• Adelina (10/5): - Location was beautiful, the staff was so nice and so friendly and all the pets around the house made the whole experience so lovely
• Richard (7/5): Beautiful views and grounds, good food, charming ambiance. Customer service could be better - The views from the resort ar amazing. Fantastic views of the mountains and countryside, and the ground of the resort are like a zen garden. They are well maintained with lots of flowers, traditional structures, stone paths, and scenic viewing spots. The room was clean and modern while still maintaining a "country Inn" type of feel. The food prepared for lunch/dinner by Raymond, the head chef, was excellent and offered a wide variety. The breakfast was more basic but also quite good. I want to give a shout out to Raymond, who not only prepared some great meals but also helped us out answering a lot of our questions about the hotel, the excursions we were taking, the area of ZJJ as a whole, etc. He spoke English very well (the only member of the staff who could do so), so it was really helpful to be able to go to him with questions. While the location is beautiful, it is quite isolated. Once you arrive at the resort, there are no other places to go within walking distance, and even driving to places would take 20-30 min, so be prepared for that if you arrive back at the hotel early in the afternoon. The restaurant has limited hours, so if you want to go for a snack or a happy hour drink, you need to send a WeChat to the staff to arrange it. The system for ordering food is generally to send a message via WeChat. You are sent a menu on the first day of your stay and you order from that. This system has some holes in it and I would say it isn't super reliable. A couple of our messages weren't read so we had to go down to the front desk when we received no response. You also use this system to arrange transportation for excursions and rides to town. The resort has several drivers but rides aren't always available. You will have to rely on Didi to some degree and it might be a bit tricky to get them to take you all the way to the resort. It seems as though they will only take to within about half a kilometer from the resort. Rooms are not cleaned and made up every day, at least ours wasn't, which was a bit of a surprise given the relatively high room rate charged. Also, there isn't really a 24-hour front desk in operation. It seemed to me that at least half the time there was no one there. This is definitely the weak spot in their operation i.e. customer service after you arrive.

• Flora (10/5): Amazing Stay viewing the Avatar moutains - I loved the location of Celestial Valley having an amazing view on the avatar mountains, isolated from the business of Wulingyuan. The hosts are extremely professional even if they don't speak English and try to do everything so that your stay is amazing. Had very filling breakfasts allowing us to hike for the whole day without needing additional food. They have really cute cats and dogs. Our cabin was really amazing I would say hooks are missing in the bathroom to hang the towels. There was no way to dry the towels. The place is very close to Wulingyuan but it is not in the city center so you have to always take a taxi or ask the host to drive you to the city or pick you up. Wifi was not working for us

They are welling to do whatever makes you happy and comfortable They helped with a plan to visit the city, 3 days plan including transportation made the trip much easier specially when chinese people dont speak English in scenic areas! I found bugs in the cabin, they helped me with bug spray and it really worked!

Он свободно говорит на английском и рад помочь по любым вопросам очень оперативно и быстро. - Удобно, что вас бесплатно ( в пределах разумного расстояния) могут отвести и забрать из отеля в интересующую вас точку. - Дизайнерская, красивая инстрагамная территория. Хоть и небольшая, но очень приятная глазу и уютная. - Понравилась домашняя атмосфера в отеле, когда нет критичных правил и ты можешь чувствовать себя как дома. - Шикарный вид из номеров, не обман, действительно из каждого номера очень красивые прямые виды на горы. - Отель небольшой и в нем немного номеров, поэтому не будет много народу, а атмосфера более уединенная. - Отелю нужно предупреждать, что на территории есть животные, в том числе собаки. Некоторые люди категорически не могут отдохнуть рядом с собаками. - Еда покажется скудной, но в целом нормальная. Английский завтрак нам не понравился, это вообще не то, лучше брать китайский.(он вкуснее)

Всего пара блюд для вегетарианцев, ели цветную капусту с рисом три дня.. никто кроме администратора не понимает по-английски. Даже объяснив в первый день, что мы вегетарианцы,надо было на следующий день той же девушке объяснять все заново.

Понравилось все: завораживающие пейзажи, очень чистые , аутентичные и уютные деревянные домики с видом на горы, ухоженная территория с рисовыми террасами, великолепный ужин, гостеприимные , милейшие сотрудники. Нас встретили 2 прекрасных юноши, как самых желанных гостей, донесли чемоданы до домика, предложили выбрать по меню ужин, составили план посещения достопримечательностей и дали машину с водителем. Приятным бонусом была встреча в аэропорту. У нас в домике был чай Мэй Ча из дикорастущих трав региона Чжанцзяцзе, он как-будто покрыт инеем, обязательно нужно попробовать. Понравилось абсолютно всё

