Your help and kindness was so much appreciated. The room was excellent, with modern facilities and quiet (as requested). The location was very good - near to all the main attractions and dining areas and just a 15 min walk to the train station which made it easy to have a day trip to Cefalu. Palermo itself is a great place to visit - the Royal Palace is well worth a visit. V. Porta Carini is also a great foodie market to visit in the day time

• Antonia (10/5): Fantastic location, amazing breakfast and beautiful hotel - The location was perfect - in a quiet street but just around the corner from all the activity. A few local bars and restaurants near by that are a must to try. The breakfast was amazing! A full spread of absolutely everything PLUS you could get a cooked omelette if you asked! The staff were helpful and our room was beautiful! There is no onsite parking area for the cars. We had to leave our rental at an offsite parking 'makeshift' garage that cost us extra.

• Russell (8/5): Great location and nice Hotel - Great location, good breakfast/coffee and decent sized rooms. Aircon was great in one room and didnt work in the other - frustrating. Glad we got room with separate lounge as no room for luggage or bench surfaces in bedroom. There was a sauna in our room which sounds nice but it was summer and bit of a lost space.

• john (10/5): Well-located, Lovely restoration of an old palazzo into a modern hotel that retained the unique characteristics if the r - The hotel is in an elegant propertyadjacent to the Duomo and well situated to wander through Catania’s historic sites. Our room (angela) retained interesting details from when the room served the wealthy owners of the palazzo, including a frescoed ceiling. Staff was very well coordinated, proactively helped get our luggage up and down a few steps to the elevator, and gave good advice regarding restaurants and transportation. We were sorry not to have stayed more than one night. Nothing. It met our needs perfectly.

• GUOFU (9/5): 总体来说不错的住宿点 - 酒店位置在主要景点附近，基本上步行15分钟即可抵达。新开业酒店，老楼改造，各方面设施比较新，酒店服务人员非常热心，入住时帮忙提行李。自驾车辆可以开到酒店门口附近，方便下行李，附近其实不能停车，似乎有意大利国民警卫队执勤，但打个招呼说是住酒店就行。酒店有合作的停车场，离酒店200米，非常方便。尽管在ZTL区域，酒店免费提供入住日和离店日车辆进出ZTL的PASS，这个安排比较贴心。酒店房间比较大，卧室带一个起居室。电视带投屏功能，这个要点赞👍。酒店卫生打扫非常干净，蛮到位的。 早餐品种比较多，但比较固定，对于连住客人来说，也许会感觉有点无趣，而且新鲜的蔬菜非常少，我们住了几天，看到的新鲜蔬菜基本上就是胡萝卜。酒店有简易的厨房设备，一般厨房总会有洗碗机，但这没有，所以若使用厨房会有40欧的清洁费，有点鸡肋。另外，房间有Nespresso机器，但若用酒店给的咖啡胶囊需要收1.5欧，感觉有点匪夷所思，后来我们只好自己去超市买胶囊，酒店所能提供的唯一免费的是一瓶500毫升的瓶装水，不论住多久，对于四星级酒店来说，似乎有点小气哈（个人见解）。停车场必须留车钥匙给停车场的工作人员，介意这个的要注意，不过要是租车买了全险的就请忽略。

La salle de sport moderne et propre. Un très bel hôtel. Seul bémol : garer sa voiture dans le centre ville (zone à trafic limité) : les gps ne prenne pas en compte les rues en travaux ou trop étroites et trouver le parking n'est pas plus simple.

Un magnifique souvenir, nous reviendrons à Palerme dans cet établissement Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré, mais il est quand même de bonne qualité

• Amanda (10/5): Warm and Grateful! - We are a couple who initially booked a two-night stay in a double room with a balcony. To our delight, we were upgraded to the suite upon arrival. The room was absolutely exceptional—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Inspired by the experience, we inquired about extending our stay for an additional night. Although the hotel was fully booked, I reached out directly to express our interest. To our surprise and great joy, the hotel promptly responded and confirmed availability of the suite for one more night. The process was seamless and handled with genuine hospitality. Truly outstanding service. Breakfast was a highlight each morning. The buffet offered a superb selection, including scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, a variety of Italian breads and delicacies, mini pancakes, Belgian waffles, cheeses, cold cuts, jams served in charming glass jars, and muesli accompanied by several types of yogurt. On certain mornings, a chilled bottle of Prosecco was also available, adding a luxurious touch. Coffee was served upon request by the attentive and friendly staff, who were consistently present and accommodating throughout breakfast. Their warmth and professionalism greatly enhanced our experience. We can’t wait to return—this stay exceeded all expectations! It would be great having one spa experience including in the price.

• Guest (10/5): idéal - Nous avons beaucoup apprécie cet hôtel situé en plein dans le centre historique de Palerme. La chambre très grande avec une pièce faisant office de séjour avec coin télé. Frigo, coffre fort tout le confort nécessaire. Petit déjeuner sympa, il y avait de tout et le personnel très prévenant et très aimable. Vraiment un hôtel à recommandé. Le parking, c'est le seul point négatif. L'hôtel a un accord avec quelqu'un qui possède un petit hangar. On peux y mettre 5 à 6 voiture et quand il y en a plus, les véhicules restent à l'extérieure. Pas du tout top.

Nous sommes arrivés à 21h30. La réceptionniste nous demande de déplacer notre voiture dans un parking extérieur alors qu'ils sont tous plein en haute saison.( malgré une réservation confirmée par téléphone) .Colère et cris de la réceptionniste qui de plus envoie le vigile de nuit nous déranger alors que nous prenons un diner dans cet hôtel nous redemandant de déplacer la voiture dans un autre parking de la ville , prétextant qu'ils attendent d'autres clients. Harcèlement téléphonique de la réceptionniste dans notre chambre et intervention physique à notre porte. Nous n'avons ni répondu ni ouvert. Ils ont fini par déplacer notre voiture dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel ( elle nous avait demandé les clés ) . Preuve est faite qu'ils avaient donc une solution . Bien entendu nous avons réglé le parking sans la moindre discussion lors du check out ... Comportement absolument détestable, d'une agressivité hallucinante (hurlements) et d'une vulgarité rare , pas du tout digne de ce type d'établissement Rien de" professionnel " Du coup je le déconseille fortement. Il en existe tellement d'autres ... ( c'était le 17 août)

Anche se in zona centrale, la strada è tranquillissima, di notte le suite sono silenziosissime. Nulla. Forse migliorerei un po’ la colazione, inserendo prodotti del territorio.
