• Nils (8/5): - Sehr ruhige Lage, keine Störgeräusche, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Snackautomat ist ziemlich sinnlos weil er nicht funktioniert.

• Elsabe (7/5): - Blitzsauber und alles da, was man braucht - mehrere Handtücher, Shampoo, Seife, Föhn, Küchenecke mit Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Kaffeezubehör. Bequemes Bett, kleiner Balkon. Nah am Zentrum. Sehr steril und unpersönlich eingerichtet, Zimmer gehen direkt aufs Treppenhaus, recht hellhörig.

• Aljona (10/5): Neuwertige Gebäude, der Stil hat mir gut gefallen. - Die Ausstattung mit der kleinen Küche im Zimmer und mit dem Balkon ist supper und wenn man längeren Aufenthalt hat, ist der Gemeinschaftsraum gut ausgestattet. Schade, war in dem Selbstbedienungautomat etwas leer in dem Zeitpunkt, als ich da war aber es macht sonst nichts aus. Es wird bestimmt wieder aufgefüllt. Ein Nachteil war nur, dass der Automat an paar Stellen Schimmel aufgewiesen hatte.

• Marcel (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit technischen und personellen Problemen - Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und das Bett war bequem. Die Unterkunft hat kein Personal. Man bekommt einen PIN-Code für die Haustür übermittelt, mit dem man das Haus betreten kann. Dann erfolgt der Check-In via Tablet und man kann seine Zimmerkarte kodieren, mit der man dann ins Zimmer und bis zur Abreise auch ins Haus gelangt. Dies hat gut funktioniert. Aber.... Also ich würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen, aber nur wenn man vor Ort mit Kreditkarte bezahlen kann bzw. möchte. Der Check-In via Tablet hat funktioniert, aber ich musste nochmals per Kreditkarte die Übernachtung bezahlen, da im System nicht hinterlegt war, dass ich vorab per Paypal bezahlt habe. Dies war zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt nicht schlimm, da ich gedacht habe, dass mit die Doppelbuchung erstattet wird. Bin jetzt seit einem Monat dabei zu versuchen Kontakt aufzunehmen. Per Email erst eine Reaktion mit Entschuldigung und Versprechen einer Rückbuchung. Seither aber nichts mehr. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar bzw. Die angegebene Nummer ist nicht vergeben. Wenn ich also keine Kreditkarte besessen hätte, wäre ich die Nacht buchstäblich auf der Straße bzw. im Treppenhaus gesessen.
