• valentina (9/5): ottimo posto dove stare a verona - la posizione ottima, in una piazzetta incantevole, l'accesso é stato facile, la struttura comoda e spaziosa. letti comodi e vicinanza a bar e ristoranti. posto molto consigliato nulla di importante ma consigliamo qualche mensola, comodini e porta asciugamani in più. una stanza buia non troppo accogliente con due letti, manca di luce e comodino, un po' scomoda...ma tutto sommato bene

• AliP (9/5): Centralissimo!! - Eravamo a Verona per un concerto all'arena con una bambina di 5 mesi (che non sarebbe venuta al concerto)e avevamo bisogno di 1 appartamento con 2 camere e uno spazio comune ampio e l'appartamento ha risposto perfettamente alle aspettative.La posizione è perfetta, in ZTL, ma vicino al parcheggio Arsenale (poco economico!). È a 1 minuto da piazza delle erbe e a 10 minuti dall'arena, dal castello scaligero e dalle vie centrali dove ci sono negozi e ristoranti a volontà. Sulla via parallela c'è una buonissima pasticceria dove siamo scesi per la colazione. L'appartamento è dotato di ascensore, cosa non scontata nei vecchi palazzi e ottima per le valigie e per il passeggino. Il soggiorno comune è molto grande ottimo per la bimba. Prezzo adeguato! Di sicuro torneremo per i prossimi concerti! L'appartamento è in ztl, comunque il parcheggio Arsenale è vicino. Il lettino per la bimba non era adeguato, ha dovuto dormire con noi nel letto

• Elisabetta Ferrari (6/5): - Posizione! In casa non c'era neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua. I divani letto sono per bambini.....nell' appartamento c'erano adulti. Letto matrimoniale dove da un lato c'era una tavola di sostegno al materasso l altro lato si sprofondava !!
• Lucas (3/5): Lage gut, Rest mangelhaft und eigentlich ein Skandal. - Sehr zentrale Lage, schöne Wohnung, tolle Dachterasse Obwohl die Unterkunft für 10 Personen inseriert ist können hier keine 10 Erwachsenen komfortabel schlafen. Die 2 angebotenen Schlafsofas sind viel zu klein, wenn man sich ausgestreckt drauf legt schauen die Beine raus. Beide Schlafsofas waren außerdem nicht bezogen, das Bettzeug wurde einfach irgendwo hingelegt. Am Ende mussten 2 Leute auf der normalen Couch schlafen. Eigentlich ist es ein Witz die Unterkunft für mehr Leute zu inserieren als Schlafangebote zur Verfügung stehen.

• Joanna (5/5): Bra läge, gott om plats men med mer att önska. - Perfekt läge för besök till turistattraktionerna. Rymligt. Skicket var sisådär, fläkt som inte fungerade, smutsigt badkar, dålig service/svårt att få kontakt och svar. Ena sängen var väldigt mjuk.

• Doris (6/5): Ok for 1 or 2 nights but wouldn’t stay longer - Great location, spacious apartment 1 toilet roll for 4 people One of the bedrooms had the most uncomfortable mattress. It was shorter than the bed frame, our feet were sticking out and the pillows were falling in the space between the mattress and the bed head.

• Joanna (8/5): Lovely apartment with fantastic location. - Fantastic location, right in the Centre. Lovely apartment with high ceilings and big windows. Crisp white linen, comfortable double beds. The sofa beds weren’t really proper beds, very short in length. Kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, loo rolls were not adequate for 6 guests. Perfect apartment for 4 guests rather than 6.

I have stayed in Verona many times and this was my l - *It was close to the activity in Verona * Multiple fans provided or the room would have been miserable *Big common areas and a full size kitchen *Directions to self check in were not in English *The cleaning staff was very nice, but the room wasn’t ready 30 minutes past agreed upon arrival *Good that the cleaning staff was there to find the lockbox in the dark and show us how to work the toilet *States WiFi was available, but not. Just a broken/disconnected router on the window sill *toilet flush broken, need to pull and manually shut the valve off after each use.
• Rudina (7/5): A great location, but the experience was let down by poor communication and cleanliness issues. - The location was absolutely perfect—situated right in the heart of the city center, it offered easy access to all major attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Everything we needed was just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The communication could have been much better. I only received the self check-in instructions after I specifically asked for them, even though they had already contacted me regarding the city tax. I also requested the Wi-Fi password but never received a reply—fortunately, we managed to find it written underneath the modem. Cleanliness was also disappointing; the bathroom, in particular, was not well maintained, with a clump of hair left in the sink. Aside from these issues, the rest of the stay was generally fine.

• John (5/5): Perfect location and nice apartment but let down by no amount r conditioning - Location is excellent right beside the old town and BBC access to major shopping areas and restaurants If you’re travelling during the summer months, very important to note that there is no air conditioning and the apartments get VERY hot. Some plug in fans supplied however these just circulate hot air : (
