very high standard and exceeded my expectations. It was stylishly designed with a modern and luxurious interior, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner—even BALMAIN cosmetics were provided in the bathrooms. Cleanliness was at the highest level. There was a well-maintained yard by the pool, and I especially liked the area around the barbecue space. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The host was kind and communicative, available for any questions. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly return again.

• Lubomir (5/5): - Pool Missing beach towels even if mentoiomed as included equipment, sunbeds near the pool would be appreciated, just few Washing maschine tabs, toilet paper for 2 days. Whole outside area is under camera control, no privite, missing pool cleaning net, disgusting smell of AC in top floor, owner confirmed before start of the holiday, that BT audio is included- but wasn"t there when we came, missing dish sponge in the kitchen is hardly to understand, Parking is for 1 car and even that spot was claimed by the neighbour, that it's his spot. In the bathroom, room close to kitchen, stays water after showering. Downstairs bedroom is one room with living room, not separate room.

Има диспенсър с минерална вода,за целия престой. Хладилникът беше зареден с кенчета бира,кола и газирани напитки за добре дошли,както и алкохолни напитки. Имаше достатъчно чисти чаршафи и хавлии в пералното помещение! Беше чисто и уютно,благодарим!! Единственият минус е,че басейна няма покривало,което го прави опасен,при по малки деца!

• Alexandru (7/5): It was acceptable. - Excellent location, very close to everything (beach, restaurants, supermarkets). The kitchen had everything you need. Very nice furniture in the living rooms. There is AC in every room. The cleanliness was fair. The bedroom on the basement has no door and you hear everything from the rest of the house and vice versa. There is no wardrobe or closet in the basement bedroom. The smell in the bathroom from the basement is bad and it is possible to find a big black cockroach inside (we killed 2 inside and 2 outside). The '3rd bathroom' it is not a real bathroom, it is very small and if you use the shower there will be water everywhere, including on the toilette. There is only 1 parking place and during the weekend it is extremely hard to find where to park a second car. For a 4 bedroom villa (up to 10 guests) you should have at least 2 places when you say 'Free parking available' with no mention about the number of available places. There is no outdoor play equipment for kids. There are no: Waterslide, Pool/Beach towels, Beach umbrellas. We had to buy toilette paper after 2 days.

• Veton (10/5): Excellent, 10 out of 10 - We have enjoyed our stay at Nikola's villa. It was very clean and in a perfect location and in a very quiet area with only 1 minute walk from the beach. Villa is very close to all shops such as bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc etc. There is a parking space for two vehicles and once you park your car there is no need to touch it until your check-out. Nikola is very nice person, very helpful and always ready to respond. Highly recommend to everyone and hope to visit it again. Everything was great with no complains.
