• Karolina (10/5): Piękny widok z balkonu - Właściciel super, wszystko wytłumaczył po angielsku. W lodówce czekały na nas butelki wody oraz soku pomarańczowego. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona (jest nawet zmywarka) brak piekarnika czy mikrofali. Był za to toster. Klimatyzacja w kuchnio/salonie, oraz głównej sypialni, brak w mniejszej. Łazienka po remoncie z pralka. Bardzo przyjemny widok z balkonu, 15 min spacerem promenada do centrum Kotoru, 5 min do sklepu czy piekarni. Podjazd jest troszkę stromy, trzeba mieć to na uwadze.

The host was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain the old town and nearby attractions, which was very helpful. The location is also convenient — about a 20-minute walk to the old town, or around €5 by taxi. Overall, a very pleasant stay! If possible an oven or microwave could help a lot

It has a great view and it is very well located, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host was extremely helpful whenever requested. I highly recommend it without any doubt. Everything was as advertised.

• Irina_Lvovna_ (10/5): Доброта)))) - Мне кажется, что эти апартаменты гораздо лучше, чем их фото и описание. Сами апартаменты просторные, удобные, с пятью (или даже шестью?) спальными местами и очень качественной, не "усталой" ванной комнатой. Много полотенец. В апартаментах есть стиральная и посудомоечная машины с моющими средствами, большая плита на кухне, достаточно посуды и столовых приборов. Много места, много света, большой двор с парковочными местами. Очень приветливый, отзывчивый хозяин. Wi-Fi, телевизор (почти не включали, потому что с балкона открывается потрясающий вид в любое время суток). Что совершенно поразило-месторасположение. Из окон (мы жили на третьем этаже) виден не кусочек Боко-Которской бухты (как на фото), а панорама на 200 градусов, включающая и бухту с паромами, и городок Доброту (не суетный, и не шумный) и гору с лесами.. А если к этой красоте прибавить негромкий и нечастый звон колоколов, или прощальный гудок выходящего в море парома, то.. Ну вы понимаете: мне очень понравились. Стоить заметить, что до моря 5 минут (спуститься с небольшой горки и пересечь дорогу). Берег - "для местных"- чистый и уютный. Хороший продовольственный магазин - максимум 10 минут, променад для прогулок прямо вдоль моря, а уж кафе и баров-не счесть.. При этом по вечерам тихо и спокойно.. Не нашла такого.

• Rose (8/5): - The apartment is spacious with a decent sized balcony. The bathroom is spacious and very grateful for the washing machine (with powder provided) and the parking and the Air conditioning. Large shower cubicle. The host was quite brusque in manner - perhaps it was end of the season fatigue? We were very disappointed in the view. I had enquired before booking and had been told there was a sea view... but this is blocked by overgrown trees. The pictures should be updated to reflect this. Ours was Apartment 2. Apartment 3 had views. Water pressure is low but adequate. The walk to the waterfront is quite tricky with footpath access often blocked by cars and broken pavements. Not the property's fault, but be aware if elderly or with children /buggy. Kitchen is adequate but only for the most basic meals as not bench space.
• Aniela (10/5): Love this place - 10/10. Love the place, it's so comfy, cosy and lovely! Bed was very big and comfortable, very clean and the view! Wow! Location was perfect -1 min from the little beach ( going across the main street) and some stairs down. Walking distance from Kotor. Owner was very friendly and charming and has very good English. Space for the car spacious enough and we haven't got any problem! I knew that main road was close to apparent. During the night we closed the window and turn on air-conditioning and it was really quiet! If I come back to beautiful Montenegro I would love to come back Everything was perfect

• Meltem (8/5): Great view - The view is exceptional. The house was clean. The bathroom is very clean. There is a balcony with great view. The water is clean. There is enough cutlery. The location is a bit far from the city center and old town. If you don’t have a car it’s a problem to walk everywhere. The staff was not that friendly.

• Milagros (7/5): - Las instalaciones No había ninguna señalización del apartamento. Costó encontrar el lugar, el dueño no se molestó en salir, aunque estábamos abajo y le habíamos preguntado a su hijo y no nos contestaron.
• Marc Baderot (10/5): Une vue sublime sur la baie de Kotor. - Appartement bien agencé avec un balcon offrant une vue magnifique sur la baie de Kotor. Les lits étaient confortables et la salle de bain était spacieuse. La cuisine était très bien équipée pour cuisiner. Place de parking privée dans la cour pour laisser sa voiture, ce qui est bien pratique au vu de la circulation très compliquée et très dense à Kotor. L'appartement est bien situé, à environ 20-25 min à pied de la vieille ville de Kotor, à laquelle on se rend via une petite route le long de la baie offrant de très belles vues, sans voir le temps passer. Un merci également à l'hôte qui nous a laissé de l'eau et du jus au frigo, très appréciable par les fortes chaleurs du mois d'août.

• Florence (10/5): Perfect! Comfy and great location. - Lovely apartment! Bathroom was great and there was a little kitchen with everything you need to cook. Bonus to have the washing machine for laundry. The beds were comfy! Click clack sofa was very comfortable too, so we fit 5 people easily. Zarko was friendly and so helpful, he waited for us on arrival even though we were running late! Location perfect too, 5 mins to the sea & easy walk into town.