Verbesserungspotential (vor allem bei diesem Preisniveau) - Frühstück sollte besser sein (mehr Auswahl) und / oder Gäste Wünsche jeweils abgefragt werden - Zimmer wurde erste 2 (von 6) Nächte nicht gereinigt, somit Müll nicht geleert, kein neues Wasser ins Zimmer gestellt und Handtücher nicht gewechselt - Pool hat nur niedrigen Wasserstand (bei höherem Stand wäre es ein infinity Pool)
• A (10/5): Holiday - Absolutely great location with wonderful view. A lovely swimming pool with the best view ever. Nice spacious rooms, a pick up service and a service to drive you wherever you wish to go in the surroundings. A very good team of young people that do their best to help you with booking tickets, prepare your trip etc. Good communication. We have 2 suggestions: 1. A few nice beds to relax at the pool would be nice. 2. The pool is quit deep and there are no steps to get in...and subsequently to get out. So maybe a rail to be able to get out of the pool without the help of a plastic chair as a step, would be a good addition. But great pool, no doubt about that!

Il personale è incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a consigliare escursioni o aiutare con ogni esigenza. Ogni mattina ci si sveglia con il canto degli uccelli e una vista che sembra uscita da un film: montagne sospese tra le nuvole, verde ovunque, e una sensazione di totale tranquillità. La struttura è in cima a una collina il che rende gli spostamenti difficili da improvvisare, ogni uscita va concordata con un certo anticipo con la reception per prenotare i loro driver. Ogni sera siamo finiti per rimanere in struttura. Vista a parte, consiglio di dormire direttamente a Wulingyuan per essere più liberi. Cibo okay, la colazione ha anche opzioni western e frutta fresca. se volete cenare in struttura anche quella va prenotato e costa piu della media

• Ryan (10/5): Great place for a true getaway! - Location, location, location! Though a bit remote, the hotel actually offers VIP transportation services to guests. You are easily able to get around. The view is beautiful! It’s very close to all the attractions. There were road constructions that may add 20-30 min delay, but that’s beyond the hotel’s control.
• Rex (10/5): Hidden paradise surrounded by nature - The hotel staff were very hospitable. They were always willing to help in any way that they could. The biggest benefit is that they will transfer you to any location around the park free of charge, which is great when you are traveling without a vehicle. They were easy to speak with and replied to any requests promptly. Every single person working there made it a priority to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay. The only note I would make is completely out of their control. The property is located in a rural area in the mountains and the frogs at night are very, very loud. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. You may think this is an over-exaggeration, but they truly are very loud.

• Bethany (9/5): Beautiful scenic location and lovely staff - The scenery at the location was stunning. Breakfast was included and was buffet style, so lots of options. The room was clean and there were nice touches such as a traditional teapot and a fridge. An airport transfer was included in the price and they took us down to the park entrance free of charge too. The location was up a narrow winding road, so taxi drivers weren’t too happy about getting us back there. The shower was cold on the first morning, but seemed to warm up after that.

• Keith (10/5): Great boutique hotel near Park eadt entrance - The whole staff were amazingly attentive to our needs. The view from our room was one of the best views we have ever had. Only about 15 minutes from the Park’s East entrance from your room. They drove us to and from town whenever we needed it. Long walk up to lobby

• Zijin (10/5): Great - It's a famous influencer-friendly guesthouse, where you truly stay within the scenery. The housekeeper is kind and attentive, and the room is thoughtfully decorated. Looking forward to visiting in the winter to see the snow.

• Yuan (10/5): Pretty good - The guesthouse is beautiful, with spacious rooms and a lovely tea room available for free use. Although it's located on the mountain top, there's a butler for convenient pick-up and drop-off. The sunrise and sunset views are stunning.
• Han (10/5): Amazing - I fell in love with this guesthouse at first sight. It's perfect for a vacation, allowing you to connect with nature, and the room decor is beautiful. The caretaker took us to some amazing hiking trails. I plan to come back with my friends next time.
• Zetian (10/5): Exceptional - Living on a mountaintop, surrounded by clouds and mist, you can watch the sunrise and sunset from a beautiful infinity pool. The room features large floor-to-ceiling windows with a stunning view of the canyon. The scenery is breathtaking, and transportation is provided, making it a truly enjoyable trip.

• Xiyao (10/5): Best trip ever had - The guesthouse on the mountaintop features classical decor with elegant quality, seamlessly blending with the breathtaking natural scenery. The butler service was meticulous, warmly picking us up and providing detailed travel advice, which saved us both time and money. The meals were also delicious, making our time here extremely enjoyable.
• Han (10/5): Exceptional - The guesthouse on the mountaintop is very characteristic of Chinese style, surrounded by stunning mountains and streams with beautiful scenery. In the morning, walking through the mist is like a dream. The room is exquisitely decorated, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and the butler service is very warm. Additionally, they offer convenient transportation with pick-up and drop-off services.

Highly recommend the friends who like mountain beauty to experience it!