• Anonymous (10/5): This is a place that you are never going to want to leave. - We were on the top floor with a beautiful view of Kotor, and we were right next to a great swimming spot. Definitely the best place to stay outside of Old Town. Zarko was also extremely helpful and kind, and even drove us to the bus station when we checked out which he did not have to do! The apartment was extremely clean and offered everything that we could want. We could not recommend this place more!

The place it’s not far from the Old Town (about 20 minutes on foot, even with children). The view from the balcony was fascinating. • Dawid (10/5): Splendid apartment in the village of Dobrota - The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Mr Žarko - the owner – was very friendly and showed us all the amenities. There was even some coffee, tea, bottled water and juice available! The view from the balcony was awesome. The Internet was reliable and fast enough for remote work. There was guest parking, however it required some skill to park there as space was limited and manoeuvring was necessary. The home is located in the quiet neighbourhood near the main road. There is a bakery, a local fast food restaurant and a supermarket within walking distance. The old city of Kotor can be reached on foot, but it will take you some time. It is, however, a pleasant walk. If I ever visit Korot again, I will definitely choose this apartment. There was no microwave oven in the kitchen and we had to warm up our food using the stove.
• Léo (10/5): Exceptional - Our family of 5 (10, 7 and 3) had an excellent stay at this apartment. The place is comfortable and spacious. Location wise I think it was also excellent, close to the sea, to a great bakery and grocery stores, and the old town was easily accessible through a nice walk by the sea. We would definitely come back there if in Kotor, as it was pretty much the best value accommodation we found for ourselves at the time of booking. So if you hesitate, don't, it is really worth it.

Great hosts and amazing city of Kotor - Location was excellent. within less than 5 minutes walk to the beach front. the Hosts were such a lovely couple. they even prepped cold juice and bottled water in the fridge. towels, beddings, were supper clean with a sweet aroma. we even had a washing machine and clothes hangar in the balcony to dry our laundry after travelling for a week. apartment was so tastefully decorated with lovely art pieces and really good furniture, mattresses, extra pillows and comforters. Kitchen was thoroughly equipped and super clean. And the hosts were really warm, friendly and kind.

Large rooms, a lot of space. The bathroom has a mirror with touch on/off button.. It was very clean. The host waited for us to arrive and gave useful information. It was a bit difficult to locate and the access is in an abrupt ramp, it was not easy to stop the car at the entrance.

• Marcell (10/5): Recommended apartment in Kotor - The apartment is located in an uphill street near the main road. Close to Kotor old town, around 25 mins on foot. Parking is possible in front of the building in a private parking which belongs to the apartment. There is a lot of space inside the apartment. 2 separate rooms, balcony, living room with kitchen. Separate bathroom. The host was very friendly, easy to reach always. Due to the upslope and narrow road, it is a bit difficult to park.

• Shahar (10/5): The Perfect Apartment for a visit to Kotor! - What an amazing place! what sets it apart is the view- view, and more view! you have a convenient little balcony that shows you the entire bay of kotor in all its glory! Add to that a very nice host, good parking place, spacious rooms with convenient beds, good equipped kitchen and a 15 minutes walking distance to the city center- and this is a perfect experience! There were quite a lot of musquitoes... the bastards nearly ate us alive :-)

The view was so beautiful that we could celebrate our anniversary with my wife instead of a fancy restaurant. The house was pretty comfortable, clean, and spacious :) There was a free parking space in front of the apartment. The hosts were cheerful and helpful to us, they give a lot of info about the city :) The wifi connection didn't work from time to time.

• Fotini (8/5): Very good - Private and secure parking space, reasonably walkable distance to town. Owners were nice and very helpful. The apartment was immaculately clean. The view from our apartment (1st floor) wasn't quite as shown in the pictures and was obstructed by vegetation. The air-condition was a bit noisy (but sufficiently effective). It should be noted there is only one unit so the bedroom doors need to be left open to cool both bedrooms. There is a 2-ring hob but not oven (as described). Uncertain on how the city tax is being paid; it had been included in the apartment rate we paid (we paid 10 euros for 2 days), but then we were asked to sort it out in town ourselves.

The host was really friendly and helpful and you can reach them anytime if you have any problems or questions since they live on the ground floor. The most thing I liked was that they didnt really bother us and gave us freedom and privacy. The supermarket is about 5-7 minutes by walk, everything is reachable, 20 minutes to the city center and also it is quite close to the sea. Nothing

The view from the balcony and main bedroom was amazing - dramatic mountains overlooking Kotor Bay - couldn't have wished for more. It was an easy 20-minute walk into Kotor town along the very scenic waterfront footpath. The apartment was clean, very well equipped with everything we needed and it all worked as it should. The owners who live below were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing.

• Lisa (10/5): Nice appartment - Nice and big appartment with a nice view from the balcony. The owner is friendly and helpful. It's possible to walk to the city center in 15 to 20 minutes. There are also lots of taxis which costs around 2 Euros. We really enjoyed our stay :)
